I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Brandy, who handled our orientation, and to the service team (Larry, Rodney, Garret & Joe). Their dedication and professionalism were almost solely the reason we decided to move forward with our purchase, as our experience at the beginning wasn't ideal. When we arrived to pick up our camper, I noticed several issues that I had pointed out to the salesperson during our initial visit. He assured me these issues would be addressed before we drove almost three hours to pick up the unit. However, despite my attempts to call and text him prior to our arrival, I didn't hear back as he went on vacation without notifying us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been done. That's when Brandy stepped in and took charge of the situation. She got the service team involved and made sure everything was addressed to our full satisfaction. I was honestly ready to walk away, but after seeing how much she genuinely cared about making things right, we decided to move forward with the purchase. After getting the unit home, we noticed two additional issues. Brandy was quick to respond, asking me to send pictures and assuring me she'd take care of it. Keystone RV Center is very fortunate to have these outstanding individuals like Brandy, Larry, Rodney, Garrett and Joe on their team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly turned our experience around, and we're grateful for their hard work. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer in Finance, who was amazing to work with. This was, hands down, the best purchase experience we've ever had. The lady at the front desk was a delight to speak to as well, and it was clear she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. We bought a 5 th wheel toy hauler 2025 1 year ago we used it 4 times the slide out ripped the linoleum and the refrigerator door won't work right and the generator slows down when using the water heater light on the panel blinks batteries going down to ten ! They s supposed to be in business and the biggest one in the in Pennsylvania, but they don't know how to get a hold of Riverforest to get warranty work and when you have a standard warranty, they don't know how to get a hold of those people to get work done spend over $60,000 on it on this camper and now I have a big hole in my floor and the refrigerator door don't wanna shut maybe if they see this maybe they'll look at it and try to fix my camper that I'd like to use for this summer !! read more

Communication Stinks!!!! I bought my Forest River Georgetown in November of 2024 from Keystone RV in Greencastle PA. I found some warranty issues , so I took it back to them in August of 2025. It sat up there for a month, after that I started to email and calling to find out what was going on multiple times . No responses , not even parts are on ordered. Went up to pick it up because we had camping trips planned, and it wasn't fixed. Got a call in October of 2025 parts were in, so I took it back in December 2, 2025 after camping was done. Now it has sat up there for a month and I found some more warranty issues. Started to email January 5, 2026 to find where they are at with it and No Response. Communication is a problem with the service department, just tell me parts are on order or something . I just want the warranty issues resolved and they will never see me again. read more

I had purchased a camper from this place not long ago. The sales department was great but I paid $1000 to have the camper going over and state inspected will needless to say on my way home. I got pulled over at a state police cause the camper had no stoplights are returning those. Come to find out the LED lights were bad. It had water all over the floor inside of the camper. I had made a and spoke to some lady in the service department. They wanted me to bring it back. They said they worked on something under the refrigerator because it was a leak by the to say I did not trust them to make the correctly again I got a feeling they only put a state inspection sticker on it also turned it over to the state police after they I just purchased the camper and it was just dating inspecting. I did not trust them to make the so I took it to a reliable dealership where I knew things would be taken care and I would be safe driving on the owner of this company must not care about because after paying $1000 for the repairs that was not made by their service department, which I was told it was and also leaving the to the water to drain the is why I did not take it back and I did not trust him to do a proper inspection of the unit so like I said, I would never recommend them to if you do good luck I give them one star, but it was up to me. I would never recommend this company ever for service. Can't return phone calls and when they do call they are cocky. Took our camper out 4 times last time they winterized the camper we got home seen no antifreeze in the toilets and back bathroom no antifreeze in sink but, all the other sinks and shower had antifreeze in them. We were told we don't need antifreeze in the toilet. Also nice customer service when you go and hang up with the service advisor and he is laughing at you before hanging up. Paid $1600 to look over my RV for a trip and wanted them to make sure the water pipes were working sufficiently. When I got to the campground and hooked it up and went for a bike ride when I got back another, Camper inform me that it was flooding and running out the side of the camper, they charge me all that money and never repaired my refrigerator like they were supposed to read more

