He was oh so efficient, he really knew what he was doing , was meticulous, a perfectionist, knew his job and went right to it. He even installed the lock and key pad I got and explained it all to me. They wanted to ensure we got our money back through the bank (which we did) and have also offered to complete the job if we want to do that. While I wish we had gotten this done back when we initially went through the process, I'm impressed they followed up after all this time to make sure we are made whole.

They didn't remove the kitchen silicone (which we agreed on) and didn't clean it before putting a thin layer on top. After it cracked overnight I had him come back out to redo the entire thing.
