This was our first visit to a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant and we were very impressed. The menu is unique in the fast food industry and very well executed. There are multiple chicken salad recipes to choose from, served either as a scoop or a sandwich (BLT on a choice of breads or a croissant), as well as scoops of pimento cheese and egg salad. Pretty healthy and very yummy. My only issue (hence a star removed) is their use of styrofoam containers. I'd love to see them switch to compostable containers, which are much more friendly for the environment. read more

We hit the drive thru and my wife wanted her order. They weee just about everything so she asked for the Classic Carol. We pull up and paid for the meal and after a few minutes we find out they didn't have enough food. When I asked for a refund, it took another 5 minutes. That's bad management. Just tried the new chicken salad chick in LaGrange Georgia. Right off the bat, we've been put off by this place. We tried to order a quart of potato soup, and we're told that we could not do that. Because they are not doing quarts at this time. But they let us order three bowls of soup. For clarification, a quart of soup is $13, a bowl of soup is $5.49. So instead of paying $13 for a container of soup we paid $16.47 for the same amount of soup but in three separate containers. The person that stated they could not sell a quart of soup was named Jordan, and she is from, get this, the corporate office she is a trainer. When I asked why couldn't we have gotten the quart of soup she said because they didn't know if they would have enough to make that amount. All right, I would be able to go with that except when I wanted to order a quart you told me no but when I wanted to order three bowls which apparently is the same amount you were okay with that. I hope they are able to get their act together because as everyone in LaGrange knows corporate restaurants come here to die. read more

I never had Chicken Salad Chick before, but the one in Lagrange Georgia make me not want to go again. I asked for a Turkey sandwich(They were out) . The wait was too long for items that should have already been prepared example, chicken salad People handling food were not wearing hairnets, or caps. Only two or three was wearing masks. The girls that were taking orders had on masks,but not on their face( under their nose) We are still in a pandemic. Saw a lady with a baby in the area where food was being handed to drive-thru and customers waiting (I guess she works there). My first impression is MY LASTING IMPRESSION. Will not be back read more