There were three things that we discovered needed to be fixed on my 2024 Forest River Sunseeker 2860DSF.: The key fob did not open the coach doors, the refrigerator got too cold freezing everything in the refrigerator compartment, and stitching was coming loose on the driver's seat. I contacted Keystone RV in Greencastle, PA in August 2024 and made an appointment for the next available time. I dropped off the unit on October 8, 2024. I got a call on January 20 (yes, more than three months after dropping it off) that the work was complete. I was told that the refrigerator and driver's seat were repaired. I asked about the key fob and was told that the key fob does not operate the coach doors, but operates the rooftop A/C. I questioned this and was told that it would be explained to me when I picked up the motor home. I contacted Forest River and someone from Forest River contacted Keystone RV to explain what needed to be done to fix the key fob issue. Multiple phone messages left at Keystone RV were not returned. I sent multiple emails which were only replied to by an automated reply saying someone would contact me. I called Keystone RV on April 22 and someone actually answered. I was told they are waiting on parts from Forest River. With camping season coming up I told them that we will pick up our motor home on May 2 whether the repairs are complete or not. I contacted Forest River to let them know this and was told that no parts have been ordered on this coach since last year. I picked up the motor home on May 2. I understood why the outside was dirty since it was stored outside, but the mud on the floor by the driver's seat should have been cleaned. When I got home I turned on the refrigerator and placed 6 water bottles inside. The next morning all 6 bottles were frozen. Incompetent service. Poor customer service. Seven months to fix three things and only one was fixed. Avoid Keystone RV Service. read more

My wife and I were just looking and basically in the investigation stage of finding a travel trailer. A salesperson met us right away, and we explained what I had just written. Adam was more than willing to help and showed us about 4 that we really liked and a few that were iffy. Then he said, " Hey, I'll just let you guys look around, and if you have any questions, I'm nearby." We looked for another hour and found more to our taste, but again still researching. This is the second time we went to Keystone to take a look around. The first time was not the best, as the salesperson, Derrick Diamond, didn't seem to be very interested in making a sale. He acted like it was a huge task to have to give us information and spend time with us. As with anything, we gave it a second chance...should have stuck with gut feeling and not bothered. Somehow we ended up with Mr. Diamond again. I had email contact with him and at first he was all gung-ho about making a sale. Then he never followed up. Every time I had a question, I had to contact him via telephone or email. Again, he never followed up to see if we were still interested, if we wanted to go forward, nothing...so we went elsewhere and got much better service, and a better deal. Maybe a different salesperson would have made a difference, but I can say that we won't go there again, nor will we recommend them to anyone else - unless of course you ask for someone other than Mr. Diamond. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Sales department was great - but the service department is HORRIBLE! They damaged my unit more than once when we took it back to them for warranty work. They knew we travel over 100 miles for repairs ---that the replacement parts were damaged. They did not even check them before we arrived. No apology just more appointments needed. Karen took a list from us upon arrival and of the 4 items on the list only 1 was done and improperly!! Found out Saturday morning our travel trailer tires were shot!! Break drum & assembly - cracked and destroyed. Called all RV repairs, road side assistance everything in the area with no hope of our parts. Drove up to Keystone and we're so thankful they could help us out. Had the parts we needed and time in their service department for this quick fix. Great customer service from the front and back shop of the parts/service department. All around great experience. In and out in two hours with two new wheel set ups and we're on our way back to CA - just a bit behind schedule. Thank you again!! read more

