It's pretty small with maybe 10 or so seats and some little cultural decorations. The guy at the counter is nice and walks you through the what you're ordering. They have a pretty wide menu and we got the pollo supreme burrito which comes with rice, beans, onions, sour cream, and cheese. The chicken is a chipotle chicken that is tender and flavorful. They toast the tortilla which gives it some depth of flavor. We got it spicy which gives it some but not a lot of heat. Upon weighing the brisket they also included the weight of the tray. Bummer oh well. Mac and potato salad as the sides. Everything was delicious brisket was juicy and tender same with the ribs. Mac was creamy and noodles were well done which was fine to me. Potato salad was fine. Brisket had a balanced pepper corn and salt rub taste. Their BBQ sauce was good but not spicy enough. I originally thought they were waiting for a table, but they were all just there for the restroom since this seems to be the place to be for pit stops down I-5. It was around 6 PM on Monday, and we got seated pretty quickly. ​We ordered the 14 oz. Choice Ribeye (medium rare) and the Country Fried Steak. Both included either baked potatoes or mashed potatoes (we opted for baked) and broccoli and carrots. The ribeye also included either a soup or salad, but given the current scare with the lettuce parasite, I opted for the clam chowder. ​They start you out with hot bread rolls and some salted whipped butter. The ribeye was very tender and delicious. It was well-seasoned and does not need steak sauce or anything. The country fried steak was quite tasty and comes with a massive amount of gravy, the way I like it. ​Overall, this was a great stop with great food. The service was amazing and the waiter was very attentive. This will definitely be a regular pit stop of ours.
