I would not order from this place. We got a family meal and the extra crispy chicken was over cooked with old grease. The chicken was also dry, no napkins or utensil. I would not recommend this place. I love KFC and wont be ordering from any KFC for a long time. The lady at the window was not friendly and didn't respond to my thank you or have a great night. So I know other reviews are bashing this place hard, but I didn't have a single problem. I went fairly early (a little after 11am), ordered, and then pulled up to the window all with no hiccups. A very nice young man greeted me and gave me my food and even made sure I got extra sauce (it's the little things you know). I don't remember his name but it was the freshest popcorn chicken I'd ever eaten from a KFC and the sides were perfect too. I reviewed this KFC in 2014 and loved it then. I haven't been eating much take-out since Covid, but I wanted to see how this compares to 2014. Maybe this place seemed so awesome in 2014 because I'd just moved here from CA and I wasn't used to really good Southern chicken? Maybe since I'd enjoyed so much hot, mild, grilled and other fried chicken in Middle TN in the past 8 years, this place wouldn't stack up as well? I rolled through today, 4/26/22, a little after 12 noon, and was not disappointed. I still love it! Friendly staff, hot juicy crispy chicken, terrific fresh coleslaw, delicious mac & cheese and potatoes. When a place gets all this right, what's not to love? Just waited outside for ten minutes waiting for them to open. I'm sick and haven't been able to eat solids so I really just wanted to get some mashed potatoes. I went by the drive through at 10:00AM & Noone answered me on the intercom which is fine, I drove to the window and there was an employee eating chicken and playing on her phone at the front counter next to the register too busy to notice I was there. I waited some more and another lady come to the window and they said they haven't turned their computers on yet and it would take a few minutes. You'd think they'd have the store set up and ready to go for the time they open. So I said that's fine and waited another ten minutes for 10:10 and they still weren't up and running. I waited 20 minutes for mashed potatoes that I didn't even get. I didn't get an apology or any sense of quality customer service. read more

I normally don't have a great experience at this KFC, but I didn't feel like cooking dinner last night so I drove thru KFC. I placed my order, pulled up to pay, and was handed my food. I asked for my receipt and the man handed it to me. Went home and my family started to eat - they all said the chicken tasted horrible. The fryer grease probably hasn't been changed in months. There were black specks all over the outside of the chicken and it tasted like burnt grease. The biscuits were well done and hard. While I was eating, I found a black hair in the coleslaw. I grabbed the receipt so I could take the survey, but the guy handed me someone else's receipt - I'm assuming the order before mine. Every now and then, I get in the mood for fried chicken. This KFC will probably keep me out of that mood for a while. I walked in at about 8 pm, and there was one other couple and myself as customers. But there seemed to be a real problem in the kitchen finding food for our orders. Today I ordered two $5 fill-up meals at this KFC, and the three piece chicken tenders meal was the very worst I've ever eaten! When I opened the box,I could tell the so-called tenders would be anything but tender! They were over browned and obviously overcooked. After biting into one, I also noticed that there was little or no breading on the tenders. So, overall, they were overcooked, tough and hard to chew, and had no breading. There was nothing tender about them at all! I also don't think actual chicken tenders were used, but they were just strips cut off the tougher part of the chicken breast. The biscuits were cold, and I asked twice for honey packets and was given none. I won't be going back to this KFC any time soon. read more

There was no option to order unsweet or sweet and as I feared it was sweet. SO down the drain it went. I opened the box. Coleslaw, check, Mashed potatoes no gravy, OOPS.....gravy on them. Chicken wing, check, Chicken breast that looked amazingly like chicken thighs. Never seen white meat on a chicken that dark in color. I've been there twice since 1/2014: I have never seen a fast-food crew so committed to doing a good job! I got there late one night and placed a large order. I had no idea the place was closing in 15 minutes. The staff made no mention of that. Instead, they started my order, all the while updating me on time, offering me a free refreshing drink while I waited, and working hard. On more than one occasion I've picked up food at the drive through only to get the ultimate surprise when I get home. That's when I find out that my entire order is wrong. I'm not talking just a pot pie or mashed potato missing... THE ENTIRE F-ING ORDER.. I'm the one who has to drive 3 miles back and waste more of my precious time trying to make it right. When you spend $35 on fast food you should at least get the order correct. From now on I'm going to Bojangles.. chicken is just as good.. it's cheaper and they don't screw your order up... read more
