Grilled and fried chicken with Spanish rice and beans.
    Ravuth O.

Just went there yesterday! I liked my visit yesterday so I decided to go back the next day. I didn't realize I spent $26 dollars in the 8 Piece meal so I was not going to do that or else I would go to KFC or Popeyes for that price. I decided to get the 4 piece and added Empanadas for and extra $2. 4 pc of chicken, 2 sides. Unfortunately, the sides were really small. Everything came to around $15. The empanadas were the best ones I had. For the first time it's not greasy and my stomach was not upset. I wish the sides were a little bigger but the grilled chicken had flavor. Food: Grilled chicken has flavor and is not dry or under-cooked. First-time empanadas not greasy. I have more pictures added. My recommended place for fast food Spanish food. I can rate the full experience because their is not inside dining which more than understandable for COVID-19 epidemic.

4 piece meal with plantains and fries

Growing up, we'd always have to wait to go to Guatemala or El Salvador before eating from this place. Now that it's conveniently close, it's like a bite of home each time. The taste is no different from the one I've tried in Guatemala and El Salvador which is where it originated. So rest assured you are getting authentic food. The 4 piece meal cost $16 which is a good price since 2 people can eat from it and get full. The chicken is crispy, a bit salty, and the breading is unique so it's hard to describe. The plantains were sweet and soft, but it would've been a tiny bit better if they were a bit caramelized. The fries are really good--crispy, light, and the perfect amount of salt. The place was a bit too air conditioned for my liking to eat inside, but it's clean and inviting. Despite having so many orders come through, the food came out relatively quick and the staff is friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend!

2 meals of 2 chicken pieces and a side with fountain drink $20 Coleslaw not good and mash potatoes taste like plastic. I expected more for the price. The chicken is delicious.

The interior is clean--almost startlingly so. White subway tile, wood-look floors, and that sprawling menu wall broadcasting "Fresh," "Spicy," and "Halal" like they actually mean something here. The young lady behind the counter had that genuine warmth you can't train into people. Not the "corporate manual says smile" routine, but someone who's actually invested in what they're serving. The sandwich arrived still hot. First bite tells the whole story--that perfect orange-colored crust breaks up properly, giving way to chicken that's fantastically seasoned all the way through. The bun holds everything without getting soggy or falling apart halfway through. It's the quick precision of fast food with the soul of something homemade. Those fries deserve their own paragraph--skinny, crisp, and seasoned with something that makes standard salt and pepper seem like amateur hour. Someone in that kitchen actually cares about the potatoes. What sets Maaz's apart is execution. They're not trying to create some wild new flavor profile or Instagram-bait sandwiches. They're just doing the basics perfectly, consistently, one serving at a time. Providence keeps turning up these gems--places that don't need fancy locations or PR campaigns, just seriously great food that creates its own word-of-mouth buzz. I'd open one of these in my hometown tomorrow if I could. The place would print money, not because it's revolutionary, but because it delivers exactly what it promises: the best version of a fast food chicken sandwich you've ever had. Worth the drive to Providence. Worth the tight parking. Worth every penny.

The person working the counter was friendly and the inside of the restaurant was clean and bright. There are a few tables available if you prefer to eat at the restaurant. They have a very small parking lot plus there is on street parking available. The sandwiches are made to order, so it took a little longer than we had expected, but we were happy with what we received - a fried chicken breast on a soft roll with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and mayo. However, the macaroni and cheese was not something I would order a second time. Be sure to check out their dessert case, which was full of delicious looking items.

Love that you get to choose your spice level. We both did hot and it was actually hot. The strips came on top of bread slices which was a bit confusing as it was plan sandwich bread.. not toasted or buttered or anything. I was thinking it was going to be a raising canes situation but wondering if the bread was just under the chicken to soak up grease?? Idk man. The fries were crispy and had some seasoning on them which was decent but they were not fresh, was dried out. There were some small slices of pickles and they were good. Also came with a sauce that was like a Chick-fil-A type vibe to it.

It's a known Korean restaurant right by the Thayer street Providence. Inside is like a bar and has decent amount of seatings but can be busy on weekends as it's a popular spot. The place offers variety of Korean dishes but the place is known for the Korean fried chicken. We got gluten free bone in spicy Korean chicken, spicy Korean rice cake, and cheesy boneless fried chicken. I've come to the location with my friends and his partner and he couldn't have gluten. We had ordered gluten free fried chicken and I noticed that the chicken was more fresh and crispy. Since then i always order gluten free bone in fried chicken. Fried chicken was crispy with savory, sweet, spicy and tender. Cheesy boneless fried chicken had nice char and was sweet and savory. Spicy Korean rice cake was spicy, sweet and chewy. The food was pretty good overall. Spicy Korean chicken and spicy rice cake may be a bit too spicy for some and sauce for spicy rice cake is too much some times. Service was great. There was some issue with ordering and they gave us hot tea and made cheesy boneless fries chicken off our check. Overall, the place was good and a solid place for Korean fried chicken and some Korean dishes. Price is a but pricey but tips seem to be included in price so its not too bad. Solid Korean restaurant option in RI.

Service was fabulously friendly & competent - the bartender handling the packed house with ease. We decided to go with an array of small plates to try as much as possible. The menu it designed perfectly for grazing & the prices are super reasonable! The selections are definitely on the comfort-food side with a strong southern hint. Ingredients are often locally sourced - something I greatly admire. We began with the a small plate of Pimento Cheese Toast. Just a few bites each but a nice start. Duck Drumettes. The horseradish-y white sauce was delectable! Even my non-duck loving partner was blown away. I was happy to hear that the salad was available in a half portion - enough for a light fresh break to our heavy selections. Next came a much heavier choice - the gravy fries with duck confit. We left off the cheese, but it wasn't missed at all. These were decadent, delicious & super filling! Next time we'd get a half portion - that would have been plenty! Our final dish was the Shrimp & Grits, but we'd already filled up on the other dishes & ended up asking for this to go. Even reheated, it was a perfectly delicious accompaniment to our brunch the next day! I'd be tempted to order this to-go again for just that purpose. While we didn't imbibe, the cocktail list looked wonderful & the bar was very well stocked. We did enjoy a nice selection from the interesting beer list. The sandwiches that we saw come out looked delicious & huge! We'd love to try them as well. We will be back - this is certainly a new favorite for us!
