I was told that the laundry would come back the next day, and the dry cleaning + repair within 2 days. After that, black hole. I called the next day about my bedding (had originally been told it would be delivered at 4pm); the guy who answered the phone told me that it would be delivered by 5pm. When I called 30 minutes past that time, he was like 'oh the driver might not get there-- is it ok if he comes later or tomorrow morning?' It was my BEDDING, so not OK not to meet your promised delivery time. So they deliver it late and it is STILL STAINED. Awful. So I call back, and they ask to have a re-do. So the guy comes to pick it back up the next day. No word at all on the other items I sent, despite the fact they'd been promised with a 2-day turnaround. Today, after it's been over a week since I sent my clothing over with no update, I have my husband call to find out what's going on. After pushing them, they finally agree to deliver my stuff back. My dress comes back with the zipper STILL BROKEN, and my shirt comes back in TWO PIECES (the under-tank was ripped away from the main shirt.) Worst of all is that I was charged for this junky service, and now I have to take everything to my regular alterations place and pay again to get it fixed. I cannot recommend this place AT ALL. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

Roland, the owner, arranged for free pick up of three dress slacks and three dress shirts-two of which had a stain. I was alerted when the driver was about 10mins away and dropped off my clothes with him at the hotel lobby. Invoice was sent via email and payment was processed over the phone. Receipt was emailed. The next day, my clothes were delivered to my hotel neatly and clean on a hanger with typical plastic protective coverings.
