I had this person come out to operate on my bedroom door. He worked on my front door which he could not budge and my roomate ended up opening with my key. Once he left I realized my front door would not open from the inside or outside. When I asked for his assistance he said it would be a charge since it's after hours though he created the problem. This is literally a safety hazard. When I expressed my concerns he said he could drill my door and come back out at an additional charge. I would not choose this service if you need emergency help. Basically created a problem for me by working on my front door which now has a metal piece stuck in it that blocks the door from opening because of the work he did on the lock and then refused to fix it. The solution was to drill out my door handle and leave me with a hole in the door and no lock overnight. Now I'm at fault for an issue that wasn't there in the first place. read more
