I just leased a BMW i4 with Chris after sitting through 2 agonizing weeks of terrible follow up from a sales rep at a BMW dealer who couldn't commit on getting a car for me. I didn't argue over price, I said my one criteria was just assure me you get a car quickly for me. No returned phone calls no follow up with me after we agreed on price/terms. Sad. Maybe everyone has hammered dealers for so long for being too aggressive, now they don't seem to really care if they follow up and get a deal done. Weird.
