I'm not one to demean someone's business, irrespective of the severity of the situation as I too am a business owner however, Peter (The Owner) was way out of hand on this particular case. I'm an avid customer at this Dry Cleaner. I am dropping off suits, jeans, pants, etc. on a consistent basis and they had never failed to do a great job until recently. On Wednesday, March 22nd I picked up 5 pairs of pants which had an unusual smell to them - almost that of dirty laundry. I was running to work so I did not think anything of it and wore one of the pants and then proceeded to work. I felt the lingering smell on me as if I was almost wearing pants that were sitting in dirty laundry for weeks. I still proceeded with my day thinking I may be over thinking until one of my co-workers approached me and asked when the last time I washed my clothes in a joking manner as they too were surprised by the faint smell coming from my clothes. As a side note: The coat and dress shirt that I was wearing was also from the cleaners and had not been wore since I picked them up. And I also showered lol so definintley was not me. It was quite embarrassing in all honesty so when I went home I smelt the rest of the pants and they all had this smell so I went around asking family members if they felt like there was any particular smell to these pants without mentioning anything to keep it as unbiased as possible and I kid you not, every single one of them thought I was making them smell dirty laundry. This was quite surprising to me as this Dry Cleaner usually does a great job so I reached out to Peter who then gave me a call the next day. I was quite professional about the entire situation and just mentioned what was going on and Peter starting going off on me, rasing his voice, and started yelling - saying that he doesn't know who I hang around with or who influenced me to have the audacity to call him out on his work (I never called him out). He then proceeded to tell me that I'm wrong and that I do not know anything about the Dry Cleaning Business and that he is not stupid and he realizes what I am trying to do... I tried calming the situation several times however, he still continued on with his yelling. I tried telling him that it was not a big deal and that I was not upset - only looking for a simple resolution or to try to figure out what might have happened but he kept cutting me off, started raising his voice again and then eventually hung the phone up on me. I honestly did not expect this level of unprofessionalism from Peter, let alone a business owner. I called stating my concerns in a very calm and collective manner and as a business owner he yells at his loyal customer who brings him consistent business? Then he tells me that I am influenced to do this? I'm a busy man and I don't think I or anyone gains pleasure or "gets off" by just simply explaining a mishap to a business owner in a calm and professional manner. I am still surprised by his actions and how he handled the situation. Personally, if my customers or clients have any concerns I always seek to hear them out and help resolve the problem immediately - not yell at them and assume the worst of someone for absolutely no reason. Maybe that's just me. But as a successful businessperson you have to take care of your people and this situation was honestly very surprising to me in all aspects. I never asked for a refund or anything. Just wanted to share a concern and hopefully a resolution. Unfortunately, did not receive anything but the opposite. Brought clothes in Tuesday for a funeral on Friday and was told they couldn't have it ready in time. You're either too busy or not equipped to get dry cleaning done in 2 or 3 days so I won't burden you anymore with my business and I suggest everyone else find a different dry cleaner. read more

I want to give a "shout-out" to the proprietors at Royal Cleaners, 4200 Green river Road Ste #117. I had a very troubling situation with my car while traveling on the 91 frwy. I couldn't pull over on the frwy. The car was running but it was making terrible noises. I exited at Green River Road and drove to the first place where I could get some help. There's a gas station there but I chose to park in front of Royal Cleaners. When I asked the proprietor to help me, he kindly brought a few tools to my car and helped to remove the wheel well plastic shield that had come loose and was rubbing on my tire. I wish that I lived in the area of this dry cleaners, but I live in South County. But anyone who lives in this area should frequent this place as the owner is a good kind man! read more

I have had nothing but a positive experience at this dry cleaner... I enjoy going there and seeing beautiful smiles amongst the girls who work the counter. Isabella is very pleasant and always in the greatest of moods. Quick story... I was going on a trip and needed a last minute alteration on my suit and was told it would be ready Thursday afternoon, which would have been too late. Wow the owner is messed up . He charges based on where you but your clothes . Charges more if he looks at the label . So messed up and he is 100% dishonest. Other customers feels the same . They're my dry cleaner of choice. Never had an issue with them, they always get my items clean, and are very punctual.

I have had several of my husbands jeans and a leather jacket tapered and they were amazing. I've had numerous items cleaned and the service you receive is AMAZING. They address you by name and treat you like a customer they want to come back. I had wrote a review on another cleaners that was not pleasing at all, b/c it was easier for me to drop off there just down the road from house, I will keep my clothes in the bag Royal gave me and make a special trip over there. I have been using this dry cleaners for nearly 20 years. At first it was because we lived right up the hill on Dominguez Ranch Rd. We moved to Norco in 2004. After trying several local dry cleaners in Norco with poor work, service and/or losing items, I went back. Peter the owner is so friendly and always goes the extra mile to get it done right. Their seamstress does great work on repairs, such as buttons or zippers. They will call you immediately if there is an issue with anything you brought in. They can do large feather bed comforters. The afternoon staff on hand are extremely professional and respectful. They are very sweet girls who always address you by Mr. or Mrs. (Last name). I can't say enough good things about this business. I picked up my cleaning and it had been pressed off center (not the first time this had happened) I ask the man to fix it he said it would be ready the next morning. When I picked it up it was still wrong I brought it to his attention he told me that I was being to picky and if I wanted it pressed correctly that I should go somewhere else. I started taking my cleaning to the other local cleaners and have had a wonderful experience they have no problem creasing the shirts correctly. The owner was rude to me but always very nice to my husband which was also very annoying I would not recommend this cleaners. read more

If I could put minus I would did that. I can't. Brought Tomy Bahama's shirts to clean with one small spot- asked if she can do it. She promised without hesitation. I've got back in three days- spots looking bad worse than before - asked what is the problem. She was looking surprised and promised to fix it. I've got back in three days- worse even more- she said - "we didn't do anything" , I showed all spots again to her, asked why it's even bigger now and two new spots appeared, disrespectfully , she start talking it was like this before. Advised her- it was two only, now those spots are more visible plus another spots appear. She keep saying the same thing over - " we did not do anything" . If you don't know how to take care of silk- say from the beginning. Don't waste time. I would find another company! Bad service. read more
