we know places usually take a while, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 minutes after the latest completion time. We have been now been waiting for 45 minutes now so in total we waited almost an hour after the girl told us it should only be 15 on our food and yet we see the people in the kitchen, joking, and laughing, flinging food at each other while the girl in the front has no idea what's going on. Ordered from jville location today took about 20min extra too long for 8pc. The Korean wings were so hard almost burnt up mango habenro wasn't even close....by the time I made it home was too late to go back over the river in 5pm traffic. I called and the 3 employees that were on the front line decided who will be the manager today...placed on hold then finally a male answers not a manager asked for General Managers number and he gives me the Stores' number as if I didn't know that when I called!! We hadn't had Wingstop for a while, so we decided to try the one here in Jacksonville. I don't know what was going on there tonight. Maybe a shift change? The person at the counter seemed like she was having difficulty finding things on the screen of the register. Then she had trouble giving me back my change. She told me it was going to be 8 to 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. It didn't seem that busy. Nobody let me know that there would be a long wait. The quality for the food for the price I paid was very poor. The chicken tenders have gotten a lot smaller. The tenders were oversauced. The other flavor was under sauced.
