I am literally in the line right now as I type this. They said "just a minute please" at the ordering screen about 12 minutes ago and not only have none of the cars at the window moved since I pulled up, but it's been radio silence on my side too. Update: finally ordered. Took 18 minutes for them to actually take my order. Dude speaking to me through the speaker could barely tell me what was on the sandwich when I asked him. Update: another 9 minutes at the drive thru window. The older man at the window was nice but you could tell he was tired and drained from having to do everything due to them being so understaffed. Final update: got my food: double cheeseburger only ketchup, 8 piece nuggets, med fry, med shake. The cheeseburger had pickles on it (gross) and the shake was literal soup. If I could, i'd go into the kitchen and teach them how to read the orders. Ridiculous. After reading the other reviews, I feel like it's time to call the BBB. read more

Or the maskless drive through clerk visibly coughing without covering her mouth while in front of the open bag of food while handling my debit card. I've always had a mixed opinion on this store. I don't expect much from fast food which is why I avoid these chains but having run out of time, I figured it would be worth food on the go and quickly. The two times I have done this here this year (in my route), I have had to wait so long. The drive through it set up so that you cannot leave before paying so you are just stuck even in a rush. I waited 30 min the first time, this time was less but id say about 15. These are wait times that I should have just ordered take out and waited in the parking lot. As far as the food, even worse! They never asked if it was a meal which was fine cause after in thought for 15 min i figured i could add the fries and drink no issue. If I did NOT ask for the upgrade, Id be even more pissed right now. He handed me the bag and I said I didn't see fries. He never moved from the window or looking in, but said "I personally put them in there" I reply, "okay, you haven't seen me move anything look for yourself... " He gives me another bag. I got back home and the first bag had nuggets, no fries, 2 juices, toy and veggie burger.. WITHOUT THE BURGER but cheese and onions mayo. The second one (the random other one) had just the burger on a bun. So I transferred the burger to the one with cheese. WHAT. Don't do this! I repeat we don't go here. Staff is friendly but frazzled. I ordered one bacon double cheeseburger with pickles only. I waited 25 minutes for the first burger which came out covered with condiments. I ordered it again end it took another 10 minutes. 35 minutes to get a single burger is crazy. The workers were hard at work but nothing was organized. Complete chaos. It's a wonder anybody got their order right. Many customers were coming up asking for corrections at the order was wrong. The online order system was not working either. One lady had ordered and paid for three separate orders online. Only one order came through and the poor Burger King clerk didn't know how to use the system to make the order and fix the system correctly. I felt really bad for the workers. read more

I like BK and have been to many in New England over the past 40 years or so. My wife and I stopped in for a bite and that was our first mistake. I have hopes that the owner sees this review. The inside was dirty, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, there were no condiments in the containers, old ketchup and mustard all over the containers. No napkins. The employees seemed to be playing some game behind the registers, and the manager was as well. They had to tell the cashier my order 3 times before they got it ready. The food was cold, old, and I took one bite and threw it away. The soda was flat as they did not recharge the soda with syrup. The worst BK I have ever been in. The service is good, but every single time I make the mistake of going here the food is either cold, wrong, or nasty (it only gets my business occasionally because it's between my house and the supermarket). Today I ordered a cheeseburger (no pickles add onions), fries, and a Sprite. The cheeseburger was cold and had no onions. Living in the neighborhood where this BK is located it would be wonderful to report good quality food and service. We all had our hopes up that the renovation would result in some new kitchen appliances that actually produced hot food. Sadly, the restaurant is even worse- at least as far as the drive thru is evaluated. You cannot get a hot serving from this location if your life depended on it. Food is stale, often cold- not even a pretense of warm and I've thrown out more items than I've eaten. There's a reason that it's a desolate parking lot for the morning commute. Its terrible! I now drive into Hooksett to grab breakfast at the McD's. Refuse to spend another dime at this location even though it is 1/2 mile from my house. Walked in at about 7:15pm on a Sunday night, 4/9. Saw a female manager yelling at the staff. Not just one person but several. Not cool, especially in front of customers. Ordered a BOGO free Whopper. Was told "We only have 1 Whopper left"... REALLY? At the home of the Whopper they only have 1 left? I was offered 2 Whopper Jr's in place of the second Whopper. I accepted, no big deal. Staff was on edge and seemed a bit unfocused but after being belittled by the manager, I guess it was to be expected. Food was terrible. The Whopper was totally squished down making the bun flat and one side was actually burned. I mean black. The toppings were very old. If ever there was a Burger King that the company needed to close down in the Manchester area, its this one. The manager of this place is incompetent at best. When I asked him to make me a Double Stacker, he had no idea what he was doing and gave me a Whopper instead. The customer service at this location leaves much to be desired as well. They are constantly understaffed. Usually on a weeknight, there will be two people working, one running the counter, one running the orders, and there is typically a back slog of epic proportions in both the drive thru and the restaurant itself. The two that are there are always complaining about people who call out and you can clearly hear them saying this while you are waiting for your food. Even though the location is convenient for me, the level of service leaves much to be desired and is the reason I do not go there. Skip this Burger King and go to Mcdonald's down the road instead, or the Subway in the plaza across the street. read more

This place is consistently bad, which is a bummer because it's the closest location of fast food to where we live. Most fast food is sub-par at best, but this BK takes the cake. Tonight our food was complete garbage - all of it. Our experience started with being super rushed at the drive-thru. There was no one behind us, so I'm not sure why we were so rushed. The menu is impossible to look at because it's way ahead of the ordering spot and it's not positioned towards where the car can see. We waited an absurd amount of time for our food, long enough to actually receive a sincere apology. I thought "well at least our food would be good and fresh." ABSOLUTELY and completely the opposite. The fries were freezing cold. The onion rings were cold and hard. The mozzarella sticks were hard, chewy, and hollow and the cheese was so over fried and dried, that it wasn't even edible. I get my sandwiches without meat and they were basically just two pieces of bread - a dime size of mayo, a small tomato, no pickle, one onion that was bigger than the bread, and literally two little 1-inch square pieces of lettuce. My boyfriends meal was overlooked and thrown together. I honesty will never go to this location again - $20 down the drain. You're just throwing your money away! read more
