This location is rough... First off, the customer service is always so bad! The employees seem so irritated and bugged when I ask any questions and even order my food. Somehow, my order is always wrong or something is always forgotten. I came the other day for a quick lunch. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and small fry. Their fries are sooo overpriced for the amount they give you. They were also lukewarm and not hot. I couldn't even finish them. The sandwich was fine. However, the sauce was smeared all over, unevenly, which made it difficult to eat (I've never had this sandwich like this at other locations). The chicken seemed to be reheated/recooked. Once every couple of years I see a new item at KFC I'm interested in trying, or I get a craving for their Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew. This time it was the Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Beyond Meat nuggets. I've tried to stop by three different KFC locations the last 2 or 3 months. Every time they've been closed. These have all been during regular lunch or dinner hours. This time I decided to do an online pickup order to avoid wasting time. The order was for a spicy chicken sandwich, a Beyond Meat 6 piece with 2 sauces and mac and cheese, a chicken combo with mashed potatoes, and then two drinks and a chocolate cake. What we actually got was a regular chicken sandwich, no sauces for the nuggets, mashed potatoes without gravy for some reason, and no chocolate cake. I really, really should have double checked the order before picking it up (I was 5 minutes after the order had been confirmed as ready for pickup). I've been spoiled by other online ordering since I've never had a missing item or missed customizations with them. I'll wrap this up. The chicken sandwich was dry, the nuggets were abysmal (even more so with no sauces), and the Sweet Lightning was delicious. I'm not sure I'd even eat here again for free. read more

All three of the employees when I came in around 5:30 pm on Dec. 6 to pick up my call ahead order were very helpful and kind. I came in and had forgotten to order Rootbeer and tried to use my debit card and it was declined. It had been blocked for a fraud alert and I told the young man behind the counter that it's ok and just to cancel it and he instead took money out of his own wallet and paid for my drink and told me to have a wonderful day. Look, this isn't gourmet and if you come here, you should know exactly what you are getting into. This is fast food, prepared by teenagers, and sold at low prices. Worst quality chicken, they re-fry their chicken and their 24 piece honey bbq chicken has tasted stale for the second time in a row. Because they re-Fry their chicken in order to reheat it the entire chicken pieces taste like oil. Crispy chicken is actually supposed to be crispy not soggy and oily. For a $60 meal, I expect better and it sucks because normally KFC doesn't taste this terrible. After buying, my receipt had a survey offer for a free Crispy Colonel Sandwich with purchase of a drink. I love KFC, but this KFC has forced me to stop going. Having spent several of my teenage years working for KFC including cooking I have a pretty good idea what the chicken "Should" be like. And this KFC simply doesn't deliver. Service: Service here has always been friendly, though not always quick. I don't usually mind waiting for food if it's fresh and good, but waiting for it and then not having it be good is something I'm simply not willing to continually subject myself to. Food: The food is really the sore point of this store. I sent in an email to the organization some time ago explaining the problems in detail including what I suspected to be the cause of the problems. They appear to have promptly ignored this email as I was never contacted, and after waiting a month or so before going back they still had not made any adjustments to try and resolve the problems. The chicken is not being breaded and cooked properly. This ultimately results in the Original chicken having an almost crispy texture to it, while the Extra Crispy (and chicken strips) is too soggy. This includes anything they are actually having to prepare and cook on location. This could either be a problem with their cook or with their equipment. Either way they don't appear to care enough to address the problems, so I would suggest looking somewhere else for food. read more

Last time I was there I called ahead to ask them to make some grilled chicken. Can't eat the fried stuff and have had bad luck getting fresh grilled chicken in the past. Told me it would take 20 minutes and I could pick it up. 15-20 minutes later I show up to pick up my order. When I get there the young guy working the counter walks away from the counter back towards the bathroom saying he'll be back in a couple minutes.. Huh? When he does get back 5 minutes later, I tell him I phoned in an order to have some fresh grilled chicken made, so he says he'll have to talk to his manager about the order. No problem. He comes back and says it wasn't ever made and it will be 10-15 minutes until it's done. 30 minutes later my chicken is done, but he forgets to give me the other half of the order and I have to remind him that the grilled wasn't the only thing we ordered. This took place on a Tuesday evening when there wasn't a ton of business. The only positive was the manager I phoned in to talk to was polite and receptive, but apparently doesn't expect that from her employees. On top of it all, the place needs a thorough cleaning. Looks like no one's kept the place up since the 90's. Lots of alternatives in the area; can't see myself going back ever again. read more
