Extremely dissapointing to go to a KFC and be told, once at the drive-up window, that "we don't have any more chicken". What? Isn't that what you're business model is all about? Having chicken?? It should not matter what day, or time of day, it is, if you're open for business you should be able provide all items on the menu. People expect the 'convieince' of this model that has been around for decades. People eat at varoius times due to various curcumstances in their lives that are going on and they believe they can rely on such businesses to help them eat a meal when needed. Sadly, this is not the case at this KFC, this is not the first time this has occurred at this location. First of all, I know it's KFC. They're quick in the drive thru and I love fried chicken, so I know what I'm paying for. It's good for fast food. Anyhow, this experience really ticked me off. Went through the drive thru and I got the person that doesn't speak or hear English well. No big deal, it's SoCal. I get to the window and they ask me for a different amount than I know it should cost. "Oh sorry, she said you said #3" Oh no, I'm well aware of what I said because I said it - twice. I don't appreciate being told what I said. So, I repeat my order for the 3rd time to the lady in the window who wasn't the same as the first. Not that big of a deal, confusion happens in fast food. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a fast food place. Usually I run through the drive through to grab dinner for hubby and me. It's fast, always correct and pretty good. Hubby wanted wings which he said take longer cuz they are made fresh so I went inside. The young man who greeted me and took my order was excellent. As I waited I watched how he interacted with others. Has to be one of the best customer service agents I've heard in a long time. He helped customer figure out best deal for them (offered suggestions...some accepted,others didn't). A customer said he never received his receipt (when his order was ready) and this young gentleman didn't miss a beat, instead of it being a hassle to find order and reprint he happily said, "let me get that for you sir." First class. He didn't stand around and do nothing once line disappeared and he kept me updated on timing of my order. The lead/manager (I believe) was working as hard as his crew. I mentioned to him what a great crew they have. In the old days when I recruited staff for my store (retail), I offered good service people jobs. I would have taken any one of those workers. Just wanted to say thank you for being so friendly and competent in a sometimes over looked and under appreciated job. read more

This place lives up to its reviews. My mom was with me from AZ and there are no KFC even remotely near her. So despite the horrible reviews we arrived. First, please take some pride I. How your establishment looks. Just dirty over all, don't get me started on the bathroom. We waited almost 10 min for them to take our order. Some delivery food company was at the counter.. grub hub, door dash?? Unknown which one. Good looking out for the driver as the order was so messed up... she had them make it right. Food.. we both ordered the 3 full wing meal. My wings extra were ok. My mom were original and were disgusting.. they looked like balls of chicken, no wing shape to be found. They tasted like oil, soggy gross skin.. barf. She picked what she could off and ate what she could salvage. I guess people keep coming due to supply and demand.. there is not another one for quite a ways away. I'll take a hard pass next time as this place needs employee help and scrubbing. Ordered a family meal with 16 pieces. Upon arriving home we noticed the bucket seemed empty. We counted the pieces and it was short 4, in addition there were some tiny pieces. We attempted to call but got no answer. We drove to the restaurant and spoke to a representative, she said the phone was broken and they knew about it. He gave us the missing pieces, but didn't seem very apologetic and didn't at least try to make it right. All the negative comments are true. Poor management, poor workers, ran out of food- just poor, poor situation. Set my wife to pick up dinner, 5 minutes away, came back in 1 and 1/2 hour later. Three orders online and only one was correct, the chicken sandwich. Five piece tender, wrong side, no dipping sauces and in stead of Sierra Mist ( no caffeine) they sent a Pepsi! She seemed to be annoyed at what I ordered because it would need to be made, she tried to tell me what I ordered when I had her repeat my order. She was not friendly or welcoming. My order was correct. I made sure of it before I drove off, because they've blown it in the past. But, what the hell did they expect me to eat my corn kernels and cole slaw with? My fingers? No fork or knife!! The person who took my order was helpful (because I didn't see what I wanted on the menu), and the person who handed me my meal was nice enough to be sure I had the chicken parts that I wanted. Ordered Nashville Wings and Popcorn chicken with honey mustard sauce through drive-thru. I asked the girl at drive-thru for 1 ranch and she was like I already put some in the bag. Ok.. I thought that was nice of her to think of giving us Ranch. I drive all the way home and realize she didn't give me the popcorn chicken. Also, instead of honey mustard she gave me a bunch of Ranch (no wonder she made a comment). I drive all the way back to KFC and go inside to let them know I didn't get the popcorn chicken. The girl at the counter was like the $5 box? So I said no, we got the $10 box. That tells me they forgot other people's orders too. The girl that helped me at drive-thru was just standing there staring at me and didn't say a word. While the girl at the counter got the chicken for me and slid it across the counter. No thank you, no apologies for making me drive all the way back. At least acknowledge you made a mistake. I get home and the Nashville wings are basically almost burned to a crisp. They weren't fresh so the chicken meat itself was hard and stringy. The popcorn chicken didn't even have any meat inside most of them. They were just popcorn chicken breading. Sad that the quality of food at KFC has gone down and there is no quality control on orders. The customer service here is also lacking, so there's no reason for me to come back. Employees are garbage at this location. RUN! Like any fast food KFC isn't gourmet but if prepared by employees that care it can be down right delicious. This restaurant unfortunately is full of rude kids who clearly don't care about their jobs or their customers. I've been to this KFC twice and I'll never be back. First time the cashier rudely asked "where did you get those?!" when I tried to use a coupon. Then he said they were not valid. Of course when the coupon number gets punched in the computer accepts it as a legitimate coupon. On top of it the food was not fresh. My next visit I had a meal that includes a biscuit and they forgot it.. Their only concern was how fast the computer system said they served me and got me out the drive thru. They didn't ring my order up until I got to the drive thru pick up window to make their times look better. Aside from missing an item the meal was also put together like crap. A pickle is supposed to be garnished on each piece of chicken but they instead tossed 3 pickles still stuck together in the corner of the box. When I called to complain it was very obvious the shift leader shiela didn't care at all.
