On a road trip, kind of an impulsive stop.. had a news flash real quick. We ordered 4 meals, they completely forgot one of our meals.. then once we received the forgotten meal they forgot the biscuit for that same meal! Not to mention.. when sitting down and eating there was a roach crawling on the wall next to us. The food was not good but wasn't too bad either, pretty mid. The staff on shift were sitting there on their phones and chit chatting like they were hanging out instead of working. Service is awful. Ordered 3 pc honey BBq chicken tenders. And the 3 pc gravy fest. Get home, there is no bbq sauce on mine. And the gravy fest had not one gravy in it. I can thru drive thru beings I was the only car in drive thru thought that they would get my order correct especially after repeating my order 3 times. WRONG..... The chicken is amazing. Like I said before in one of my other reviews, I said that Georgia has the best chicken when it comes to all the states I've been to. We got our food as soon as I sat down and it was actually hot, instead of sitting cold. The place is well kept and was even getting repainted as we got inside. Ordered two famous bowls, neither meals, 2 Mac & chicken wraps, neither meals, and 2 orders of fries. Not complicated, at all. The worker sounded rushed and annoyed, they definitely sounded like they didn't want to be there and didn't want us to be there. Very impatient. They didn't give us our fries, which accidents happen, undoubtedly and I understand, but when I tried to call to see if they'd give us fries, they didn't answer. Refused to answer the phone as I called a few times because I didn't want to drive back half an hour to just be turned down. They just let it ring each time. Overall just not a great experience. I can understand a small mistake but at least be willing to answer the phone and correct it. They were not. June 21,2022 I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece wing for $14+. I drive home and about 10 minutes after being there started to fix plates and discovered a two piece chicken meal. The trip took half an hour total, plus time and gas only to not get an apology or at least offered a drink to show some concern for having given me the wrong order and wasting half an hour worth of gas. I'm glad I went inside to return the meal, I got to see that the store looked unorganized and unclean. The young guy at the register was the most professional. I asked for dark me they give me breasts, the fries taste like dirty frier oil, the mashed potatoes and gravy came with no gravy, the chicken is soggy and tastes funny. This place is dirty and the food sucks We went through the drive though here and ordered the 8 piece meal with 2 sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy came with no gravy (see pics). The macaroni was also extremely old and had burnt chunks throughout it. Our daughter will eat any type of macaroni, but refused to touch this stuff. The fried chicken was mediocre at best. I have had MUCH BETTER from other KFCs. This was my first and last time at this location. Other reviews also mention this place is dirty. There are some chicken places that are great for eating in and, or take out but, this is not one of them. I have had poor food multiple times at this location. The chicken looked as if it were under the heat lamp far to long. Biscuits hard as rocks that the microwave could not soften. Orders not complete, and items which were stale, missing, and the occasional not cooked completely done meats. Kentucky Fried Chicken has been an American icon since I was young enough to remember. The finger licking good buckets of chicken with the mashed potatos, cole slaw, and the savory flakey biscuits were always welcome at the dinner table. My family enjoyed every last morsel, and at a reasonable or fraction of the cost of a sit down restaurant. Today, with fast food employees asking for 15 dollar an hour service jobs, the cost has ratcheted upward so that it is too expensive to eat at these convenient little chains. One of the least expensive meats other than chitlins has skyrocketed over the last few years. Please lets learn to keep the cost at a lower level so we do not have to pay to much for chicken. read more

Sigh... A last resort kind of stop n go place. The workers here normally don't care. They don't have a good stick of food. There's been numerous times I came by to order Mac & Cheese and they will respond "I'm sorry we are out of macaroni and cheese". But I will say this... if you want free food. Just pull through the drive thru close to closing and they will give you extra food in your buckets. Happened to me twice. Not just 1 or 2. An extra serving. Take from this information what you will. Wow pleasantly surprised with the service here. The lady at the counter was so nice , answered all my questions and met all my needy demands of extra sauces and such. She even throw in an extra cookie by accident . The food was tastey and I left satisfied. Give this one a try! Not bad for a quick fast food stop!! read more

Seems like every time we come they are always out of Dark chicken or Macaroni and cheese. This time we came and they would only allow us to change one side, but when they are out of certain sides they make us change more than one. I am pretty much done coming here because how can you make customers change sides because your out of something but when they ask for a certain order you say no it's not allowed.. read more

This KFC is by far the worst I've ever been to. Every time, (it never fails) I end up having to wait 15 minutes for my order... Even if I ordered something simple like a chicken little or a cookie. I've actually ordered one chicken little before and been told that "I'd have to wait 6-7 minutes" for just that one chicken strip. They never have anything ready and prepared. They also are always out of EVERYTHING. It is fast food, and it should be fast... BUT when you have to wait, usually it's very fresh and hot food so it makes up for it. But not here! Has gone from being consistently marginal to consistently bad. Extra crispy was bone dry and the mashed potatoes were more like a watered-down bowl of potato gruel. Had to clean off our own table as there were none that were not sticky.
