First things first I understand nobody wants is working nowadays and companies need help, but I still have the write to share my feelings. Now let me get started. First, The people in front of me and my father (at the window) were knocking on the window. Me and my dad weren't sure, but after we got home now I'm assuming they forgot something and/or did something wrong. Once me and my dad pulled up there was a difficulty with the register, but it was nothing big. As my father was being handed our food the person at the window said, "Have a good day." But, my father was quick to pause him and say "What about the drinks?" The person looks confused for a second then fixed up a Pepsi and gave it to my father. Then, my father said "There were two drinks." And the person looked confused longer than before. My father told him what the two drinks were and so, he fixed up my drink and gave it to my father. Before he shut the window my father told him, "Uhm, may I have bbq sauce too please?." And you may think what's the complaint for that. My father said at the window that he wanted the sauce. Once we got home the fries to my order weren't there. My father said not once, but TWICE he wanted fries with my order. He (My Father/Dad) ordered me a number 12 with no pickles, fries, and a drink. (I can't remember what the drink was called.) I took my sandwich (aka burger) out the bag it was in and right then and there I could already see it had pickles. I took the bun off just to make sure I wasn't thinking I saw it and there it was. I understand times are tuff, but they were getting through orders fast. They got my order wrong but we're very courteous when I called to voice my opinion. Very professional and nice staff.

The chicken sliders were so HORRIBLY constructed and wrapped as if they had been previously unwrapped that I inspected them VERY closely to see if anyone spat in them. The napkins were disheveled and wrinkled as if they'd been given out already and someone picked through and took out the unused ones. And the quality of the service is on par with the quality of the food. BTW, how long are those broken windows going to remain broken? This KFC isn't known for quality or care, but this was unusually disgusting, and it's obvious that neither management nor the owners care about the service they fail to give their customers. 46 reviews and 75% of them are 1 star? This KFC closes at 11 pm! But the yelp ad says midnight.... sad. We drove all the way here and can't eat it.

I love KFC, but this place is dirty, rundown and relatively unfriendly. Menu lights at drive thru were not working, parking lot light was not working, Canopy lights at the drive-thru are mostly burned out, the speaker system sound is terrible. It actually looks as though it may be closed. The last time we went there, they only had 4 breast extra crispy, some thighs. Instead of just waiting for customers, they need to be cleaning and repairing. Maybe this one could become a bit more conscious of itself. read more

This place should be closed. There were 4 people in line and the girl just left. We stood there while the manager walked past ignoring us after 7 minutes I stopped her and asked what was going on? She said "oh I didn't know you needed to order" !!! She took our orders and walked to her office and closed the door. There were 7 people in the kitchen with one working the drive through. 1 was fixing food that went only to drive through. After 18 minutes, no counter orders delivered and I yelled what was taking so long. No response, I did this 3 times. Finally a girl making biscuits asked what I needed. I told her and she went in the back and fixed my order, handed to me and went back to biscuit making. The 1 girl making food had no gloves, kept wiping her nose on her hand, then shirt. She picked items off the floor, butter, napkins and put them in bags!! It looks dirty and I'm taking my food back tomorrow for a refund. By now 12 other patrons were wanting their food too. Good service. They made a mistake but fixed right away and then some. And can't go wrong with KFC chicken!

I got the $5.00 box for lunch one day. I thought i ordered chicken but when i bit into it there was something that resembled a brain inside. I immediently freaked out! I called the store to let them know and hopefully get my money back and they said there was nothing they could do for me. At that point i was pissed so i called corprate and after weeks of saying they would return my phone call they never did. I detest KFC and will never eat there again. read more

Horrible service. They make you wait 20 mins for your food and don't even apologize for it. Make ou sit at the drive thru window for 2 mins without even saying a word. A simple thank you or a sorry would do. read more

We came kind of late and they were out of potato wedges, but they asked if we wanted to wait five minutes for them to make some. They didn't charge us for them, and also offered us a free drink while we were waiting. Nice customer service! read more

Worst experience ever I ordered a 12 piece meal chicken was undercooked. Manager was more worried about what others thought than the chicken being undercooked. She grabbed chicken with her hands to check it and returned the bucket to me saying it was ok she wasn't even wearing gloves and expected us to eat the chicken like that raw and after she put her hand all over it. read more

