I like KFC much better than Popeyes . KFC isn't spicy or too hot . I love the chicken bowls especially. They always have gotten my order correct here. Occasionally they are out of things but it's all good. I never go inside so I can't attest to the ambiance. read more

Please see my review for A&W as they are 2 in 1 at this location. It was packed the day before thanksgiving and they had snow but great service. To be expected on a packed night. Once again, thank you Eric for being incredible when running out my food to me and going back in for my receipt. You maintained your great spirit and composure despite what I would consider a "dumb task" - you did with a smile on your face. I love the famous bowl meal! The combination of A&W + KFC is heaven. I tried going last night on Friday (11/30/2019) around 7pm but they said they were closed. The lady was nice enough to come over the intercom and let me know so I didn't look like an idiot. This has happened at other places in the past, waiting for what feels like a lifetime, and having them turn off all the lights on you despite the hours stating they're open. They're not even that busy compare to other fast foods for a Friday night but it took them 30 mins (probably more) to get our food ready. Our order is not even that complicated. Just 3 famous bowls and a breast and wing combo and extra side of gravy. Guess what? After they gave the food to us, one famous bowl is missing and there is no side of gravy which cost like almost $3. Btw, before we got the order, they asked us twice in the car what's our order (we were asked to wait in the parking) so yeah, obviously they're not prepared at all. Terrible terrible terrible. I got a 3 piece, mashed potatoes, and corn. The only thing i ate was the corn. What little skin was on my chicken was chewy, not crispy at all. The mashed potatoes were cold, bland, and in the tiniest container ever. Even the biscuits were bland and stale. I totally understand why this place's line is always way shorter than Popeye's. I don't know who is running this one but them and the whole crew need to be fired! They have the nerve to ask you to give them 5 stars for the receipt?! Just left there with a preorder, got the food from the drive thru and couldn't even leave the parking lot to find gravy thrown in the bag and spilled all over the mashed potatoes. They just reopened after being closed for about two weeks due to upgrading their restaurant. I think everything I ate was made before they closed. Tasted like it sat in a hot light all day long. Chicken was extra greasy, cole slaw was soft, and biscuits were too crunchy. Do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes next door or visit a busier kfc. Spent $44 and regret every penny. The only items that were good was the stuff they made fresh, onion rings and root beer floats. The food was horrible and the service abysmal. Waited 20 minutes in parking lot only to be told the gal with our food had been sent home??? WTF, with our food??? The absolute WORST KFC! Went through drive thru at 7:30 pm, no other cars in line, dining room had 1 customer. This is the worst KFC! Every time I go they don't have grilled chicken. I even ordered in advanced (left a name) and they told me it would be ready in 18 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they made me park, when they brought out my stuff one had something floating in it. So I went inside to see a horrific kitchen. Food everywhere, trash on the floors, and an employee kill a fly with his hat and leave it there. The whole situation was absolutely disgusting. Then no one wanted to help me. Not a shock this location has 2 1/2 stars on google and a low yelp rating as well. We haven't been here in over a year and I now I remember why we don't go here. The restaurant has a dirty vibe. The employees are rude and oblivious. FYI your job is customer service...The food was disgusting, I wish I had taken a picture of the sorry chicken strips we got. They were dry and tough. They don't even deserve one star. When we arrived we were the only drive through customers. They were not busy. They forgot our order at the drive through window. We ordered 2 Root Beer Floats, 1 Cod Basket, 10 Chicken Wings and it took my husband and I three times going in for them to get the order started. They wouldn't give us a refund when asked. Slow service! I say again.. SLOW SERVICE. They take a minimum of 20 minutes to serve even the simplest things you think they would have fresh and ready. Always pull up to the drive through to be approached with a rude attitude. One time I even pulled up and they had inappropriate music blasting and employees dancing. My husband and I stopped yesterday at approx. 3PM for two $5 Fill-Up meals and a $10 Chicken Share box, all chicken tenders. We were very disappointed. We waited in the drive through lane about 15 min. as they were very slow taking orders. Once we got to the window to pay, were told they just "dropped" the chicken. We had to pull around the side to wait another 15 min. for the chicken. They gave us 2 extra cookies and about 8 extra dipping sauces (none of the kind we originally ordered) to make up for the slow service. Then we get home and find out they forgot the biscuits and about half of the tenders were very small. We have eaten here in the past and service was much better and the food was better. What happened? We won't be going back. :( read more

Long wait times........the past three times I have been to this location I order at the drive through, and am asked to pull around to the front and they will bring my order out. I waited for at least 15 minutes. It seems to be a long wait no matter what you order. This last visit, our order was wrong, and not even made well. I wont be back again. read more

Just had my last meal at this location. I have tried going at different times and different days but nothing changed. The chicken was overcooked and the biscuits were like rocks. Chicken was so dry it was desiccated. I would blame the gravy on the workers but it was so old that it was crusted on the container top so it was probably made the shift before theirs. One car ride and 22 dollars later, I am not sure which was more wasted. Original or Extra Crispy? It was neither or both, still can't tell. Have a little pride. Also, the clothes the staff was wearing was dirty. I could go on and on but after reading the other reviews, there is clearly no bottom. read more
