This location is OK. The food is good. But they often forget things in the order. One of their main side staples for example, the mashed potatoes and gravy for example, they seem to always forget the gravy. I bet it's those DEI hires. The interior is bland. read more

Was charged for extra items i had not asked for and did not receive. I hardly ever look at my receipts but this time before throwing out my trash i was called into wanting to look at the receipt and learned that the young lady had charged me for family size items totaling over $20. I was 20 miles away from the restaurant when I discovered this and took the drive back to the restaurant to talk to the manager, it wasn't about the money but mostly about the principle of being taken for a fool. After I told her about what happened and to keep an eye on her employee and requesting full refund she hesitated but I gave her the alternative to either correct the mistake or have law enforcement look into it. She agreed and refunded my money and offered a free meal, i declined the free meal. read more

We ordered a family takeout yesterday Saturday 6/3/2022. We paid 44.00 for this takeout. The sides were not even 3/4 full when we got them home and opened the order. The mashed potatoes were only half full and allowed for a tablespoon per person. Corn was just as bad. What good is takeout if you can't trust the Restaurant management and workers to give you what you have paid for. This is the second time this site has been less than adequate in the past year. I GIVE UP! I give up ever trying to get a correct order at KFC in Belle Vernon PA. I honestly don't know what is so hard about filling an order correctly (and yeah, been there done that plus some, it ain't rocket science kids) but if you work at a chicken joint and you don't know the different parts of a chicken, maybe it's time to think about a new career. And, if you can't tell the difference between mashed potatoes and gravy and macaroni and cheese, maybe the food industry really isn't your forte. My order was supposed to be 3pcs. of Original Recipe dark meat and I received 1 Original Recipe Thigh (ok), 1 Extra Crispy Leg (no) and 1 Original Recipe Breast (that's WHITE meat). You got more pieces WRONG than you did right. Then I ordered your Special... Chicken Pot Pie, 1 Side and a Drink. I ordered Mac-n-Cheese and a Pepsi with NO Ice. What I received was a 2nd mashed potato and gravy and a cup full of ice. I don't know why I can't seem to ever get a correct order there but, I see I'm not alone. There's no reason to give customers the wrong pieces of chicken... You only have 4 to guess from... breasts, wings, thighs and legs. And none of them look alike. And you can easily tell the difference between Original Recipe and Extra Crispy too... One is as hard as a brick, smells burnt and looks like it has been sitting around all day and the other doesn't. As far as the sides, most are already packaged but all are certainly self explanatory. Not much guess work in Mac-n-Cheese or Cole Slaw. So, please explain to me... WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS EVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT? I realize that you are always willing to make it right or replace the mistake but, not everyone lives close enough to just come back. Even if they could, it's still frustrating that something so simple could be such a monumental undertaking for your store. You may have, at one time, thought you were the only game in town because you were the only place to get chicken but, Fisher Heights Giant Eagle in North Charleroi has awesome fried chicken and great sides, too. And they'll make you an 8pc. Bucket fresh to order. So honestly, the only advantage you have anymore is your drive thru. As far as the food goes, there is nothing to complain about. It is the cleanliness/service of this location that is horrid. My boyfriend and I visited this location last night for dinner. I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal with the new honey BBQ sauce. My boyfriend ordered popcorn chicken with a side of FLG sauce. When our order was presented to us, there was absolutely no sauce on my chicken, or on the side for his popcorn chicken. When I brought it to the girls attention she told me that the strips don't come with the sauces already on them. (?!!!???? Uhm sorry, but yes they do...I've ordered it that way EVERY TIME... EVEN THE PICTURE SHOWS THE STRIPS SMOTHERED IN THE SAUCE!) I was not in the mood to argue. At that moment another employee walking past asked if I wanted the Smoky Mountain barbecue sauce. I said ok, that's fine...not what I wanted, but I'll try it. I'm sort of glad I did though because that sauce is awesome. My boyfriend then went over to ask for his sauce for his popcorn chicken. Instead of the girl informing us at the register that they were out of the FLG sauce and to choose a different one, they decided not to give us any at all. No common sense here whatsoever!! Finally, I feel like during the evenings, the high school kids who run this place get a little careless. There were no lids or straws stocked at the beverage dispenser, and every table was dirty with food all over or under it. It took us a while to find one booth that wasn't absolutely filthy. The service was awful! I pulled up to wait 10 mins just to order! He wouldn't even tell me my total.. nor did he ask what i wanted for my sides. Then once I got up to the window he went to hand me my drink only to take it back and walk away to do another order. I've only gotten takeout at this place. On the positive side, the staff is not unfriendly, the restaurant appears clean and taken care of, and the food is fresh and tasty. On the negative side, they don't seem to have give as many deals as some other locations, and none of my credit cards (visa/mc/amex) ever work, I always end up having to pay with a debit card. read more

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. It was busy. Asain was AWESOME!!!! Perfect example of Customer Service!!!! She was friendly with every customer. Carla was super nice also. Reyon was also friendly. Because they were busy some people from the back came up front to help, those people didn't do anything wrong but they did not stand out like Asain, Carla and Reyon did!!!!