I have never been to a dirtier restaurant than this one. There is enough food on the floor to feed a family of 4. Tables dirty, water on seats, and trash all over floor...lobby has not been cleaned in hours. Sure this place crawls with cockroaches at night. Where is the health department...they need to pay a visit. read more

The service at this KFC (Date Palm Dr in Cathedral City) was horrible as the guy waiting on us had a crappy disposition. I requested Fresh potato wedges and he said with annoyance "It'll be 5 minutes. You really want to wait?" I said Yes Thank you! The potatoes were fresh however the crispy chicken had been sitting awhile and it was not fresh or very tasty and the cookie that came with the meal left a lot to be desired as well. They also didn't really seem to care if you walked out without ordering either. I hadn't been to a KFC in awhile so I was Very disappointed!. read more

TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I pulled up to the drive through and orderd 2 two piece grilled meals to which I was told it would be 10 minutes, but would be hot and fresh, so I pull up and pay and then asked to pull around to the front where they would bring my order out. 20 minutes later I notice no food so I go inside, I was pulled aside and explained they had givin out my order and would be another 10 minute wait for cooking chicken, to where I nearly lost it but just asked what they were going to do to correct there mistake, and they said nothing !...I will never eat there again and I will make sure EVERYONE knows how TERRIBLE TERRIBLE there service and food is ! read more

For the second time in less than 2 weeks I have gone to this location to buy dinner and have left after being told they are "out of food". Not out of regular, or extra crispy, but everything! I was in the drive through with 2 cars behind me. I had to wait for the person in front of me to leave. I parked and went inside and asked for the manager. The woman was obnoxious and could not care less. She informed me that they were closing "early" now. I asked why they still had the lights on and the sign says your open until 11 pm. At that point, she keep saying "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" not matter what I said or asked her. Oh, and their credit card system was down (again) so it's cash only!! read more

KFC NASTY... that's it plain ole nasty... at this location they sell you old chicken or Oringinal Chicken (that have been FRIED) go figure.... Then I called to complain and they had the nerve to tell me no one else have complained!!!! I asked to speak with the store manager, they told me, 1. "she was in and out (tonight)".....2. "might" be in tomorrow then 3. never mind she want be in until Monday, (it's Wednesday).... ((did not sound like she was on vacation)). I said "I'll just call corporate" the lady on the phone said, (in a jolly type of way) (nan-nan) " we are not corporate any more".... Did I forget to mention when we pulled up .... They said, "welcome to KFC would you like to try our chicken pot-pie" ...... No, my respond..... Order when you ready...... I would like to Order your #1 original...... "WE DON'T HAVE ANY 'CHICKEN' the respond.......we are like the 3rd car in the drive thru out of five at the time.... Thinking they were closed we asked what time they closed..... 11 they said, we where like 2 hours early......we asked if you are cooking some we would like too wait like the 2 cars ahead of us... We did, (only because my daughter wanted it)...... THEN WE GOT PLAIN NASTY.... nasty KFC at this location..... And nasty customer service.... This is the FIRST & LAST TIME you serve me some of your personal recipe instead of THE KFC ORIGINAL.... last I've known KFC ORIGINAL is not deep fried!!!! "OMG" I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here The worst experience ever at a KFC and I have eaten KFC in countries around the world. I ordered three of the Nashville tenders combination plate with three drinks all medium and three pieces of corn on the cob when I got to the window the price seemed very high I ask what I had ordered he repeated back my order along with an eight piece bucket of chicken and there were four drinks I think she just added The car behind me order on to mine so I got that straightened out and took the food home unfortunately when I got home we found that two of the drinks were diet Pepsi that we did not order we had all Pepsi's no diet The disappointment continued when we opened up our food they were the tiniest chicken strips I have ever seen unbelievable I think they must be going through and picking out the big wins to give to their friends and if that wasn't bad enough one of the tiny tenders was half gone if it would not have been for us being in a hurry I would have taken them back unfortunately we left the next morning to continue our trip I would not recommend this restaurant for my worst enemy well maybe I would to my worst enemy but you know what I mean good luck if you ever go here. watered down ,tasteless mashed potato's, tasteless coleslaw, and to top it off, they now charge .49 cents for paying with a debit card, clearly my last visit to a kfc, hey pepsico if your bank fee's are that high you need to pass it on to the customers, CHANGE BANKS!! they need your business to operate, tell them no and find a bank that has fee's you dont need to pass on, thats the real american business way, speak with your money, banks will change when they start losing big customers, and now ill speak with my money and never go to kfc again. read more