We purchased our rv this past December. We live 3 hours away and have wanted to have it before so that we would have this for our family Christmas morning. We couldn't go back to pick up so the company agreed to deliver before we purchased. We fell in love with the NoBo right away but like anything we needed to make sure the price was right as well. The company employees suggested we go to lunch while they ran our credit score and came up with the final numbers. They wanted us to take the company car so that they could check out our truck to see what all would need to be done. At this point no papers were signed. When we arrived back the finance lady told us she had good news but with coverage our payments would go over our price range. Her toned then changed, telling us that they put the hitch on since they thought it was a done deal. We should have left but we had a hitch on our truck that didn't belong to us. We were also on a time crunch since we lived so far away. We decided we really loved and wanted this rv and we put down more money and made the deal. Then the week before Christmas we set up the time as we work busy schedules like most others do especially before a holiday. We only could do a certain time. The day the rv was delivered we get a phone call that it would be arriving earlier so once again a fail and we had to change our work schedules to accommodate the companys employees timing. When the RV arrived we noticed the cover to the battery was missing they promised they would send one right out. Then we had to call when they forgot, we had to remind them to send out a replacement part. Now after everything, last week I was reached by the lovely finance lady about a payment of 33 dollars for the tag transfer fee that was never applied and would need my credit card Info to run that one more time. We just picked up our new RV from Keystone Rv Center. It was a great experience from start to finish. We live several hours from here but decided to go with them because they had what we wanted and they made everything so easy. We dealt with Derek Diamond, and he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. But everyone we dealt with here was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional. During this time of COVID-19, this was one of the only RV dealerships that had inventory on their lot available for us to look at. My husband and I highly recommend them. I bought a 2023 Forest River E-PRO from these folks in September 2022. "Caution" be very careful with the post-sale push for an extended warranty. They lied about the roadside warranty that Forest River provides with every sale of a new trailer. The woman I dealt with stated that Forest River no longer provided that warranty and even went as far to ask a co-worker the next cubicle over if Forest River still carries the 1 year Roadside warranty, he stated they did not. Shame on this organization for allowing their business office to perpetuate this blatant lie. They also sold the E-Pro to me with a battery that would not hold a charge. I had to return to the dealership a few days later with an appt. only to wait 3 hours for the service dept. to determine the battery was bad, rather than just send me on my way with a new battery and figure out what was wrong with the $90 dollar battery they provide with most new campers. We bought a 40,000 Catalina back in 2023 from the York, Pa RV show. When we went to trade ours to get the new Catalina no one knew what was going on and things were not working. The girl showing the camper had no idea how to work things. Well first camping trip out the color changing lights on the awning were not working, we have lights in the camper in the bedroom not working. We called Keystone and were told to sent pictures which I did immediately while I was on vacation. NOTHING ever done this is a YEAR later!!!!! They finally contacted us about 2 months ago to order new lights we made an appt to get that done and inspected. We drive 2 hours to get there and we were told "oh we ordered the wrong lights"!!!!! We were told leave the camper there when the new lights come in they will do it and deliver our camper to us. WELLL that was 3 weeks ago and about 10 phone calls and we still DO NOT have our camper BACK!!!!! We have been told everytime someone will call you back NO ONE CALLS BACK!!!!!!!!! We leave for a camping trip in ! week and we do not have our camper back. DO NOT buy anything from this company. My water heater door cover flew off while moving between locations. The parts service gentleman helped me identify the water heater part number and walked me through the different part numbers so that we could pick the right thing for me to order. They then had to ship it to me out-of-state from their website and it was a super easy process with great customer service. Very disappointed in KEYSTONE RV CENTER's service department. We have purchased 2 brand new RVs from them since 2018. We used their service department for other RVs we owned for many years prior to our first purchase. Recently (December 2022) we purchase a 2022 5th wheel. They did the new hitch work for us that included adding a 7 pin connector to the inside bed of our new 2022 truck.They chose the wiring harness and did the install. In April we began have electrical issues with our truck causing alert warnings and malfunctioning features. After three trips to the ford dealership the issue was discovered and corrected. It was traced to a corroded harness plug under the truck bed and behind the bumper that Keystone RV installed for the new 7 pin plug. Because it was an aftermarket part installed and took many hours to do a diagnosis, there wasn't any Ford warranty available. The cost was just over $500. I asked Keystone RV for some relief help. Their immediate response was "our service work is guaranteed for 60 days." It has been longer that 60 days. End of story. No inspection of the failed parts, nothing. Sad way to end a relationship. read more

