This was not a good experience at all. Basically...... this KFC ran out of chicken. Yes.... chicken. I don't get it. The young girl mngr said it would take over 20 minutes to get our order. People were mad & walking out. The drive thru had 8 cars in line. This was a TUESDAY evening around 5:30pm. We left. We really wanted chicken so we went to Popeyes on Varner. What a great decision that was. It was very busy. Our order took less than 10 minutes. The staff was working very well together. It was a well oiled machine. We were very impressed. So.....Thanks KFC for running out of chicken. We now have a New place for fried chicken. Oh by the way.......Popeyes was very tasty & fresh. I guess KFC was not meant to be. read more

Oh My Gosh!! This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. They are so disorganized and are out of items all of the time. What really gripes me is when they are out of Breast and they don't tell you and when you get home low and behild all you have is legs, wings, and thighs. Then half of the wings and legs are broken, which grosses me out. This shows you the kind of inhumain farms they are buying their discount chicken from. SAD =( They also don't put in honey half the time unless you ask. The hispanic employees also don't seem to care for gringgos too much. What a disappointment! I did drive through and ordered a pot pie and 6 chicken strips only, no combo. The price of the chicken strips was not on the menu board and I heard no price given by the person taking the order. I used my debit card and was surprised to hear the price was $22.93. I questioned the cost and it was repeated back to me. No receipt was given when my card was given back to me. I drove part way home and turned back around to ask again about the high cost. I spoke to the guy who had given me my food and he showed me the ticket for my order, confirming the 6 chicken strips cost over $16.00! The manager who took my order insists she told me the cost, but I never heard a price, otherwise I would never had ordered them. This is a case of Buyer Beware and I am left with the result. To make things worse, the Pot Pie my wife got had only 2 small pieces of dark meat and was filled with potatoes. REALLY BAD customer service. I go to this KFC location fairly frequently just because I work down the street, and I do love their chicken. The food isn't the problem at all, but the customer service is terrible. I've had my order messed up several times (wrong drink, wrong sides, or sides missing altogether) and they are unwilling to accommodate simple requests. A few times when I've pulled up to the intercom, I've had to wait awkwardly for 3-5 minutes before someone asks for my order. A simple "I'll be right with you" would be appreciated... I don't mind waiting, but don't just leave me hangin'! I also don't know if the intercom is really bad, or if the employees just aren't listening, but I'll ask for a lemonade, and when they read back my order... "And you wanted a Pepsi, right?" ... No, a lemonade. "A medium Pepsi?" No, just a lemonade, please! And then when I get back to the office, I find out they gave me a Diet Sierra Mist. What?? Pepsi doesn't even remotely sound like "lemonade," and Sierra Mist isn't close to either of those things! I've ordered the Zinger sandwich (which are delicious, if you ever get the chance) and when I asked for extra pickles - I was told "we don't do that, here." In fact, pickles seem to be a weirdly major hot-button issue with this KFC. Today, I went in for some regular tenders and asked for pickles, and was again told, "No, we don't do that." I asked if I needed to pay extra for a topping, and was told "We don't sell the pickles." Ohhhkay... so I can get pickles on Nashville Hot tenders, but not regular ones? Why is this such a big honkin' deal? No other fast food place makes a battle out of pickles. Tried ordering a chicken sandwich with Nashville hot sauce on the side apparently they don't allow you to purchase sides of sauce. New to me, super disappointing ended up driving away. I usually use the drive thru and don't have any issues. Today I decided to stop in and have lunch with my daughter. First, my order was wrong, I had to go back to the counter and get some money back. Second, the cup they gave me was dirty inside. I asked for a new cup, the cashier was apologetic and rinsed the new cup before handing it to me. Third, I go over to get my drink and they are out of lids and napkins. Other customers went up to the counter to ask for these items and were told they are by the drink machine. I don't understand how many customers have to ask for these items before they realize they have to restock. The food was the normal chicken and sides, no issues there. But the place was not well stocked at all. And now, every time I use the drive thru I will wonder if my cup is clean :( read more

Wow! This KFC had really done a makeover. Not only was the food and service excellent, the aesthetics of the restaurant are better! Let me just say 3 words: NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN!!!! Wow!!! It was a delicious meal for less than $6. Better tasting chicken than any other restaurant I've ventured to in the desert, fast or fancy. We have ordered take out 4 different times over the last couple of months. Two times the food was fresh and we all enjoyed the chicken and biscuits, all of it. This last time the food was old again. The chicken was shriveled and dry and the biscuits were hard and crumbly. Of course we didn't check for freshness when the order was picked up and we didn't know its condition until it was opened at the table. What recourse? It was paid for. Do we drive back to KFC to return it while everyone else is waiting for dinner? No we suffered through the complaints at the table. KFC received the full price for what was supposed to be freshly prepared food, but made money on food that should have been thrown out the day before. Super bummed. Went to KFC and ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and some chicken littles with extra mayo. Get back to our hotel room to find that the littles had barely any Mayo (asked for extra, not less), was given the wrong chicken.... no tenders (wings and drumsticks) and no mashed potatoes. This is by far the worst KFC location and quality that I have ever seen. I ordered a three piece meal, two thighs and a drumstick, which comes with macaroni and cheese, and a beverage. For starters the two thighs which were supposed to be original recipe or completely saturated in grease, and was as soggy as a sponge so I had to take that off because it was totally disgusting, so there was no crispy skin on it at all then, as I go to pull the chicken off, it is just dripping water and grease. One piece was overcooked, one piece was raw, so I moved on to the drumstick as I picked up the drumstick, the skin and the chicken fell off the drumstick because of all the water and grease. I cannot believe that somebody would even serve something like this to somebody as I ordered it from. grubHub and they delivered it to me. The macaroni and cheese was stuck together and old as if it was three days old. Even the Pepsi I ordered was watered down and I had no flavor to it. I should've checked the reviews on this location here off of Washington because now that I look at the reviews there is not one good one and they all complain about the same thing so I blame myself for not checking the reviews however, I cannot believe that somebody would actually serve this crap to somebody and expect them to eat it. I ordered by drive-thru. Line went pretty quick, only 2 cars in front of me on a weekend during lunch time. Food tasted good (regular recipe chicken with macaroni and cheese). I thought it was weird how they say they charge an extra 49 cents to everyone and then give a 49 cent discount if you use credit card or cash, so they are basically screwing you over if you use a debit card. Update 9/2/17. This KFC doesn't sell grilled chicken (you can only get regular or crispy). There is no more upcharge if you want lemonade for your drink in a combo. read more
