I thought everything was normal until I caught him trying to steal some of my jewelry in the foyer. He apologized and returned the rings, but that was enough. Never again will I trust this company. I lost my key fob for my Honda Ridgeline somewhere at Kit Carson park when it was getting dark and I had to get it towed home because it was too late to take it to a shop. Decided to get some quotes for a new key fob before calling the dealer. CJ got back to me quickly and asked the right questions. His quote was among the lowest and he could come today to reprogram the fob. He was on time and super professional. Clearly wanted to do a good job. He also was punctual for our transaction and at the last second I asked him to duplicate three keys with three copies for each.
