I just returned from a skiing trip to Keystone Colorado where I used rental equipment from Keystone Sports.The accommodations where great. I would to specifically mention Lizzie for the fantastic, and FUN attitude she had every time I talked to her from securing our rentals and the ongoing support we needed in adjusting the gear, storing and then retrieving it. Go early bc it is a bit of a process getting fitted for boots and checking out all the equipment. But it was a smooth process and the staff was helpful and friendly. Make sure to return your rentals by 9 am the day after your last rental day to avoid charges, we were a little late returning but they were accomadating and did not charge us. Right next to the beginners slope so it is a very convenient location. If you are a beginner/ first timer you might not need to buy the lift pass. The beginner slope does not need the lift pass. We did not know that so we bought 2 day lift passes and ended up not using them at all so it was money down the drain! read more

Please do not rent skis from here. The system is a complete mess, it makes no sense. The employees are either clueless or useless. One man ignored the line of over 7 families for more than 15 minutes "cleaning" snow off the counter... The ski equipment is the lowest quality you can find. On the performance package you get the K2 skis.... The same pair for everybody. If you try to upgrade to the demo package to try not to get the crappiest skis ever... The only options they have are powder skis. Which aren't a good option when there's no powder in a warm March. Even if the employees took good care of the equipment, which they do not (over the past two days I've seen employees throw skis, kick helmets, toss boots with no regard for the quality of the equipment, which isn't high so you think you'd try to preserve it as much as possible), it's just so low quality. I promise, whether you are a first time skiier or are advanced, you are much better off getting skis from somewhere else. I expected the edges to be marginal, but they were fully rounded and astonishingly, these were also the slowest skis I have been on in 20 years - the on-mountain equivalent of a sea anchor. These guys were awesome! I wanted to demo skis and try several pair in one day. I ended up trying 4 pair and each time they helped me with a smile and got me on my way quickly so I could go make some more turns. They even stored my personal skis so I did not have to lug them back to the car. They gave me good advice and asked me questions about my ski style and recommended the best fit. Came into the shop because one of my daughter's bindings disconnected from the ski as we got off the shuttle and we were heading for the lift. If it wasn't for Nicole M's amazing customer service I think our day would been very frustrating. She saw that we were having an issue, immediately came out from the office, and went above and beyond to resolve our binding issue. I've never been through a rental shop that quickly. The rest of the facility seems to run smoothly as well, but Nicole's aggressive attention to customer needs made a huge positive impact on my long term opinions about Keystone Resort and the Vail Properties writ large. read more

My snowboard binding strap broke yesterday, I took it to Aaron and he was very knowledgeable and even recommended a better stance for my feet. He was very helpful and it was great having him work on my personal board! I'd highly recommend this place and ask for Aaron if he is there! Great service! If I could rate it a 0 I would. The employees here are very rude, me and my family were eating food that we had just ordered and a lady with black roots and fried blonde hair, came up and said "we had to get out of here, people are waiting". Let me just point out I had just come down from the slopes and walked straight to the food court and bought my food, hadn't even been sitting here for 2 minutes. After rudely trying to kick us out we kindly asked to get another reservation and again rudely she said we could NOT. We put good money to come snowboarding and skiing here and many years we've always enjoyed it but this year the employees hired and little to zero respects for there paying visitors. I am very disappointed in what key stone has become and this visit will be my last visit here. Will never put money towards this place if we are going to be getting treated like trash! Staff here are always helpful and fun! I've gone on a regular trip once a year for the last three years to Keystone. Each year we've rented our equipment from the mountain house ski rental location and have been instantly helped and each year we learn a bit more about how to have a better skiing experience! Mateo was great helping my nephews find the right size of boot, they are 4 amd 6 and don't quite understand how ski boots should fit but he explained perfectly! The whole Keystone staff from equipment, school, shuttle, to condo rentals are very friendly and always willing to help us out! read more

This was such a disappointment. The people here were rude and horrible. I paid $1,000 for lift tickets that my family NEVER used. I went to get a refund and the ski&bride refused to refund us. I will never recommend coming here! I paid $18 for a burger and couldn't even take it home. They don't have to go boxes. This was our first experience in Colorado and it was awful. read more

Came in today after checking online pricing with epic discount. Checkout online was $43.07 but I decided to just go with my girlfriend instead of doing it online. Got there around 1130 and asked if the pricing was the same as online and was told yes. Everyone that helped was extremely nice but as we got to the counter to pay I overheard so I assume is the manager he extremely rude to a family of 4 with small children all cause they asked if they got 20% of a helmet. I walk up and he tells me it's $55 for sport ski's. Asked him the price breakdown cause I said online it was $35 plus tax. He goes we would never have a packaged that is that cheap and accused me of lying. I pull up the page and he tells me he doesn't even know what the rewards are which is literally the 20% off epic. So he goes oh I can take $2 off for you and make it like $53 in the rudest tone. Personally I don't care much for the couple bucks different but this was the only keystone employee that has ever made me annoyed the rest of the day. read more

I have rented from these guys twice and they have been great! Super quick and great custom service. The manager, Andrew (I think that was his name), went above and beyond to refund my rental cost when I fell and tore my acl on the first run. I just called to see if that was a possibility and he did it without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future! read more