We bought a 2011 used travel trailer from Keystone. Our sales rep was nice enough and seemed to be well informed. Our walk through was fairly uneventful. We were told the entire trailer had been gone over and anything that was not working was fixed, tanks were flushed and sanitized. We commented that fridge was not cool, to which we were told the unit had just been plugged in and it did not have time to cool down. Upon getting our camper home, we plugged in and started trying things out. Refrigerator will only run on propane; heating element for fridge to run on electric needs replacing, water heater starter needs replacing, and black tank is 1/3 full with previous owners leftovers. After calling and talking with service department on multiple occasions, their only comment is "bring it in and we will take a look. The trailer was inspected before sale so [we] will be responsible for any repairs" I will update after we have had more interaction with the service dept. We found and purchased our 2017 Forest River/Flagstaff Shamrock from Keystone RV and could not have asked for better service. We live in California, but both Chad and Derek made every aspect of purchasing an out-of-state RV the best experience ever! We were a bit apprehensive, as we have never bought anything out of our state before, but these two really helped and were there the entire way through the process. We absolutely LOVE our new trailer and it was every bit as beautiful, and even better, than the pictures we had seen. This is a fantastic place ... We're traveling from So. California and we're having trouble with our 5th wheel brake system. When we called Keystone their service dept. seemed very concerned with our complaint the service representative said this is a safety issue and told us to come right into the service dept. so they could check it out. We were greeted by friendly efficient staff. We disconnected our 5th wheel and they pulled into the service bay. They found and repaired our problem and we were back on the road in around an hour. 11/6/19 UPDATE: to NO thanks or help of Keystone RV I have spent the last 1.5 months in contact with the Forest River manufacturer to get our sink replaced. Forest River sent us a brand new sink counter top and cover at no cost to us. Thanks to the manufacturer for all the help and actual customer service. We have decided to do the work ourselves rather than provide any more business to this company. I would give negative stars if possible. Wonderful business when it comes to sales. Once you've paid the bill, forget it. They don't stand behind the products they sell and definitely lack on quality of customer service. Our sink in our 2017 Vengeance that we bought brand new was not sealed properly. The vinyl wrap that covers the particle board sink began to lift 2" around t fredge of the sink that was not properly sealed with caulking from the manufacturer. You may not be a manufacturer but you need to stand behind the products you sell - both the good qualities and the flaws as well. We only camp about 4-5 times a year so maybe if we would've used the sink more frequently this issue would have arouse sooner within our "ever so gracious" 1 year "warranty". They did not offer pricing of a new sink or install, no discount, and no taking care of the customer. Once they got their $45,000 payment - they could care less about what they sell or how they treat their customers. We had a return call 5 days after our initial complaint that said our claim was denied by Forest River and we should reach out to their customer service department on our own for further assistance. Always looking to pass the buck instead of making the situation right. Will not purchase from here again...buyers beware! read more

We took our camper there for warranty work a month ago. We keep getting different stories as to why its not done.

We have a 29 foot Four Winds Siesta, with 3 slides. We encountered a problem with one chronic slide, just as we were packing to drive cross-country. Our Camping World did not have facilities to perform the job, and they referred us to Keystone. Although we live almost two hours away, we called, and they got us in immediately. Everyone was most helpful; they pulled the slide and diagnosed it and ordered parts, which were delivered overnight. By Thursday lunchtime, we were ready to go! We've never encountered such helpful people. Special props to Andy, who called us back numerous times with progress updates. Definitely using them from now on, and would hope to purchase new equipment from them when the time comes. read more

This is our 3rd (2nd garage for chassis work) dealership and I wish it would have been my first!!! The other two, you could possibly wait a whole season before you got your unit back from simple repairs. The other garage, well they flushed our unit at the end of the season and when the water tank froze, they said it was our fault for not checking to make sure it was empty. Keystone, they are lightning fast with a crew that are as nice as can be. They will accommodate you like you were the only person they deal with. Great people and great service! This review is specifically for Scott and Shayne in the service department. Both employees recently provided us with excellent customer service in a friendly, timely manner. Unfortunately, our brand new 2016 Rpod 179 came off of our (appropriately sized) hitch on the day of purchase while we were traveling home. Not only was this a frightening event but it was also incredibly frustrating because we not even safely get our new purchase home before it suffered damage. Scott and Shayne promptly addressed our concerns and returned my (numerous!) emails and texts throughout the process. Scott even agreed to have a driver make the 4.5-5 hour round trip to pick up the trailer at our home because we did not feel safe driving it back to Keystone for repairs. This place is horrible. Drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a camper. When we arrived they told us they had 2. I also called and inquired to make sure they had the one we wanted. So we went to look at the camper and when we looked inside, all the slides were closed. How can I look at a camper if it isn't open? All their campers are so jam packed in the lot you can't open the slides. We wasted 3 hours of our day and a tank of gas. This place is a joke. And all the lady at the desk could say was " yeah our lot is full" . What a wasted day. read more

