We visited a on a slow Friday night May 15th, and the service was not good overall, neither was the food. After we were seated, it took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Once we were, the server said that the hostess didn't tell any of the servers to wait on us, I saw 4 servers on the floor, maybe 12 tables total of patrons. All of those servers walked by us at least once. Once we placed our order (the special dine for 2 deal) we were disappointed in the food, there was an upcharge to have shrimp and lobster, which is fine, however 3 pieces of shrimp each meal and a very tiny lobster tail should not have a 15$ per person upcharge for so little. I feel like we paid $100 for glorified fried rice) We also mentioned to the server that the lettuce wraps tasted different, asked if there had been a change, she said no, didn't ask us if we wanted something different, and didn't ask if we wanted to see a manager. We saw who we thought was a manager from a distance, (some dude in a black suit walking around the kitchen in circles like he was disoriented or something). Having said all of this, I can say that this is the 3rd time in about a years time that we have been unhappy with this location. We've had better experiences at airport PF Changs, which is kinda sad. We aren't the type of people to complain, but this location is not one we will return to. - BTW the next day, my husband and I both had tummy troubles, and I now wish I would have reported it to Ingaham county health department. read more

The service was horrible and took forever. We came in at 12 and it was not busy. When our food came out it wasn't hot. Some was a little to cold. We did not complain to them. Additionally everything was sticky, like the table and menus were. read more

One of our favorites. Came for our anniversary. Enjoyed the Chefs Feast. The soup is different from the past. Not as hot and spicy in the hot and sour soup. The lettuce wraps are a bit smaller but still delicious. Loved the spicy chicken and the crispy shrimp. Be back again after having good service! read more

If I could I would put 0 stars just bc of the food. The service was a 4/5 but the food was a 0/5. All I could taste was every meal that had been cooked in that pan over the last 10 years. I will not be going back especially when I paid $15 for food that was barely edible. read more

This place has some of the best orange chicken I've ever had. Crispy, plenty of sauce, great flavor and not too dry! Our waitress did a great job as well. Very kind! I think my only complaint would be that the rice was super dry...that was unfortunate. Other than that it was a great night! read more

I typically would not give PF Changs a four star rating. Generally I would go for the three star. But my last meal there absolutely changed my opinion. Instead of the traditional Chinese style, stirfry meal, I elected to order the Seabass. I love Seabass and don't order it very often because it's so expensive, but I figured I would give it a try. I have to say it was absolutely spectacular. Without a doubt, the best Seabass I've ever ate. It was cooked perfectly in rested on a bed of cook spinach with this really delicate sauce, It looked so beautiful on my plate that I almost hated cutting into it. I regret that I didn't take a picture. Along with it, I had the Buddhas feast vegetable platter, which is consistently good, and a really nice healthy dish We ordered the brussels sprouts for the table along with the chicken lettuce wraps. Chicken, lettuce wraps are always a decent appetizer, but the brussels sprouts were spectacular. The restaurant was very clean, and the server was marvelous. Attentive, friendly, understood the menu, and what was in the dishes, which was important because we had a person at the table who can only eat a very limited diet. Below par food, weak cocktails, and incorrect charges on our bill. my son and I went to P.F. Chang's in Lansing because we had heard others speak highly of the restaurant and were curious. the atmosphere was lovely - dark and intimate. We ordered the "Chef's Feast" which was advertised on the menu in Lansing for about $19 per person. it is billed as a "3 course meal." Each person gets soup or salad, one appetizer to share and one entree. first, we were told the lettuce wraps are popular. We ordered them and they arrived quickly. Both my son and I took one bite and stared at each other. It tasted like OLD fish. I almost gagged! we realized we just made a mistake and didn't complain but didn't want it. The assistant manager offered to replace it and comp it, which she did. We ordered spring rolls, which were good. I ordered salad, which was simple but I enjoyed it. My son had hot and sour soup which he said was bland. We had Mongolian beef As an entree. It was tough and so garlicky that it was hard to eat. We threw it away because it was so strong it permeated our car. My son ordered a cocktail for $15.99 and I had an iced tea. His cocktail (dragons breath) looked cool but was a fancy margarita. He said it was very weak and had no pomegranate taste. Our server was okay but seemed harried. Now, my son sweetly offered to pay. As he settled the check ( which I had estimated at about $70 plus a tip) I went to the car. He came out and told me it was "crazy expensive " for below average food. The bill was $111 with a $22 tip! I looked at the receipt-- our server, Nick, had charged us full price for every item! We CLEARLY stated we wanted the "feast" and he guided us through ordering. Our bill was almost DOUBLE. First Food was delicious. The service left a lot to be desired. We arrived at the restaurant and it looked pretty busy but still plenty of seating choices. We waited 10 minutes to be seated while the hostess helped people with takeout. Ask if she could seat us at a table even though there were at least 3 empty booths. We agreed to the table option and received our menus, decided on our food within 5 minutes folded our menus, put them to the side. Waited to order. Waited for 20 minutes finally a waitress asks us for our drink order and told us "Turner" would be with us shortly. Turner never showed our table was next to the bar...a waiter stood there shooting the breeze with the bartender for about 10 minutes while my Dad and I finished our tea. Then a new foursome is seated next to us a waiter quickly takes their drink order and appetizer order. We still after another 20 minutes have not ordered an appetizer, let alone food. Finally I over hear the gal that took our drink order asking if she can wait on us...we were not her table. The guy at the bar says he does not care...she comes over takes our appetizer and dinner order. Meanwhile the table next to us that was seated long after us has received their appetizers...then we finally get our appetizer...they get their food and ours arrives minutes later. I am not sure who "Turner" is...we were his table, he never showed nor did he bother to make sure we were waited on. I do not know the young lady's name who helped us...but she deserves an award! We booked a large party reservation for a work celebration, and PF Chang's exceeded our expectations! The space we had was in the main dining area, but private enough for staff to stand up and make periodic speeches and announcements, as well as room around our tables for our group to mill around without being in the way of others. The servers were attentive and flexible, taking drink orders and serving food when we were ready, and being very accommodating to staff who brought young children. The food was amazing, great portion sizes with extra food left over for people to take home. The cost was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place for any large party needs! read more

