Most importantly he was super sweet with our feline babies and walked in with a pleasant awareness that this is their home. We connected right away! Tech did a good job changing my older door lock to a new Medeco, although he encountered a couple of glitches.

Contacting them via their website e-mail to set up an appointment wasn't functioning correctly. Calling a leaving a message, they got back to me within 30 minutes. I was able to set up a time and date to rekey my house. The tech called me 15 mins before the scheduled time to inform me he was going to be 15 mins late due to traffic. This a professional courtesy that you don't get a lot of these days from technicians, so i greatly appreciated it. This company saved my day last Saturday. I accidentally locked myself out in the morning. I had wrong set of keys, & I did not have anything with me other than the keys I can't use for my new condo.
