Generic brand tires blown in less than 1k miles.

BEWARE - Unsafe vehicles, deceptive practices, and refusal to return refunded money This has been one of the most frustrating and deceptive experiences I've ever had with a car dealership. The general manager, Baha, repeatedly assured us during the purchase process that the extended warranty could be canceled at any time without issue. Based on that representation, we agreed to purchase it. We canceled almost immediately -- and were charged roughly $900. It has now been nearly 30 days since the funds were returned to the dealership, and we still have not received our refund. The warranty company has already confirmed that the funds were sent back to the dealership nearly a month ago. At this point, there is no excuse. The money is simply being withheld. Communication has been unacceptable: Baha promises specific call times and never follows through He responds to texts, sets expectations, and then disappears He repeatedly deflects responsibility onto staff We are constantly told "someone will call back," and no one does. We've also dealt with Leanne in the office, who has been equally unhelpful -- providing vague updates, running us in circles, and ultimately ignoring follow-ups. The front desk has no answers, no visibility, and no ability to help. To make matters worse, the vehicle itself was sold to us with improper tires that failed within the first 1,000 miles. Once again, we were given promises that the issue would be handled -- and once again, nothing was done. Same pattern: overpromise, disappear, repeat. At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate strategy: Say whatever is needed to close the deal Assure the customer everything will be handled Then avoid, delay, and ignore until the customer gives up - AKA STEAL FROM YOU We are still waiting on money that rightfully belongs to us, with zero transparency and no accountability. If you are considering doing business here, understand this: Once they have your money, getting anything resolved becomes a completely different experience, try getting a refund - Good luck. Proceed with extreme caution.

Said my car had codes when it didn't!

Went in just to look and see what they would offer me to trade in my car. First of all the car I wanted to see wasn't even there. I say that's fine I'll just take a look at what they currently had. He then asks to scan my car, I say sure she runs like a beast. He comes back and tells me there's these codes on my car. Now if you know anything about hybrid cars, you know that these specific codes would light up my dash like a Christmas tree. If those codes were true my car wouldn't even run! He then tries to say my car is only worth 3k. Kelly blue Book puts my car at 4.5 so I say no. At this point I'm just flustered that they would even try to do that, so I ask for my keys back. This guy is really trying to get me to buy a car off them and offers 6k for trade in value on my car even after I've asked for my keys he's still standing in front of me trying to offer me different numbers to get me to buy this car. It took 4 different asks to get my keys back because he didn't want to just walk away and go grab them. Ridiculous and deceptive behavior.

Purchased a 2020 Tesla Model 3 AWD from Lending Group Auto (LGA) and the process from start to finish was very smooth. I was introduced to Halim, Jesse, & Taylor. The credit check and signing all the purchase and loan documents via docusign was super convenient. I'm pleasantly surprised with the excellent service because of the other reviews, but I'm grateful for this group for getting me into a "new" car for myself after buying so many other cars for my family. Thanks to LGA, Halim, Jesse, & Taylor!

Not even 30 days later, the car broke down. Stopped in the middle of traffic

if I could give zero stars I would. This company completely scammed me out of $4000 by selling me a faulty vehicle that had a ton of mechanical issues. Then they the car when I refuse to pay them a payment. Called crying they hung up in my face. Do not and I repeat. Do not go to this company to purchase a vehicle. They are super unprofessional. They do not care about their customers.

I purchased an F150 platinum truck from Lenders Auto Group. My salesperson was Liz new to the business but great customer service and awareness of customer time. I also finalized the deal with Baha, who negotiated fairly and kept every commitment, And went the extra mile to deliver the vehicle halfway to the house as we live a 2 hours away. I will recommend Lenders Auto Group to all of my friends and family members.

I recently bought a 2020 Subaru WRX from lending auto group and my experience was great!! Thomas and Baja went above and beyond for me to make sure my car was in excellent condition before handing it over to me. Their customer service is top tier. Specifically Thomas for keeping me informed everyday and always being happy to help despite the million calls he was getting from me haha. Kindness goes a long way and I absolutely recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a used car. I am so happy that i decided to choose them and finally get my dream car

Wouldn't do business here. The staff that picks up the phone is strangely rude. Too many other options to deal with their attitude.

Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!

I've been putting off buying a car for months because I wasn't looking forward to the experience (being held captive for hours). However, I was pleasantly surprise. I test drove the car, agreed to the terms, paid and drove home. No waiting, no wheeling and dealing. Just a quick straight forward exchange. If you want to experience the attitude and dealings of a textbook, predatory used car salesman,…read morethis is your place. I was looking at a truck advertised at $17,881. However, they MANDATE an extra $2,000-$2,500 fee on top of the advertised price for "VIN Stamping and a LoJack anti-theft system." They they install these on every vehicle before listing for sale and claim that the VIN stamping is legally required. What they don't mention is that while California law requires them to OFFER it, California Vehicle Code § 24020 explicitly gives the buyer the right to DECLINE IT. I requested both the LoJack and VIN stamping be removed because I didn't want either. The manager flat-out refused to sell the truck without them. During our conversation, I got the manager to admit that the VIN stamping only costs them $259. Knowing that a LoJack activation typically runs about $500, they are charging nearly $1,900 in pure, unadulterated markup just to pad their pockets. They are using these "fees" to falsely lower their advertised price online, then forcing you to pay the real price at the desk. If you show up with cash and refuse to be ripped off, they will walk away from the deal. For anyone reading this, know your rights. This dealership is actively violating multiple California consumer protection laws: California Vehicle Code § 24020: Violates your legal right to decline catalytic converter VIN etching. The Car Buyer's Bill of Rights (AB 68 / Civil Code §§ 2982 & 2982.2): Requires a separate, explicit written disclosure of add-on costs and prohibits adding products without express written consent. California SB 478 (The Anti-Junk Fee Law): Outlaws advertising one price and forcing mandatory hidden fees later. Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 (CLRA) & Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200: Prohibits deceptive misrepresentations and illegal "tying" arrangements. They deliberately avoid putting these items in text messages and emails because they don't want a paper trail of their illegal mandates. They solely prey upon people who don't do their research, the financially illiterate, or buyers who get too emotionally attached to a car to walk away. If this dealership has done this to you, do not just leave a bad review--report them officially to the California DMV Investigations Division, the CA Attorney General, and the FTC. Take your hard-earned money somewhere that isn't putting profits over people. Steer clear.
