    New ownership, new building, great food. The drive-through moves pretty well but has been too long at times.

    Arrived at Chick-fil-A to pick up an order for a customer whose name was Chris C. I checked the…read moreonline order shelf and did not see the order there. I waited for an employee to come to the front counter and ask for Chris C and was informed that the order had already been picked up by someone earlier. I called the doordash customer support to inform them. They asked me to ask if they could remake the order for the customer. A manager named Melissa (Shift Manager) came to the front and informed me that they would not be taking care of the customer by simply remaking the order. I explained to her that it wasn't the customer's fault that the order was given to the wrong person. It wasn't DoorDash's fault that the order was given to the wrong person. It was a mistake on Chick-fil-A's part that it was given to the wrong person. She simply agreed with me that it was their fault and said it's their policy not to remake the order in this case. So, the order was canceled due to the manager's decision not to take care of the customer due to a mistake by Chick-fil-A itself. I never would have thought I'd see Chick-fil-A not display the top-level customer service they are known for. I had just had the thought that hopefully they won't go down in service as they get bigger and more popular. But I guess it's already started. I have worked for Wendy's in highshool and managed Walmart, Fresh-N-Easy groceries, and Famous Footwear stores. I would have never handled this situation in this manner. Disappointing