We will never purchase another camper from Keystone RV...Purchased a 2018 Salem Hemisphere, nothing but problems from day one. Entertainment System did not work, had to have a complete new one installed. Thermostat did not work, had to have several replaced before we could have any heat or air conditioning and last but not least hot water heater did not work which needed a new circuit panel....All this before we even used it for the first time! One thing I can say is they never hesitated on fixing the problems. Word of advise to anyone thinking of purchasing....make sure you get a COMPLETE walk thru on your camper and to make sure you personally see that everything works.....just saying! read more

This RV center is great if you are FIRM and do not let them try to completely bulldozer you into replacing stuff that isn't necessary. They got as big as they are by screwing over their customers completely.DO NOT use this place unless it's for simple oil changes. Any major repair work get a second opinion. They are too big for their britches. One person tells you one thing then they call with some lie about how something else needs completed after your already informed of every thing else being ok. They are dishonest and very unprofessional. Ask for ANY and all old parts and if they ask you to leave your vehicle there, get ready for the royal screw. They will call, repeatedly with a list of "issues" which may be so mild, but they will blow it out of proportion to get more money. Buyer beware, their warranties are a sham. Good luck! read more

Horrible experience! If you go to this place and want to waste an hour or so of your time, just ask for a sales person named Chad. He never asked what our ton weight would be or our price range. He walked aimlessly around the lot and opened ALL of the doors to try to figure out which ones were (and weren't) bunkhouses. When we asked if the dealership had a certain model, he just said "I don't know". When we asked about prices, he said "I don't know, probably around the mid-twenties". Then he disappeared. BEWARE! My motorhome was severely damaged at Keystone RV Center while in for service but the damage was never disclosed! They are very friendly and outgoing, but they practices are unscrupulous and unprofessional. I wish there were a zero star rating here. When my new coach was three weeks old, I did some damage to the PASSENGER SIDE door and lower compartments while in a campground. I took it to Keystone on recommendation from a friend. He told me to contact Scott Kline, the service manager. I did just that and Scott was very friendly and told me to come right on over with it. I continued to deal directly with him. Keystone assured me they could fix it. Over the course of the next five months, Keystone would call me to say my coach was ready. Each time I'd go to pick it up, I'd notice the paint didn't match and there were dozens of long drips of paint all over the exterior wall. They could never match the paint color properly, and with each attempt, they just layered on more and more coats which eventually could be peeled off by hand. I finally decided I had waited long enough and given them enough chances to repair it properly. I was never upset or rude. When I mentioned to Scott that I was going to Elkhart, IN for some warranty repair work at the manufacturer, I suggested getting a quote from them to repair the shoddy paint job. Scott was very apologetic and offered to pay for it. He talked to the paint company that does the paint work for the manufacturer (third party vendor) and they worked out a price. I took it to get painted in Elkhart. While there, they noticed there was some bad paint work done on the DRIVER SIDE of the coach, It was the same mismatched paint. They went ahead and fixed that, too. When they billed Scott at Keystone, the bill was higher than they had agreed to, and Scott refused to pay it. I explained there was other damage there. I also told him I didn't understand why they'd paint that other side. To this day, Scott owes this company that money. From there, I took it to the manufacturer for some warranty repairs. Imagine my surprise when one of the technicians there points out a difference in the texture of the wall as well as the color of the paint on the driver side wall that did not match the rest. It appears the coach was side swiped on the driver side and they had attempted to cover it up. I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to a specialized repair center in Elkhart, IN to get a closer inspection. Well, I was really shocked when they pointed out all the damage that I had never noticed. There were dents in the lower storage doors from the front of the coach to the rear on the DRIVER SIDE. Keystone had done a shoddy job of hiding the damage they'd done to it. To an unsuspecting RV owner who isn't experienced in these things, I would not have seen it right away. I had only had the coach back a few days at that point. In the end, the bad paint job gave it away. It was the same wrong shade they'd used on the passenger side that never did match properly. After an official report to my insurance company, I did some investigating of my own. I remember Scott once telling me that they had their paint work done by an outside vendor down the road from them. I remembered the name of the company and called them. The owner looked through his records and found only one job he'd done for Keystone during the five months my coach was there. It was a very minor job that totaled less than $70. He told me he had heard similar complaints about undisclosed damage while at Keystone from several other customers.
