I'm a glutton for punishment for this location. Been to this location three times, every single time I was given the wrong order. Completely wrong as in something cheaper than what you ordered. Cashier (maybe the one stealing) at drive-thru never gives you a receipt. What is really sad was that I was the only one at that location literally in the drive-thru or inside. What is even worse was that incorrect chicken served was totally inedible. It was a greasy overcooked old shitty food. Very disgusting. Do they stop serving by or before 9:45pm even though they're open until 11pm?? I pulled up at the drive thru at 9:50 and they immediately told me to hold. I waited for several minutes until I had to ask if they were ready for me. Someone else answered and said "No. And if you want to order, you have to wait at least 30 mins. because we don't have chicken right now." I didn't even get to pay or receive my food. Me and my husband tried to order in the drive thru, and the worker was incredibly rude, didn't let us finish or talk at all we asked for one thing and she said " okay pull up" but we had planned to order multiple things, when she repeated herself we stated that we had other things to order and she sighed and stayed quiet, so we chose to leave. Ordered the 3 piece original chicken with two sides, biscuit, and drink, the total was almost 13 dollars. I didn't mind, until I got home and saw the chicken was small, looked like 3 tiny chicken wings. I payed almost 15 dollars for food, and I'm really disappointed with the small pieces of chicken. On my way home from work I picked up some KFC for my husband and daughter. Once home, I noticed that the potato wedges were hard as rocks and clearly old. I have lost track of the number of time I've tried to eat here, only to be told that they're out of chicken. That it will at least a (insert minutes here). A chicken place runs out of chicken. On the occasions I have bought food, it was a struggle at the drive thru, I've also had to change what I ordered because they were out of wings/original recipe/ mashed potatoes etc. The drive thru clerk is usually undertrained. When I have eaten inside, the tables are usually messy/sticky. Not a shining example of YUM Brand products. read more

I went to this store last night at 8:45 there was about 5 cars ahead of me. When I was able to order I was told they were out of original, but the crispy would be ready in 12 minutes. The order taker had to tell me that she was having a bad day. Too bad, it's a bad idea to vent to customers that may have had a worse day. By the time I got to the window it had been more than 12 minutes. I asked to change my order to original, I was told it wasn't ready, I asked for the manager she came to the window and denied telling me it would take 12 minutes. I asked for a means to contact the owner, she told me there were new owners and didn't have their number. I WON'T RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND RECOMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE.
