About 10 other locksmiths I called either refused or simply didn't have the knowledge base to unlock a broken Milgard patio door thumb knob lock which had become disengaged in the lock position, preventing me from opening the door. Keymasters sent Nathan out who solved the problem, got my door unlocked and opened, and diagnosed the internal hardware problem and showed me exactly what the issue was. Keymasters LA really helped me out. I needed car keys for two cars that my elderly father lost, and one key needed a chip/responder. I found Cole (who helped me) to be highly knowledgeable. He's FANTASTIC at Japanese makes/models. I have some old BMWs we might work on next, and he did warn me those models are tougher to tackle purely because the engineering is more complex (more on the key FOB side). Most importantly he was super sweet with our feline babies and walked in with a pleasant awareness that this is their home. We connected right away! Our main door lock was not working properly- the key was getting stuck and the lock was very difficult to maneuver.
