I wanted mashed potatoes and well, I drove by and turned right around. I ended up with one of the KFC bowls, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and little nuggest fo fried chicken. It was like $5 and came with a cookie and drink. The cookie was meh, so I ended up tossing that but the bowl was exactly what I would expect. Delicious and curbed my appetite. I would say that the mens room could use a good cleaning, like it looked as if, it hasnt been wiped down in a few weeks so that kinda squeeved me out as you can generally get a good feel of how things are kept by how well or disgusting the bathroom is. This place is a disaster and needs to be shut down. The dining area is filthy, the workers are miserable, they will mess up your order every time!, don't believe me, go there yourself lol. I went there for lunch today, while dining in, there was a lot of hostility in the kitchen area amongst the workers. Every single customer that ordered, had an issue with their order. You can order via grub hub, or online; you can order in person using the drive through, or come to the counter. Best of all the food is fresh when you pick it up. Well, well, well. Here I am writing a review about one of my favorite chicken restaurants. Not a good review, though. Around 11:15 Saturday night (January 9, 2020), I decided to get some KFC Buffalo Wings. I drove up and asked the person on the speaker if they had the Buffalo Wings and if they were fresh. She replied, 'We still have a few left, how many do you want?' I told her I wanted the 12-piece and I didn't mind waiting for a new batch to be cooked. She informed me that they couldn't make a fresh bash close to closing time. Mind you, closing time is 1:00 AM. THAT'S ONE HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. I asked her if they'd stop serving the Buffalo Wings once they sold the few left. She said they most likely would. I then asked if she could tell me how long the 'last bit of' Buffalo Wings were there under the lights. Her reply, "I don't know. Let me ask the manager." When Minnie Mouse came back to the speaker, she informed me the Buffalo Wings had been there 'a little over an hour. Do you still want it? because we can't make anymore.' This is bananas. The CHICKEN RESTAURANT is telling me they CAN'T MAKE CHICKEN. No problem. I told her I wanted three Chalupas, Two large Dr. Peppers, a $30 Fill-Up and something else. The total was $47 and some change. I pulled into the outside lane and drove off. I'm pretty sure the dimwit who tried to play stupid was REALLY playing stupid trying to figure who owed what. Now they have to write off $47, while I write off KFC Greenville. I'd rather tried to Kentucky to get fresh chicken before I ever go to THAT location. Basic shitty fast food restaurant. KFC and Taco Bell in one building. Dirty parking lot littered with trash. Drive thru times exceed 10 minutes, even with only one car in line. Let me just start off by saying- im not that person to complain on social media or complain over my food in general but after the 20th time of these young workers screwing up my family's food, ive had enough. My boyfriend has had a few encounters with the female day shift manager over missing/bad food and she also doesn't know what to do with these kids working.. which tells me that management is severely lacking management skills. After driving home 20 minutes to find my food is completely wrong i tried to call the establishment numerous times... they wont even answer the phone!! Have you ever had soggy chicken? If you haven't thats great for you, however I haven't been so lucky. I ordered a 5-piece tender box today and was disappointed to open the box and find my chicken to be nothing shy of soggy. My chicken looked, tasted and felt like a wet mop, or road kill, caught up in a tsunami. I have ordered from this establishment before and have never experienced such an atrocity. I admit KFC chicken is always delicious. However, the order is wrong by the time you drive miles away to go and have dinner. You cant just trust them to get your order right. This is the second mistake. I ask for four pieces of chicken and I get 3. Could be petty in some folks eyes but if a person buys a product and drive miles away and that product is not in the bag...blast off. The last time the manager had to get involved. I was hoping they got some more training. I believe they should know how to count to 4 by now. I'm getting really tired of donating money to KFC. (Paying them money for invisible chicken). One star. This KFC is convenient but not the best. I like that it is KFC & Taco Bell in one restaurant. The workers are just always so slow and sometimes you have to wait forever for even the smallest order. To walk into the restaurant one feels like they've stepped into a twenty-something nightclub with blaring techno-rap and an indifferent staff that couldn't be less concerned with the customers. They wear their hats pulled down over their eyebrows so you can't even see their eyes and have to tilt their heads back to look at you.
