Great food, racist staff. Panda Express food is pretty much the same at whichever location you go, and this one is no different. What I do find interesting though is that during the periodic times this location went to carry-out only, I would notice how when I went into the store to pick up an order, the staff would tell BIPOC customers that it was delivery-only. Let me be clear: I would go to this location, place an order, get my food and walk out. On more than one occasion, I saw staff turn away BIPOC customers, telling them they had to order from a delivery service (Grubhub, etc.). Effectively, they didn't want them in the store. I thought E. Staff is always friendly and attentive, food is fresh and only ever out of stock near closing when they cant cook more, and their COVID-19 changes were fast and effective. They require their customers to wear a mask, something every restaurant should do during these times, and of course their employees wear masks too. Gloves are worn and changed correctly, and social distances is encouraged by staff and signage. I'm always in and out within 15 minutes even when they're busy with delivery orders or during rushes, a pleasant experience every time. read more

They gave me a wrong order but the manager called me back and apologized and offered to fulfill my original order if I'm able to come into their store physically-- which I couldn't without a car. It's fine. There was nothing wrong, but nothing spectacular. The egg rolls are prepackaged frozen and heated up in the restaurant. And the spring rolls were slimed and tasted like old cabbage. Neither of them are worth your money. My kids and I really enjoyed the Chow Mein noodles. They were still al dente and simple with cabbage and onions. The servers were confused however when we wanted just noodles and no protein or "entree" with it. We were asked too 4-5 times what else we wanted with the noodles. We ended up getting soggy steamed vegetables. Not as safe a choice as we thought. My wife and I enjoyed our plates. Rice, 2 entrees and a drink. Our entrees included: Broccoli beef - it was fine. I placed a order for door dash, and I couldn't ask for soy sauce on the app so I decided to call it rang and rang and rang till no one answered. So I just brushed it off then I got my order and it's missing items so I tried to call again, and again no answer. I tried more than 5times trying to reach someone for the past half hour. i ordered a bowl with fried rice and the new shrimp which cost me an extra $1.25 the man put next to nothing in it compared to most entrees and when i asked him to give me a full serving he pretended he couldn't hear me. also when scooping it he shook out every piece of steak. very upset read more

I visited your E. Lansing store Sunday evening. It was busy and frankly understaffed. However a young woman named Taylor was awesome, pretty much single handily holding down the store. She did an incredible job, preparing deliveries, packing food orders, and greeting customers. First, get her some help. Second, give her a raise. Trust me you can't afford to lose her. My friend and I decided we were going to support local businesses because of all this COVID-19 stuff and WOW were we disappointed...we spent 6$ for a small serving of shrimp expecting it look like the picture given.
