l was there today around 12p. My order took more than 1/2 an hour. They did not have the original chicken, only the extra crispy. We had to wait for them to prepare it. l heard a few complaints at that moment. One guy was complaining about his soda. The soda did not have enough syrup. They never fixed it. This was the absolute worst DoorDash experience I have ever had. I put in the order around 5:45 and the original ETA for delivery was around 6:30. Last evening I had the worse experience ever. I placed my order through your app and was told it would be ready for 5:35. I arrived at the restaurant early and waited for my order to be put into the pick up area of the restaurant. The restaurant seemed busy so I expected a slight delay. Thirty minutes later I approach the cashier who rudely told me the order will be prepared when it comes up on some screen. After one hour I spoke to the man who was bringing up the orders on some computer and he asked me if I announced my arrival. That is not how a mobile app works. He found my order and tells me I didn't see it. He pulled it to the front and I told him he has 10 minutes to get it. He got the manager for me. This was an additional 30 minutes later so I asked for a refund and to cancel my order. I was told he could not do that so I had to go through the app. He also told the gentleman that he missed my order that it was 'right here'. So I wait for 1 1/2 hours for my order placed through your mobile app, am treated rather rudely, they mark my order as picked up and now I have to go to my bank to challenge the charges for food I never received. My boyfriend and I stopped by the drive-thru after seeing a movie at the theater. There was easily 6+ vehicles ahead of us but we didn't think much of it. It took close to 30 minutes for us to be able to place our order ($20 bucket and a Famous Bowl). Quite a few cars left while we were waiting. After placing our order, we heard the car behind us being told it would be at least a 30+ minute wait to get the food (they didn't tell us this). Finally, after almost an hour, we got our food. We were given the Famous Bowl for free, discounted on the $20 bucket, and received a few pieces of chicken free, along with several containers of mashed potatoes. I have never waited that long in a drive-thru before (we were told it was due to lack of staff being available). Went through the drive-thru here and ordered the colonel sandwich combos. The buns were as hard as a rock and the chicken was tiny. Go back through and he said that is what we ordered and he would replace the buns. The next buns were a bit softer but the chicken was so dry and nasty. The fries that came with the combo were old and like rubber with a pound of salt on them. Then the Taco Bell was another story. I ordered a new loaded taco it is supposed to be in two shells. Nope!!! Whenever I order off the KFC menu they either ran out of the item or they overcharge you, for example I ordered a meal and was charged a la carte for all of the items. Perhaps inexperienced staff which is fixable, so not a huge deal. Also the prices on the menu are different than the prices listed on the location's website. They skimp on wing sauces leaving very uncovered, uneven sauced chicken tenders and wings. The person at the window (usually different from who takes the order) is always very pleasant though. read more

All I can say is the struggle is real at this location. They constantly "don't have any chicken". It's like it's a drug front or something. Maybe they should start building Deloreans...I mean they close at random hours of the day....turn their lights out when cars approach.....and yet somehow are still in business. If you want a fun time try ordering anything that is advertised on their menu....take over under odds on if they are "Out of stock" like it's a 70 inch HDTV on a Black Friday sale for $50 or something....I can't wait for the fight for $15 replacement machines to roll in and take some jobs....maybe one of those jobs will be the manager in charge of procurement. I can't agree more with the review from 2014. This place is. Such a joke. They close when they want. The don't even leave the sign on outside anymore just so no one will stop. Then if you do stop, you will sit at the speaker for at least 3-5 mins before they acknowledge you, waiting for you to drive away. Then to make sure you don't bother them again in the future, you wait 15 mins for your food even though you're the only one there, and they make sure it's so terrible you never go back. The manager doesn't care, he gets paid either way. I've never been so blown away by a fast food restaurant being so sloppy, lazy, ignorant, and rude. Oh and they never have ANYTHING you want!! I literally got told once they are "out of tacos....." I said ok so a chicken crunch wrap... "we're out of those too" ok... How about just a bucket of chicken...
