This was the best experience I've had here. I ordered on the app from the parking lot. I didn't realize that I would get a time for my order to be ready. That was nice! I waited and got into line about 6 minutes before my set time. I was informed they were working on it and where to park. The guy at the speaker was named Ross and delivered some great customer service. I had my ordered delivered to my car at the time stated. They forgot my kids meal drink but it was an easy fix. Fries were cold and obviously old. Chicken slider tender pieces were so small and overcooked, almost too hard to eat.

Had a Zensation salad last night and was sick this morning. Won't go back there. Luckily all we ordered was two salads.

This is the first time for this restaurant as you can tell we don't cook much from all the reviews of all the restaurants, but we were impressed with Zaxby's. Everybody told us to order from them and we ordered a Cobb salad and some boneless wings and some appetizers and their drinks are pretty good. I'd have to admit, that very impressed will definitely order from them again we write them five stars read more

Came here on my way back to Greenville from Charlotte for a quick snack. Operative word being quick. Now I know that Zaxby's in general is not "fast" fast food but I eat here because I know the food will be of good quality. (Hot, fresh, etc.) But I don't expect to wait for a half hour to get what I ordered. I went through the drive thru and waited about 10 minutes before I got to the window. When I did arrive I waited another 2 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence and with no greeting she blurted out the total and I waited another 3 minutes for my order. I only ordered a large fries and a sweet tea but when I look in the bag, I see a large box. Much like one you'd put a whole meal in. I was puzzled but thought maybe they'd upgraded it to a basket of fries for my wait. I open the box to find someone else's half eaten meal complete with open sauce and fork (pictured below). Disgusted, I went in and requested the correct order and pointed out that I was given someone's uneaten meal. A complaint that was only met with a couple of "Sorry"s. Really?! I got what was supposed to be my order and left only to discover the fries were cold. I went back in again and was given the same cold fries. Incensed, finally I went back in for a FOURTH time and was told I had to wait 8 minutes. So I did. Again all of this was just met with "Sorry" and hushed whispers among the employees. I even heard the young woman say to another, "I said sorry". As if that was supposed to suffice when customer service and quality of product were so severely compromised. Searching for the manager, she finally appeared and walked past me twice before asking what was wrong. When I told her she was mortified and gave me a proper apology AND a refund which meant more than the others but doesn't correct the missteps. After 30 minutes (or more) wasted. I drove away with my properly cooked fries and sweet tea. Sad that it took so much and so long just to get such a simple order right. read more

Went here to try the new "BLT Zalad" and majority of my zalad bits were brown nasty looking and there was no bacon lol which was kind of the point in ordering the blt salad specifically. Drive thru visit. Out of chicken tenders. That's like Duncan being out of doughnuts. This is your signature offering and you're out?! Wife settled for those nugget pieces or whatever they're called. Her fries were those frozen crinkle cuts that are okay when hot, these were not. I had a grilled chicken salad. Lettuce; stale, barely below room temp. Tomatoes; flavorless, pulpy, cold, as in chewing ice cream hurt your teeth brain freeze cold! Chicken; burned on one side so tough when it was sliced much of the slices were still connected on that side. Two stars instead of one because they were polite and the order was correct. read more

Placed an order at this location which connected my order to GrubHub, was advised in advance that it would take up to 75 mins to have food delivered, which I was ok with because it was earlier enough. Long story short, GrubHub never found a driver for my order, but the bigger issue to me is that the restaurant never even tried to contact me to see if I still wanted the order or would rather pick up the order, instead, since they were closing soon, they just let it sit on the shelf and when I called I was told that this is common with GrubHub! I don't generally use delivery service, so if the restaurant would have advised with a courtesy call in advance, it would have allowed me time to Make arrangements to either pick up the food or not order at all! I guess this is something that they condone so staff can have a nice take home meal! It's in inconvenience for me! GrubHub is 100% liable for not finding a driver, but the fact that the restaurant already knew that this happens consistently, you would think they would be courteous enough to advise customers via phone so they can either pick another option to retrieve the food or find a place that can accommodate! Just horrible customer service overall from both sides since they chose to partner with GrubHub and apparently this isn't a one time issue, they are fully aware that this has been an ongoing issue! Inedible. Took my family there and had to wait 20 minutes after we ordered before they told us they didn't have the chicken for the club sandwich. Then it was 15 more minutes before we got our food . The fries were lukewarm and mushy. The toast was also. But what made the meal inedible was the chicken fingers. They tasted burnt. Clearly bad oil. When I complained they said they have problems with their grease. I've eaten at another zaxby's and the food was good. read more

We go to Zaxbys because it is so clean, typically. Not this one. It was a train wreck and a nasty one at that. The soda machine was caked with a sticky mess that, looked like it hadn't been wiped down in days. There was not 1 table clean (We cleaned our own). There was trash on the ground. I'm ashamed to say I stayed and ordered and wouldn't have had I noticed before I placed my order. read more

I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes at this point. It's kind of ridiculous. The car in front of me has been yelling at the girl working the window, calling her swear words, revving their engine, and honking their horn. Great food! I wish it wasn't so pricey, but you get what you pay for!

I am very disappointed regarding my last visit to this restaurant. The employees were pleasant,; however, the food was really bad. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with french fries. The fries were were datk brown and rubbery. I asked for fresh fries and they were only slightly better. When I took a bite of the sandwich, I could not taste any chicken. The alleged chicken was mushy and bland. There were no tomatoes, onions, or lettuce. I wasted $7.00. read more

Very good place to eat. Love the special sauce and chicken is not over cooked. Glad it's still around as a selection in town.
