I have ordered from this KFC 3 times now through Doordash and every time there is something missing. And not small things. The receipt clearly shows everything I ordered, so it is not DD's fault. Also, the bags I received are sealed so it's not the drivers fault. The first order I was missing all 3 sides. The second order I was missing the fries for the combos and the last time I was missing 2 chicken sandwiches from the ordered combos. I don't order a ton of items, 2 or 3 combos (without drinks) max. This review has nothing to do with the food, but the customer service. This was my first time ordering from here as I wanted to try something new. I stood right by the mobile pickup area for almost 10 minutes, watching the workers while they helped people til the line was gone (this is totally fair and was not an issue) however they then proceeded to call out order after order while completely ignoring me the entire time. Not even any eye contact, an "I'll be right with you," nothing. I didn't want to be rude so I kept quiet but eventually moved directly into the middle of the counter and was still ignored. I finally gave up and had to interrupt a worker to ask if I could have my order (I saw it on the counter as soon as I walked in but it was not within reach). Please train your staff on better customer service skills. Personally, one bad experience is enough to turn me away from ordering somewhere ever again. On Sunday we stopped in to try their Chicken and Waffles after hearing fans enjoying them so much they'd call their mamma to try them. I love southern food and have family with southern roots, so this is right up my alley! When it came time to order, the cashier assisting us, tho friendly had no clue what she was doing, even with who I can guess must have been the manager. It took the longest time just to place our order and I cannot tell you how many times we had to repeat what we ordered to them both. Even tho we tried to explain what the menu specifies, although the menu print was very small, I was thankful my boyfriend was their with his glasses to read it off more easily than I could. ..On to the food When our food came out, everything was correct, hot and fresh, the Chicken and Waffles themselves were very delicious with chicken tenders and tho Mrs. Butterworth's syrup isn't real maple syrup, you gotta admit, it's sweet and damn good! Do skip the butter it comes with tho, since the syrup already has it's "worth" of butter, you'll taste enough of the butteriness already, trust me! The waffle was good as well and I also added a side of green beans that were nicely seasoned and very flavorful! To drink I went with an unsweetened tea and I poured just 1 sugar packet, that's it needed, it was flavorful enough! Thank you Colonel Harland Sanders for introducing your chicken, 70+ years ago, which is now the world's most popular chicken restaurant chain specializing in homemade goodness! Since the 70's in Japan it's actually a tradition to have KFC for Christmas dinner, they even had them on airlines at one point! I would come back to try their Chicken and Waffles Sandwich, but honestly not at this location, unless they hire some more trained staff, running the front and cleaning the tables, tho I loved the vintage diner feel with the decor and seating. Especially since they have large signs up advertising their menu specials like the Chicken and Waffles, a lot of customers want to be quickly in and out when it comes to fast food and their was a large line behind us patiently waiting. My son and I came in for lunch today. We were greeted by Anayiah she was very friendly and courteous. Told me it would be a small wait for the wedges which was okay. Liked that she mentioned ahead of time instead of waiting forever all to find out the hard way. Nice job on her part. We both orders K6 which is 3pc tenders with 1 side, a medium drink, a biscuit and a cookie for 5 dollars. What a good deal. Chicken was crispy and tender. Wedges were hot and delicious. Biscuit fluffy and warm. I like their creamy buffalo dipping sauce so good and flavorful. Store was clean and got busy very fast today. Keeping staff on their toes. The corn was dry and only 1/4 of the container was filled. I hate this location. This is the last time I go there. Everytime we order take from there they always give us crispy instead of original and the chicken is extremely greasy Last night I ordered it and when we received it the grease dropped off of it.
