Stood in side for 10 minutes being the only people inside, asked the employee that would not even acknowledge my presence 3 times if they had anyone that was servicing the inside people and after the 3rd time she replied with a smirk "nope" I said bye and left. I've Heard Soooooo Much about KFC Crispy Tenders and we "Had To Try Them" This Tenders we're so crispy and tasty we were amazed!! One thing I like about the tenders is the size! They don't give you any skimpy small tenders and we were amazed! I was excited about trying them because when it comes to Chicken I am a "Thigh" person hands down but I took the time to step outside the box and I was surprised! I did go through that drive-thru to remain safe during the pandemic, the staff wore gloves and a mask so that was comforting. I am unsure if they are open to pick up or deliveries but I am sure you can place a deliver order through Door Dash because I have seen it on their site. We love the family bucket with sides online--it's 8 pieces of chicken (we like extra crispy) & 8 chicken tenders with sauce. The sides included are Cole slaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a large order of fries. It's always hot & ready when we pick it up! A tasty family supper at the end of the day that everyone enjoys!! The meal also includes 4 biscuits. You have to have the online app to order this meal, but you can get points for free items when you order online, & sometimes they have a free item to include when you order even if you don't have points!! read more

After waiting about 10 minutes to have my order taken at the drive-through, I ordered 5 chicken tenders ($15.15) and gave the girl my credit card. My card was handed back to me with no receipt. About a minute or two later she asked for my card again saying the machine messes up sometimes. Again, no receipt. The next day I checked my credit card to make sure I wasn't charged twice. Not only did I have two charges, the second charge was for $70.85. I went to the store and politely asked for a manager. I showed her a copy of my credit card statement and asked for a refund. She called her regional manager and came back to tell me they would not issue a refund. I asked if I could talk to her regional manager and was told no. I explaining how her employee had asked for my card twice and I wondered what happened to $70 worth of chicken I paid for. She got very nasty and yelled at me saying she didn't appreciate my talking about her employees that way. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, the first thing she should have said was, I am sorry that this happed and we will look into it. Instead, I was yelled at. She admitted that they have cameras so it would be easy to see that I didn't get a big bucket (or two) of chicken. I never got an apology, was told to take it up with my bank and I left there wondering how they could do business this way. I will never go to this KFC again. My warning to anyone that does decide to to go - make sure you get a receipt. read more

These people that man the drive thru are as slow as they come. 7:00pm and 20 minutes in the drive through and counting. What in Gods name are they doing? And find out they are out of corn. I love their chicken when it is fresh. They tend to leave the buffet unattended and food gets dried out and crusty. However, when everything is fresh I do enjoy some original recipe chicken. read more

I love KFC chicken livers. I was hoping for chicken livers at this location since they had a buffet. They didn't have them on the buffet. We also wanted Mac n cheese it wasn't on the buffet either. We decided to stay and have lunch any way. Service was good and the building was clean. I don't think they have been open long. We were almost thru with our meal when one of the employees was close by cleaning around the Coke machine. I told her I was surprised they didn't have livers. Most actual Kentucky locations have them. We don't in Indiana. She said they did have them and there was a sign on the buffet listing livers, mac n cheese and grilled chicken upon request. When she looked the only sign that was up was about the grilled chicken. I said I would love some livers if they could get some up. She said it would take a few min if we had time and in said we did. A minute later she came back and said they were out of livers. My though was were they really out or was someone too lazy to make them. Our first and last time at this location. God only knows if we will ever be down in that area again. Just be aware MAC N CHEESE, GRILLED CHICKEN AND LIVERS are part of their buffet, but you have to ask for them. read more
