We go through the drive-thru or order online once a month or so. We've learned to check the bag before we leave because typically something is missing or wrong. Tonight we ordered online and I checked the bag to make sure the sides were there--they all were. Unfortunately I didn't open the box of chicken and we were disappointed when we got home with two missing pieces of chicken. Went through to get eight chicken tenders for dinner just the tenders. When I got home, one of my tenders was not even 2 inches long and it counted as one of the eight; couldn't believe it. We ordered our food at 8:08 pm- sign on the door says they close at 10:00 pm and Lobby closes at 9:00 pm- They locked the door behind us and kept it locked and even locked one of their own workers outside! First off it is a Fire Safety violation to lock any doors while customers are inside. Food was fresh, and hot, but the service not quite. I was disappointed slow workers, they see u but dont help you out, i waited standing up for sauces for 6-10 minutes. And rude! I have been here 2 times in about 1 week. BOTH times my order was MISSING items that I PAID for!!!!! The last time, I ordered mashed potatoes and there was something in it that looked like a yellow piece of rubber! Food prices are high enough when you get what you pay for! Every time I've came to this KFC everything I order is 1/3 the way full. I ordered a large fry and there wasn't even enough fries to fill a small container. We got a 12 piece of KFC original along with fixins the pieces were sooo small especially the thighs. The biscuits smaller than they used to be as well. My family and I love the taste of original but we love Bojangles too and get enough from their 12 piece meal deal to satisfy my family's hunger. Very disappointed as this was my 2nd try there, and i can see it was not a fluke the first time as I thought, it must be their practice to cut thighs in half. By the way it cost $30.00 I could have went down the street to Golden Corral and had all I could eat for that. read more

It's KFC and the food is the same at all of them baring the odd circumstance. This KFC seemed newish. Ample parking if an odd layout for it. Bathrooms and dining room areas were clean and orderly. The lady who took our order was very courteous and helpful. Nice quick lunch with food that was just as you expect from KFC. read more

Went to KFC Saturday afternoon after a day of shopping. We live out of the county and decided to go around the drive through. Our order totaled almost 40 bucks. No problem. After paying, we were asked to pull around to the side, it would take 5 minutes to complete our order. Down hill with the service afterward. We sat 22 minutes waiting, and when the girl finally came out with our order, couldn't find us. She walked right back in while my husband was blowing the horn to get her attention. We were parked in front of business as we were asked to. She came back out a couple minutes later. This time my husband calls out to her. She hands him our order, and off she goes. No thank you, no I'm sorry for the long wait, nothing! Needless to say, we won't be spending our hard earned money at that KFC again. Very poor service! read more
