We noticed three plates, a bowl, and a ramekin had been broken. We also noticed damage to our son's play kitchen. It was still functional, but broken. We were going to let it slide because we understand that things happen, but after we've fully unpacked, there were multiple vases that were broken in one box which held value and I am pretty upset about this. So maybe just some advice going forward, be more strategic with the way that you pack things.

He does not refund me. -I call my bank and the person assures me I have an extremely strong case for being refunded. He practically begged me to not file a chargeback with my bank. Begged. If you've been scammed by him, I highly recommend calling your bank. Though, after writing this review, he will probably change that behavior because he is a highly manipulative person. Every single time I pointed out that he is scamming people or doing something wrong, he played the victim. Classic DARVO manipulation behavior. Henry belongs in a Netflix crime documentary. Shawn used to run this company, and did a good job, that's why you see all the five star reviews. He left, and ever since, Henry has been scamming people out of their money and using Chatgpt to seem more reasonable in the reviews. Please see the attached screenshots to get a sense of what he's actually like once you pay your hard earned money. Just look at the RECENT reviews, which are mostly one star. If you have been scammed by Henry, I would recommend (and I cannot emphasize this enough), CALL YOUR BANK. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and my attorney general, and you can too. I am preparing a legal fight as I am a law student and that would be simple for me to do, but not everyone can afford such a thing.

They have a generous grace period during which they send out several reminders. They are in the business of providing rental storage units, not seizing property. Also of note, during Covid, before we knew that we could claim unemployment we were worried about our bills and paying them in time. I called Enterprise at that time to inquire what would happen if I was late and they informed me that they were freezing all seizures during the lockdown. This is a solid, ethical business and I would recommend them to anyone.

They asked me to empty my different types of bottles (clear glass, colorful glass, plastic) into three large cylindrical barrels before they weighed them. I can see what other reviewers are saying about how they don't fully put the container on the scale to ascertain the full weight of the bottles. They hand you a receipt after weighing and you take it to the window to cash out. They ask you to sign the receipt before giving you the money. All in all, it's an easy process and I'm not sure it's worth the trouble because I don't have that much to recycle at a time but it might make sense for the people sorting pickup trucks' worth of recycling. Pro tip: Sort your recycling in advance so when you get to the recycle center, you just have to dump it into one of the barrels and not sort it on site.

Super quick and professional. They moved an upright piano from Reseda to a second story apartment in Santa Monica for us for $320. They were able to safely maneuver the piano onto its side to fit in the elevator and were in and out quickly without disturbing our neighbors. Hard pass, there are plenty of other moving companies with good reviews. Edit: Received a patronizing message from Dean when I let him know I wouldn't be using their services as the pricing was ridiculous. He said "moving is a service" as if I didn't know and then ignored offering any type of explanation as to why his service would be at least twice as much as the other quotes I got.

The church stage had about 4 stairs and narrow aisles, but it worked! They also "installed" the piano on the spider dolly that the piano was originally on. I used them recently in February 2026 and they moved a player baby grand piano (usually heavier, so needed 3 people for safety), from the second floor of a home (about 18 stairs) and to my home again. The homeowner kept saying they are not responsible if someone gets hurt. I saw the video of the piano being taken down... amazing! I will do minor maintenance and then call them again to move the player piano from my home to the backyard ADU when the ADU finishes! They are strong, knowledgeable, FAST, efficient. These people are so quick. You will be impressed. They are very delicate with the instruments. They have their own trailer and piano transport. Your piano will be safely housed and fully enclosed. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to use them! They are the best of all movers I found! Plus, they have good prices compared to others. Again, they're fully insured!