Dine-in experience during COVID-19 pandemic was wonderful. Very pleased with the food and service! Tables were spaced apart and every other booth was vacant. All staff wore masks -- and wore them properly. No wait to get seated was a pleasant surprise. First time ordering the Korean Bulgogi Steak (based on an email ad), and it did not disappoint. My mother, son, and I came in by chance after a movie. Haven't been to one in years, our Waiter Nick V. was very patient with us and answered our questions. He even helped us with a to go order, that we could still take advantage of the special they were running that day! He didn't have to do that. What happened to PF Chang's? This used to be a good restaurant. I haven't been here in a few years because I moved. I ordered two of my favorites that I've had dozens of times, looking forward to them. I order shrimp dumplings and spring rolls. They tasted nothing like I remember. I could not taste the shrimp in the shrimp dumplings. I opened one up, and didn't see any shrimp in it either, just pink goo. Furthermore, they were undercooked as the dough was not quite soft. The spring rolls were greasy, and after one bite, I threw them away. They left a terrible taste in my mouth. I've had better mall food. What happened? read more

We are fans of P.F. Chang's as being vegan here is simple. I had the brussel sprouts and easily modified the fried rice to exclude egg and add tofu. The service was very nice. We're on vacation, but I'd return if in town again. read more

I've usually had a pretty good experience and have come to really like the salt & pepper prawns and sechuan broccoli. They've discontinued both of those items and also switched to skinny lo mein noodles from thicker ones. It's an expensive place so, while we eat out a lot, ( probably once a week) we don't get here but around once a year. Here's a tip to the waitstaff, if somebody comes in for the salt& pepper prawns, don't recommend the firecracker shrimp. Positives: food tastes good and was fresh. Not so pro: The ambiance is heavily laden with base music. This isn't a one off. The last time I've been here, over a year ago, the base was so loud many customers including myself asked for it to be balanced better because felt like we were at the club. Highly disruptive to the sort of ambiance you'd expect for a little higher quality dining experience. Our waiter put the "wait" in waiter. We had a party of six on a VERY slow evening and were not greeted for close to 8 minutes and then the waters took several more minutes to muster up. The rest of the meal followed this theme. We skipped dessert because we were then running short on time. Lastly, crispy rice strings are added to many meals which add a new texture to your food. You may not want cereal with your beef broccoli so be sure to have those on the side. With their sister chain Panda Express now open a block away, there may now be no reason to go to PF unless you want a slow, club-like ambiance with crispy meals. read more

Food was delicious. Had a reservation at a different restaurant and they couldn't honor the time I had put on the reservation. We left that restaurant and went to PF Changs. They sat us right away . They have no idea what curbside pick up means. I arrived at the designated time and place. I waited 5 minutes nobody came out so I went in and a man said your food will be right out. I went back to my car, after 20 minutes still no food so I went back in. The girl said oh your foods been sitting here. It was barely warm by the time I arrived home. As far as the food goes we had lettuce wraps, vegetable spring rolls and 4 main entrees. The lettuce was warm from the other food and limp it wasn't edible. The spring rolls were good. Of the four entrees the rice for all four was cold, bland and tasteless. Three entrees the sesasme chicken, orange chicken and ma po tufu were pretty good, although the tufu portion was really small. Order for 4 meals was ready for curbside pickup right to the minute, piping hot. A young man with a clipboard checked us in, retrieved our order and off we went. Holiday menu meal for 4 was $80. plenty of food. 2 appetizers to share. Soup. 4 entrees. I don't know why this place is so popular. It was so bad, I couldn't get 4 different adults to eat it. Since we never had it, and mom mim wanted shrimp fried rice..thought how bad could it be. Yeah bad. The flavor of the sauce it was cooked in was awful (maybe I got a bad batch?) Simple order shrimp fried rice, no bean sprouts, carrots or mushrooms. Went to pick it up and had to wait inline...even though was directed to a pickup area when ordered online. No big deal. The taste was awful as I was told. No complaints on taste, the Dynamite Shrimp tastes great, but the ratio of shrimp to cabbage is no where near deserving of a $15 price tag. There were a total of 10 pieces of shrimp in the dish, equaling about $1.25 per piece of medium/small shrimp, leaving about 2.50 for the cabbage and spices. I would t recommend ordering this dish. I also would avoid ordering drinks from this place over grub hub or door dash, the employees don't adequately check the order before handing off to the delivery drivers, so the overpriced drinks often get left behind. read more

I placed a delivery order on the PF Chang's website, and the Uber Eats driver ended up stealing it. (Boo, Uber Eats!) However, PF Chang's went above and beyond to fix the situation. Though the Uber Eats driver wasn't their employee, the restaurant remade our order, and a PF Chang's manager delivered it himself. He also gave us a dessert and a gift card to help make up for the situation. I'm absolutely thrilled by the customer service, and the food was great as well. Haven't been here in half year. Come back last weekend and so glad we did. Restaurant wasn't busy during Sunday night. Friendly server, staffs wear mask. All tables are far away from each other as social distance. Forgot how delicious the Dynamite Shrimp is (appetizer). Be back soon! read more
