The extra crispy recipe chicken wings are not crispy at all. Stale! The one single job KFC should be good at, and they fail it. What a disappointment. The whole place is dirty. See my photos. Floor is littered with napkins and no one cares to clean it. The beverage station, let's say you shouldn't tempt fate by drinking from it. Store was empty when I walked in. I tried to order a few crispy wings but they said they are running out, and offered to give me a mix of crispy and original recipe wings. I asked for crispy only. I didn't want to find out the state of their restrooms. This whole KFC is just in a sad state.

The Nashville hot tenders is what everyone is talking about and is the new trend so I had to try it for myself. It was not possible to just get the tenders so I had to get a meal with it and it came with fries and a biscuit. I went through the drive thru and there was a line but it moved pretty quickly. The tenders were the only good thing on this menu as it had a good amount of flavor and was crispy. The sauce made the tenders a bit oily but they were still good. The biscuit was dry, bland and nothing special. It made me miss Popeyes biscuits. The fries were soggy at best and did not have any flavor to them. It tasted like there was no salt or anything on them. I would go back for the tenders if they were offered by themselves but with the combo, no way. I'd rather have Popeyes.

This review is for KFC's new Donut Fried Chicken sandwich only. It was launched only a couple of days ago, so this may effected by the launch of a new product that needs time for the production process to mature. So I gave info to the curiosity about this new sandwich. KFC's execution of Chicken & Waffles was horrible as they used fake waffles that you would find on a hotdog rack at 7-Eleven. The promise of freshly made donuts convinced me to give it a try. Good, bad and ugly, here goes... So the chicken was actually a cut made for a sandwich - breast meat presumably - as opposed to chicken strips as are used on some of their sandwiches. The chicken was hot and fresh and crispy. So far so good. The donuts (one full donut in top and one on bottom) were also hot and fresh...and not far from what was pictured in ads. That is where things start to go downhill though. The donuts appear from the outside to be kind of a Krispy Kreme style...and who doesn't love Krispy Kreme? In this case, the resemblance ends there. The donuts were overly drenched in oil...so even with no sugary glaze, it would have been a mess. The glaze is also not put on the donuts first...nor allowed to "set" so that it is semi-solid. Instead, it is squirted on like a sauce...and they put a LOT of it on the sandwich. This was one of the messiest sandwiches I have ever eaten. It was overly sweet and oily and should have been served with gloves. I really felt overwhelmed with the oil and sugar afterwards...which is not at all what I was going for. This all could be because of the fact that donuts are a while new thing for KFC...and they haven't figured out how to do it right yet. Time will be the judge...but for a limited time offering, time is not their friend. I would not order again...at least lot as is. If I ordered again, I would ask for no glaze and ask if they could add bacon...or barbeque sauce. It's not rocket science as many smaller enterprises have mastered the chicken and donut sandwich. KFC may just not have the patience to do it right.

So on this great Friday afternoon I went to this location, which I've been a lot but not weekly, It's always a problem, some of the employees are rude and when they give u a wrong order they state you didn't tell them that when you let them know the food is wrong. Today was one of those days I ordered a three piece and a cool ranch chicken taco, so when a I looked in the bag I had a beef cook ranch taco, I told the young cashier at drive thru I said chicken, he said I didn't say chicken, which I no I did, he close the window while I was still talking, then I let him know he was rude for closing the window while I was taking and he goes on to say He heard me ask for something other than was I said. So bc of the rudeness I ask the manager for my money back and was explaining to him that I spend money here and it's always a problem . I tired of people from other races being rude for no reason, bc if it was their food they wouldn't have a problem letting the person who took they're order. They've been close in the inside since Covid and the drive thru is the only way to order your food. So the lines are always to long, which by now you would think they should open back up. Don't go to this location or any KFC that going to cause customer problem, I've spent more than enough money at this location for a quick bite for me and my kids, which I don't appreciate the attitude and the wrong orders in the past or the hard chicken tenders that I receive a month or so ago and and called and told them about it and the an employee act like I was lying,

THESE DON'T LOOK LIKE DRUMSTICKS DO THEY?! I was devastated when I opened my box and saw this.

There was one other patron eating in. I placed a take-away order of half coward, I.e., 6 wings. I ordered them naked. Don't judge! I don't fry foods at home. They had different genres of music playing. Careless Whisper was playing during my visit. I love that song! They cook to order so that's always a good sign. The chicken came out a little over done and the skin wasn't crispy. I doused it with Old Bay and Bleu Cheese dipping sauce. Not worth a return visit.

And he says we have to eat here for best experience! He is right. Ordering is easy on the kiosk or an employee can help take your order up front. A large menu board shows you the options. We got two 3 tender meal combo (fries & drink) and a slaw. It took about 10 minutes to get our food but it's made to order. They kitchen/cooking/prep area is open so you can see them make it! Breading and frying the chicken & fries. Hot and fresh. They also check the temp of tenders for doneness. They dip the chicken, then they dust it. Comes with their Crimson sauce as well as ranch. The chicken was hot & juicy. The hot was spicy. Fries were hot and crispy. Ranch was good. Sauce was good. Only negatives were the pickles could have been thicker cut and fresher as well as the slaw. Slaw was vinegar based and wilted. Crunch & crispiness wasn't present. Food was on par with Daves and Canes. Maybe better in quality and price. I wished slaw came with meal. They played country music over the speakers so that's a big plus for me. Is it as good as Dave's or Cane's? My son says yes. I say maybe?

Their classic steak and cheese is delicious, but I love the steak and mushroom. You can 'edit' the sub any way you like, light lettuce, extra tomato, double meat : whatever you want, you got it! The bread always tastes fresh and the meat is packed in full. The sub is delicious eaten right away, but also still good an hour later or air fried for lunch the next day. You can get their sub combo for $14 which comes with fries (or UTZ chips) and a drink of choice, plus a pickle stick. The inside isn't much to write about, a typical sports bar but extremely clean. But let's get into the goods! Our waitress was this small in stature Hispanic lady. I unfortunately can't remember her name but she was so sweet and attentive! We got there right as their happy hour deal was ending and she asked the manager if we could put one order of drinks in and still receive the deal. She also brought a sample basket of the appetizers to our table since we were first timers. A restaurant that knows how to treat their customers! The basket came with their boneless, traditional wings, pretzels, and Mac and cheese bites. The pretzel bites?! Fresh and perfectly soft inside but crunchy outside. And I normally hate pretzels because they can be dry. Same story with the Mac and cheese bites. Every bite of the basket grew my excitement for our main course. Every single item was delicious!! We literally paused after the first samples in genuine happiness. For national wings day, they had a $16 endless jumbo wings deal. We added endless fries which was an extra $3. We got the traditional and dry rub wings. They have a variety of sauces. For the dry rub, the put the sauce on the side and the traditional is mixed with the sauce. The dry rub by itself, sans sauce, is stellar. I honestly could've kept eating it just as is. The traditional was also really good but there's just something about the dry rub. The sauces we tried were all really good but I wasn't a fan of the teriyaki. By the end of the night, our bellies were overly full and ready to combust but truly some of the best wings and customer service I've had. Afterwards, we had to go for a walk in the parking lot to try and walk off some of the food. I will forever give praise to this restaurant. I came in not expecting much but was genuinely blown away. And also want to shout out the lovely black woman who brought out our food and assisted our waitress. Stellar service and food all around.
