The restraunt was not busy, we had to wait way to long for premade food. Only the left side of the soda dispenser worked. Staff was polite but slow. Food was warm not hot. If you see alot of customers waiting, you will be here for a long time. read more

Ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal, with fries. What I got was three pieces of hard, dried up chicken, and mashed potatoes. The biscuit must have been old too, as that was hard. This location is hit or miss, but after our experience this week, we will not be back. They're moderately busy, (steady cars in the drive thru) but nothing crazy... I pull up to order and the woman on the speaker is RUDE and SHORT with me as I ask about what kind of chicken wings they have. How do you decipher a hot wing (small size when you get buffalo wings) from a large, entire wing of the chicken?! We get past that, then I start asking how many buffalo wings come in an order/what increments Can I get (5,10, etc). She replies "3,6,9,12, how many you looking for?" In the most condescending & rushed tone, ever. Completely turned me off to ordering anything. I proceed to order my husband's chicken order & she reads it back with the same shitty attitude. She comes and hands me the bag of food, no thank you, no hello, NOTHING. I say thank you and she walks off. The cashier has her hands all the way in her shirt, I guess she's cold. That's not very sanitary. How about putting a sweatshirt on?! Then she hands me back my debit card, didn't even tell me a total lol... I asked for a receipt (which they should ASK if I want and don't ASSUME that nobody wants a receipt so that when they get sick off your shitty food-- (that's old and sitting under a heat lamp even tho there are steady cars coming through) --they have proof without having to print a goddamn bank statement lol.. my husband's idea to eat here btw, hence why I decided to not even order & am totally bashing kfc's food), she doesn't say a damn word and just puts the receipt out the window. I snatch it and leave. I call to complain to a manager about the poor customer service and MISERABLE attitudes. Briefly told him what's going on and he says "hold on a second," puts the phone down and doesn't come back LOL. I waited 7 minutes and hung up. KFC EMPLOYEES, IF you are reading this, GO WORK IN A FACTORY OR WAREHOUSE. SAME PAY RATE, NO DEALING WITH PEOPLE. YOU ARE OBVIOUSLY TOO MISERABLE WORKING AT KFC, BUT THESE CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS AND THEY WANT DECENT SERVICE FOR CHOOSING TO SPEND MONEY TO KEEP THE BUSINESS RUNNING. This is one of those combo units with Long John Silvers. This is one of the nicest and cleanest KFC's I've been in. I had the Grilled chicken, breast and wing with mashed and slaw. The bird they used was quite small. Now I know why those things can't fly. The wing was teeny. The slaw is the best in the west. The potatos and biscuit really didn't add anything to the meal. So that's it. I've had it three times and when I come back to Kentucky it's godda be fried. read more

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC/Long John's. I enter the store and there's a young lady slouched over behind the counter. She tells me she's in training so she couldn't take my order. Ok, so I wait and a few minutes later another lady comes and takes my order. After I paid I did not get a receipt, which is odd because that never happens. Ten minutes later she calls out a number, but I blankly look at her because I never got a receipt.... When I go get my food she mistakenly packed it in a Togo box. As I'm eating my food, I kid you not there's one person after the other complaining about their orders from the drive thru. After that the lady in charges walks around the restaurant with her trainee and complains about how people like to leave a big mess here. Well, my chair was pretty sticky when I first Sat down so obviously they aren't doing any cleaning. Please get some better management at this location, this kind of service is not acceptable. read more

I am very disappointed with the amount of gravy that you receive with the mashed potatoes. I had ordered 2 of the $20.00 fill ups. They come with 2 large mashed potatoes each and only received 2 small gravy's. Now we have potatoes and no gravy because for as long as I have ever gone to KFC, I received a large potato with a gravy for each potato. Apparently they are cutting back and the gravy is what they are cutting back on. So we received 4 potatoes and only 2 gravy. So our dinner treat turned out not to be so good. This is a combined KFC/Long John Silvers. This has got to be one of the poorest run I've seen. We stopped by around 5pm on a Sunday and despite having a large staff working (maybe 6 or more) it was nothing but chaos. The order line was long and moving slow. People kept returning because their orders were incorrect. Low supplies of ready food items. A manager nowhere in sight except for a moment here and there as she dealt with customer complaints. The back kitchen smoking.(maybe they had a grease fire) but the smell of burnt smoke filled the restaurant. The beeping alarms on the food timers kept beeping for long periods as if no one cared - perhaps that's why they kept having smoke fill the kitchen. It was just enough smoke to cause a greasy smelly haze - my clothes and hair smelled so bad after leaving I couldn't wait to get home to shower. Our meal itself was ok, but others there weren't as happy. read more
