    Walnut Cinnamon Babka
    Masumi T.

Went to K'Far Cafe before an improv show for tea and babka. Both were excellent -- the babka wasn't too sweet, just perfectly balanced. We had our eye on the pistachio sticky bun, but they were sold out. While sipping tea at the bar, I noticed they also have kunafe on the menu, which I didn't have time to try -- guess that just means another visit. About $24 total, which felt a bit pricey, but the quality was there. Great quick treat spot. We saw a lot of people working on their laptops.

Absolutely gorgeous interior, probably worth it just for the light and plant-filled dining room/patio, especially in the summer. The meal was yummy--crispy mushroom hummus, fluffy pita, fresh Arabic salad, a dynamic sabich platter with beautifully light almost tempura fried eggplant. The Yemeni latte was perfectly spiced and only a little sweet, highly recommend pairing it with your meal. I also tried some of the shakshuka, which was tasty, standard fare. The staff were very personable and helpful. I was looking for just a little more flavor out of each dish--a little note of citrus in the salad, some spice in the sabich sauce to complement the pickled veggies, but was still very happy with the meal. Great spot for a special occasion brunch.

Honestly had a very underwhelming experience at this restaurant. The highlight of the meal was the appetizers- the lamb tartar was really good but it was extremely greasy and did not have enough to cut on the oil and grease. I was not a fan of the baba ganoush and the smoked hamachi crudo. The hamachi was extremely fishy and did not taste fresh at all. The lamb could have had more flavor, and the brick chicken was dry. the ambiance was really nice though with the dim lighting! The apple olive oil cake was pretty dense as well. It was too dense and not light enough- what we thought an olive oil cake should taste like. The service was great though. Overall it was decent, was not too impressed for the price. Would not come again.

A truly great experience here, would highly recommend for folks looking for a great mediterranean/Israeli meal, because K'far delivers on everything. You must have a reservation first and foremost, so make one, because this place gets packed and stays packed. The ambiance is very dark and intimate, crowd is lively, food is fresh and flavorful, and I have ratings on what we loved and what we thought was just okay. Zuchinni App- Just Okay, the Labne was delicious though. Mushroom Hummus- Also pretty good, matched with the FRESH PITA, which is outrageously good, it's nice. The Meat Platter for 2- Incredible, wide variety to choose from, the Chicken is amazing, the steak is juicy and fresh, highly recommend to get this for the table. With drinks, food, apps and all in it was about $250, so decently priced as well. Very accommodating staff, friendly, easy to talk to. 5 stars. Loved it.

Visited the K'Far Philly location last year and was so excited to come back to the Williamsburg spot (located on the ground floor of the Huxton hotel). Came on Sunday morning around 10AM for brunch and it was suprisingly not too busy so we were seated quickly. The ambiance is airy and open with lots of natural light. - Jerusalem Bagel Egg and Cheese (5/5) - Similar, if not the same as the Simit sandwich from K'Far Philly? The bagel is long and thin, and the egg and cheese are perfect with the spicy green sauce. - Kubaneh Toast with Avocado (4/5) - the labneh is tart and balanced well by the creamy avocado - Pistachio Sticky Bun (5/5) - Soft, sweet and so delicous. Just as a good as I remember from Philly. - Yemenite Iced Coffee (5/5) - Delicously spiced Big fan of K'far and will definitely be returning.

    Matcha Latte.

This restaurant is situated in the lobby of The Hoxton Hotel in an open area. There's a bar on one side and a cafe in another while also serving a restaurant menu. Most people here are working on their laptops as did I. It was pretty packed and started clearing up around 5pm when the work day is done for most. I ordered a Matcha Latte ($6.50) at the cafe counter and it was ready in minutes. The matcha is nice without sweetener, but you can add. I was able to snag a table on the side, which was the perfect spot to work. Some of the tables near the wall and shelves have outlets if you need. They also have free wifi that was super fast. Last but not least, the ambiance, decor, and vibes is so airy, modern, and natural that just puts you in a good mood. It's such a great working environment; no wonder everyone comes here to work. I honestly wish I was closer to here!

Good food but not amazing / super special. Very nice and fast service. Was very quiet late on a Friday, almost empty. Restaurant was a bit cold.

