I ordered a variety bucket meal for Mother's Day. Mom loves KFC chicken breasts when I got home sadly they had substituted all the chicken breasts with thighs. Seriously I went there a few nights ago and they were out of chicken. You heard me right. Out of chicken. I got there around 7:20 pm and I guess they close at 8:00 pm. They told me they did not want to have extra chicken at nights end so they stop cooking fried chicken close to close. While I understand the need not to waste and I appreciate the effort.. it is called Kentucky Fried Chicken. They said I could have anything else on the menu except bone-in chicken or a pot pie. That limited me to chicken tenders. I ordered the tenders but it was begrudgingly. When you have your heart set on something... a substitute just will not do. I wanted an extra crispy combo meal and chicken tenders just did not hit the spot. As to the end of night surplus, I wonder if there is a way they could donate leftover chicken. I actually work at a grocery store and we do this every week. Just a thought. I did go back a few days later mid-day to get my Kentucky Fried Chicken. Sometimes you just gotta shake your head. The food itself is good and the staff was nice. There is plenty of parking and this establishment is easily accessible. The prices are reasonable and everything is in order. Just next time I'll know not to go close to close if I am wanting a pot pie or fried chicken. Still not sure why there were no pot pies close to closing but that is a question for another day. read more

I didn't know why they pay the workers. Every time I come they are literally out of chicken and if I ask question they ignore me. Gave them another shot tonight and they had chicken but I was trying to get the new potato poppers too, which they said they couldn't do because the friers are off. I asked how my chicken was going to be cooked then and he said he had some from earlier. How much earlier I asked, he said it was from ONE HOUR AGO. Not even safe to eat, I'm not worried about my health considering I go( try to go) to kfc but that's absurd. Easy job but it's too inconvenient for the workers if you order anything such as the only thing they sell. Refused to allow a handicapped person to pick up their app order at the window despite the app saying to pick it up at the window. There were no other customers in the store the employee only had to turn around and grab in a foot behind him. Handicapped family member then had to hobble in only to get the chicken undercooked where the breasts were still covered in uncooked flour on half of them. read more

This is by far the best KFC I've ever been to. I like to consider myself a respected reviewer of famous bowls from various KFC's, and this one by far blows every other KFC out of the water. Customer service was fantastic, portion control was perfect, and even the cookie was better than most other KFC's. Typically, I don't rate businesses I utilize in my personal life. The exceptions are businesses that perform consistently above five stars. At times businesses that engage in customer service don't meet our expectations, and I give them a pass. After several bad experiences I just don't go back. This KFC is the worst fast food business I have encountered. Today, I ordered online pot pies, for myself and my 90 year old mother. The order was paid for as a takeout, 35-40 minutes before pickup, paid for on my Apple pass. No big deal, wrong. A gentlemen in line in front of me picking up his order asked me if the chicken was original or extra crispy? When I looked at his order I responded extra crispy, his response "exactly, I ordered original". The employee at the counter informed him they were out of original, someone preparing his order decided to give him the extra crispy, without his knowledge, and without asking. Upon his insistence the gentleman went to the back and all of a sudden they had original chicken. If he walked with his order highly upset and rightfully so. Now to my order, after I informed the gentleman of my online order he inquired about the order, I told him about the pot pies, bla bla. After sitting for five minutes or so, I inquire about my order, then he tells me they are out of pot pies. Additionally, he stated they make the pot pies in house and didn't make any the night before!!!! Then don't sell them if you don't make them. I had to go back inside to get a credit on the order from my debit card and ask him to refund my money. This is the last and one of the worst experiences I have encountered at this KFC. Other people had warned me, however, I gave them a pass, and from now on I will always give them a pass and I drive by their establishment never to stop again. P.S. be careful driving in the parking lot the have big potholes through their lot, big ones, if you hit one, be prepared to buy a new tire. I used the drive through and ordered a pot pie. They were out of pot pies. So, I ordered a regular bowl. "A Famous Bowl?" I was asked. I ended up with a Mac and cheese bowl instead of the mashed potato bowl. It was AWFUL! Their Mac and cheese is terrible!!! Dear KFC, what is wrong with leaving the menu alone? For years, you've had one bowl - chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and gravy. It was popular and it was good. stop assuming that everyone is a Mac and cheese fan and stick with what works. read more

This place is dirty in the lobby and the bathrooms. 1:30 and it's not busy. I mentioned there was soda on the floor.... 10 min later and no one has cleaned it up. Food is good as always but they need some help. read more

Ha - never though I'd write a review of KFC! I don't often visit KFC; when I'm looking for fast food I just tend to forget about it and patronize other places. With the opening of Oh Boy Chicken, and with the acquisition of a KFC-loving friend, I decided to stop here and do a bit of a taste test. We ordered some 8-piece bucket meal, with two sides (macaroni & cheese and backed beans), 4 biscuits, and a commemorative KC Chiefs bucket. Well, not so happy with the turnout. We got green beans instead of mac n cheese, and no commemorative bucket! My cheese and gimmick-loving side was a bit sad. Took our purchase home and dug in...the chicken was admittedly kind of awesome. It might be because I don't eat fried chicken much, but I was surprisingly in love. Biscuits were lovely, tasted fresh and fluffy. The baked beans have a definite BBQ flavor. The green beans were...normal. I look forward to trying again for what I imagine might be a nasty (but still somehow fabulous) macaroni & cheese, and perhaps trying again for a special bucket. i had been saving a coupon for a 20 piece bucket and decided sunday would be great for chicken. go through drive thru and order it. they then tell me, an hour before close, that they can't do that because they are out of dark meat. i said okay can i get a smaller amount of drumsticks they say no only white meat. my fiance gets a mashed potato bowl i get nothing. customer service was rude. how are you out of chicken when your name is kentucky fried chicken!? an hour before close!? you can't make more!? i am so upset and hungry. i live 5 blocks away and have been coming here for the last 2 years with no experiences like this. on top of that my fiance's chicken mashed potato bowl was cold not even moderately warm. i am so upset i really can't believe you are sending out ads and coupons and not honoring them and employing people so lazy they can't make any chicken but can sit looking out the window talking about us and looking and laughing. we could have waited. they could have made chicken. i could have continued loving kfc. looks like it's time to start switching to chick fil a where i am sure it would be their pleasure to serve me. read more
