After a poor experience years ago that I swore I would never go back, I had a huge hankering for some KFC chicken since there really isn't any decent chicken in town. I ordered through Doordash and only wanted chicken. No sides. It arrived on time and surprisingly, it was hot! I ordered 4 thighs that were huge! One of the reasons I quit on them years ago because the pieces were so little. They were however, very greasy, but very tender, juicy and flavorful. They only offered original recipe and the skin/coating arrived kind of mushy, but it was still good. It might have been more because of 4 huge thighs packed into a box too small for all of them. They should have put them into a bigger box or 2 boxes. I'd recommend lots of napkins or a roll of paper towels. read more

Ordered take out meal. Picked it up, got home, biscuits are missing. Drive back to store, got my missing food, no consideration for having to take the time and gas to go get it, just a meek "I'm sorry." Get back home, and bit into one of the worst pieces of chicken I have ever had. Dried out, tasteless, and as tough as rubber. I cannot remember in my lifetime eating a piece of chicken that tough. It is now dog food. I will never purchase anything from that store again. When I pay a premium price for chicken, it needs to be better then dog jerky. Kentucky fried Chicken does not stand behind their promotions. I was supposed to get a free chicken wrap with my qualifying purchase, I had a qualifying purchase and when I got to the window to pick up my food the lady at the window told me it was not on my order and it's not their problem. She said the application is that fault and that they couldn't do anything about it. She was not willing to help me and in fact she told me to pull forward so I get out of the way of other cars which by the way, there were no cars behind me. She was just really rude and I don't think I'll ever go back there again but I love Kentucky fried Chicken so any place with Kalispell Montana probably got the best service and food you can ask for read more

KFC is the best fried chicken out there. That being said, a few years ago we went thru the drive thru and EVERYTHING was wrong on our order and the quality of the food was terrible. A little gun shy to revisit since it had reopened but miss enjoying the best chicken ever. We went in for lunch and the restaurant was very clean. Jacob took our order and had it quickly delivered to our table despite the line at the drive thru. It was exactly what we were hoping for, delicious!! It's been a long time since we've eaten KFC and decided to try it again . I was the only customer inside and asked if an 8 piece of only chicken was available since I didn't see it on the menu board. The young lady said of course. I noticed the menu prices were much higher and asked the cost. She said $19+ which shocked me. She then told me that it was only $10 if I ordered online. Since I was their only visible customer I asked if she could extend that price and she said she could not. I thanked her and said no thanks. I'm fully aware of cost increases but nearly $20 for an 8 piece is just outrageous especially if it's half that online. read more

Food is great but I'm pretty sure I got ripped off today, September 20. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. Was told it would be $9.39 at the window. The menu also said this price. When I got to the window she said 10.89. I questioned her about it and she said that's how much the meal is. I looked it up after and it looks like $10.89 is the price of a 4 piece meal. No big deal other than I only got a 3 piece. So somehow the price changed from the order spot to the window and I didn't get what I paid for. read more

I went there Easter and ended up with food poisoning. If you want a very painful upset stomach and diarrhea this is the place for you. I also heard my friends got sick. Very disappointed in KFC I won't be surprised if the health department doesn't shut them down. read more

Yet another disappointing meal and my last there. We got a couple chicken pot pies, which were ok. I guess it's hard to screw up something from a factory that only needs to be cooked. Among the sides we ordered were family mashed potatoes and gravy. The container was filled less than half full (just barely enough for one person). The other side I got was individual bbq beans. There were chunks of chicken in it (which I don't remember getting "chicken bbq beans" in the past). Makes me wonder if it was "recycled" Like I said, after this experience, we won't be returning. I ordered and paid for a 12 piece extra crispy chicken meal. Received only 9 pieces of chicken along with the sides. I called to let them know and asked if I could pick up the 3 missing pieces of chicken later. I was told I could by the manager and she would make it right. After 2 trips and several more phone calls I received 6 extra dry uneatable wings and attitude from the gal at the window. What is wrong with a customer wanting to get what they paid for? I will NEVER eat here again. If you guys have no issues poisoning people with warm chicken because your fridges stopped working you have no business being in the business. You guys had to have the Food Safety Inspector to come out and tell you not to serve room temp chicken, how is that even a thing? I would give 0 stars but I can't. Somehow we ended up at KFC after going to the grocery. Don't even ask. I used to love KFC but they have changed so much over the years, they have lost the original flavor. I should have stuck to the grilled chicken because this is their best chicken now. I looked at the menu and the price for a 12 pc bucket meal with 4 side (2 of those being free) was $32 Overall it was what i expected at KFC. We have tried to eat at KFC in Kalispell three separate times over the last few months. The first time they screwed up our order and the chicken tasted old. The last two times they said it'd be 20 minutes for a chicken breast and 10 minutes for chicken tenders. They weren't even busy. It's the worst KFC I've ever been to, by far. No sweet tea and ice cream machine is broken their service was absolutely terrible and took over 45 minutes for my meal to be served. It's outrageous how slow a fast food can be. The KFC in Kalispell leaves a lot to be desired! The building was remodeled but the attitudes of "management" is poor! In our last 3 visits, our take-out orders have been shorted a food item that we paid for and when we brought it to the "managers"(short, blonde sister) attention on the 4th visit, the most rude reply was "I don't #%@## care!" which she repeated and hung up! This food isn't the most healthy but it's really good. I love their Original Fried Chicken and their brown gravy. Its partly due to its nostalgic flavor from when I was young and ate here with my family. But it's also because they have a really addictive 11 spice blend they put in the breading on the chicken. It probably has MSG in it, but I don't have an aversion to MSG. Its spendy for fried chicken, but they are offering some cheaper options now, particularly for lunch. Chicken poppers are really good. Most KFCs have a sister store with A&W now so if you don't want chicken there are burgers, fries, hot dogs, and root beer floats. All-American food selection it seems......if you order a big bucket of chicken you might have to pull off to the side and wait. read more

Why is it after 5 different trips to KFC and tying to order an 8 piece bucket of crispy chicken do I always at the end of the ordering process get someone over the loud speaker trying to switch me to original recipe chicken because they are out of extra crispy???? AND...I would always have to wait 20 minutes for what I want???? This is so ridiculous for 5pm on a Friday night. I used to manage a KFC restaurant myself and have NEVER seen service so slow and unhospitable. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before the car in front of me was even allowed to order. They told that customer there was a 20 minute wait for original chicken. Then when I got to the speaker they told me "they would be with me as soon as possible"... 10 minutes later I was asked for my order. When I tried to order original chicken, they told me it was a 15 minute wait. So, I just asked for a cup of water... got to the window and they wanted to charge me $1.99 for WATER after I had waited over 30 minutes to even place an order. Needless to say, I did not get the water. I did ask for the manager and was told she would be in the next morning. I called and spoke to the manager Christine and she was exceptionally nice and apologized for her crew's inexperience and lack of speed. She offered me an incentive on my next visit, but I did not expect anything. I just wanted to make her aware of how bad things are in case she was unaware. This was not the first time the speed of service was lacking. I will still go back at this point because I believe everyone needs a chance to improve and the manager was exceptional in handling the complaint. read more
