Absolutely horrid experience today, Manager/Lady worker I never caught her name was rude to not only me but her staff... Telling then off in the middle of service. I came in 10 minutes before close (Ik its late and they wanted to leave) There was probably 20 people in front of me i waited patiently and ordered my food and payed but after as im getting my drink the lady proceeded to yell out that shes "locking the front door and to use the side door" I dont think much of it go to leave and the doors very heavy so it felt locked on first push i was confused as she said it would be the unlocked door so i go to leave out the front thinking maybe that was the side and it was unlocked as i go up she stops me and says that doors locked i said oh well the other doors locked she then says to give a good push and then goes and starts saying rude remarks under her breath to her coworkers snd im walking out... Upon walking in the store was busy with a line to the door however they were clearing the line fast. We approached the front to order and the staff was kind and efficient. We ordered two trays, egg rolls, and wantons. We had orange chicken, fried rice, some sort of spicy beef, and sliced teriyaki chicken. The fried rice and orange chicken was incredible as it was just replaced. Everything else including the egg rolls, wantons, teriyaki chicken, crispy beef were all extremely old. Kinda hard since they ask you and write it down on the "to go" plate but it still happens 3/5 I go. Con: long line, the girls don't give you a traditional portion size, foods not hot sometimes and the serves kinda don't pay attention. Panda Express originated in Southern California, where I was born and raised. I've been to many locations over the years. This location is hands down the best one I've ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh. The establishment is well decorated and clean. Alex, the manager, is professional, kind and friendly and always hard at work. I'm not even sure she takes a day off because she's here every time I come. During the dinner rush the line is usually to the door, which is a good sign in my opinion. I usually order through Doordash, which is awesome and I highly recommend. The food is always very tasty however, I cannot recommend the steak and shrimp bowl unless you like potatoes... Yes, potatoes. There were 3 shrimp in the bowl. Good sized ones but just 3. The steak was pretty good but a couple of pieces were fatty. The potatoes looked like shrimp and the bowl is mostly fried rice which is what I ordered but for almost $10 one would expect less rice and more meat and shrimp. This is a popular chain fast food but semi fresh Chinese food. Great grab and go food with healthy options. We stopped here after picking the kids up from the airport and everyone was hungry. We know they like this and my husband loves Chinese food. I ordered the kids meal with steamed veggies and spring roll. Veggies were bland but what do you expect! But spring rolls were tasty. Ok, we like Panda, have not had bad food, but have had super small portions at times. We get it, it is fast food sort of. The manager Alex, needs to be replaced! She is not only rude, she has 0 customer service. Alex is hard to hear, I do take in consideration that they are wearing masks, you can clearly hear everyone else but Alex, she becomes infuriated if you ask her to repeat. This Panda is a great location. The only thing that would make this place completely wonderful is a drive-thru. Any mom will tell you that a drive-thru anything is where it's at. Make it a Chinese drive-thru and I'm in Chine-foo heaven. I order half steamed veggie and half steamed rice or brown rice and then I get Kung Pao and I enjoy mushroom chicken or green bean chicken. It's an excellent selection usually there and the service is friendly and quick. The dining area is generally clean and well kept. I just read the other reviews on this place. The majority had the same opinion I got. The employees and the manager need to be replaced. This review isn't on the food. I never had a chance to taste it. I walked in to get to go orders. Female employee asked what main dishes I wanted so I walked to look at what was available. That was the end of my contact with this person. She was so busy arguing and fighting with the other female employee that I never got her attention back to order. But that's really the only reason why I've gone back the customer service is absolutely horrible I have never had a good experience while going in with the people it's always them ignoring me or just not answering me and just getting straight to the point. For example I went in today and got a bowl of fried rice and orange chicken the first lady was very kind I do not remember her name though she did not talk much however. But when I got to the lady at the register and she did not say a single word just told me my amount I said thank you I said could I get a large drink she doesn't say anything it gives me that I say thank you again she ignores me I tried asking her a question when I was walking away and she just walked away from me completely ignoring me again this is an ongoing thing that I have noticed and it probably needs fixed at some point the food also varies on the amount you get the portions do not seem sad so go in not expecting to have a good time read more

Panda Express is just that express food. When dealing with fast food I don't have very high hopes. This panda express met all of those hopes. It's not the worst I've had, but nowhere near the best. The noodles were cold, and beef for beef broccoli was a little over cooked. Again, I didn't have high hopes. If it's late at night and you want something that slightly resembles Asian food it might be a good choice. I could easily give 1 star, but in total honesty I think 2 stars is what they deserve.
