I closed escrow last week of March on the house and needed new locks installed....contacted Adam owner of Legacy....several days later he came and installed my locks....He was unable to complete the job....when he left I found screws in driveway and thruout house where he had worked.....a month later he returned ... This time while correcting keyless lock he cracked the door frame to garage and again left lock packaging laying there and screws on floor and at entry door....not professional....doors dont close properly and you have to jiggle several locks to make them work. .would not recommend ....I am having another lock company fix what he did wrong.... read more

After researching on YELP for a locksmith, I made my first call to Adam. I was hoping to get someone out that day or the next to fix my sliding door lock and fix a cabinet lock. Adam was booked up until Monday. He explained to me his service call cost of $65 less a $10 Yelp discount and his hourly rate but he would charge me accordingly and only for parts that would be needed. I told him I was going to call around and see if I could get another locksmith out sooner and he was very cordial and understanding. I dialed another number and my gut told me that Adam was worth the wait until Monday and so I called him right back and I'm SO GLAD I did!! We were set for a Monday appt and then Adam called to say he had an unexpected available time slot and so he was at my place within the hour! Very polite, professional, COVID safe and efficient!