K'Far BK is such a vibe! Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn Highly recommend My partner and I originally planned to hit the rooftop at The Hoxton in Williamsburg, but with a 2hour wait, we pivoted and honestly, we're glad we did. K'Far BK love love love. We grabbed drinks at the bar and were lucky to be served by two super friendly and cool bartenders. The ambiance was beautiful, great lighting, relaxed but stylish atmosphere, and just a really inviting space to hang out. The drinks was so good. I had an espresso martini especially since they have a coffee bar, so I knew it'd be top tier), and it did not disappoint. I also went for a G&T with Hendrick's, which was refreshing and hit the spot. My partner went all in with an extra dirty gin martini made with Bombay Sapphire. Forgot to mention the Persian Margarita so good! Our friend ordered the Chin Chin Spirit, and I managed to sneak a sip, it was amazing. Definitely something I'd try for myself next time. We didn't get to order food this time around, but the menu looked like they had some great options. Already planning a return visit, and fingers crossed we'll make it up to that rooftop next time.

Wow wow wow-- amazing coffee and pastries! I loved the Yemeni latte; it was warmly spiced and so flavorful. I tried two burekas during my time there-- the feta scallion which is supposedly their best seller-- absolutely delicious. The last morning I was there I tried the potato one-- WOW. It was so nicely spiced, simple but flavorful. I'd absolutely get it again. The service is nice and the people are kind. It's situated in the hotel lobby so lots of seating and people coming to and fro. Love it!

We had a delicious brunch at K'far. The fan favorites included the pancakes, the Jerusalem bagels, and the arayes, and the tehina ceasar. The service was good, no complaints there. I really love the ambiance of the restaurant. There is a lot of greenery, and part of the restaurant looks like an atrium or greenhouse. It's really pretty. I would definitely come back again.

This is my second time here. 1st time was just at the bar and the drinks were perfectly balanced. This time was for brunch and everything was delicious. Don't skip out on the pistachio sticky bun which was amazing!!

Pistachio Sticky Bun & Almond Challah Danish
    Artem Z.

Everything we had from the scallion & feta Boreka, to the kale salad , to the eggs and merguez, to the smoked salmon and egg & cheese Jerusalem bagels were 5 stars but as you can tell by my face the sticky pistachio bun and the almond hallah danish were something to contemplate. Nothing shorty of divinity in the form of baked goods. I don't always have a religious experience eating brunch but this Sunday I did. K'far is a gem that more people should know about.

I came here with a friend for brunch and we absolutely loved it. Food we got: - burrata toast with apricot - one of the most uniquely delicious things i've ever had. both of us considered this our favorite on the menu - shakshuka - this shakshuka was unique bc the eggs were very smoky. i liked it a lot - pistachio sticky bun - delicious, not too sweet, and super fluffy - crispy mushroom hummus - the mushrooms weren't really crispy but the hummus was still good - yemenite latte - this was good but it wasn't really unique The inside of K'Far is absolutely gorgeous - great lighting, decor, and lots of plants. The staff were attentive and patient. i will go back!

I went back for a weekday lunch recently and the food and atmosphere both hold up fabulously, so it makes sense why they've remained a brunch mainstay at both their East Village and Williamsburg locations. I enjoy that they serve their hot moroccan tea in a glass as is traditional, so you can see all the fresh mint leaves in your cup. I had tea like this multiple times a day during my trip to Morocco a few years back so sipping on this here took me back in time. I ordered a short stack of their blueberry pancakes which were very fluffy and delicious. They're not the kind of pancake with crispy edges, which are my preferred kind of pancake but I still found them satisfying. The moroccan eggs, which are two poached eggs in spicy stewed tomatoes and served with zahar pita is a delight. The pita is very fluffy and the zahatar adds such a nice fragrant spice to the bread. They used to serve this with potatoes but now those come at an additional charge but are well worth getting. The Williamsburg location also has pretty good wifi and they let me work on my laptop through my brief stay there. Kitchen was speedy too.

There was roasted garlic in the center looked great, but it didn't punch up the flavor as much too much. The pita was fine, but a bit dry and plain. For my main, I had the Israeli Breakfast with a side of pastrami smoked salmon. The eggs were soft-scrambled very well, and the salmon was exactly how I like it--fresh and buttery. I swapped the pita for seeded sourdough, though it looked and tasted more like standard buttered toast to the point that I double-check edwith the staff to confirm it was the sourdough. The Israeli salad was finely chopped and provided a nice balance to the meal, though it was a bit watery and lacked a flavor punch. The labneh with za'atar was thick and rich and good in small doses added to bread or the eggs. However, I think this combined with the other food was the source of the meal ending up being overwhelmingly salty, leaving me reaching for water for the rest of the day. I also sampled the chicken shawarma--the flavor was great, though it was a bit oily from the paprika oil and felt a tad pricey at $28. On a brighter note, the hot mint tea was fantastic, with hot water served over a generous amount of fresh mint leaves for a refreshing and flavorful tea. Despite the saltiness this time around, I'd return to try something else, like the fattoush salad with salmon.
