This has got to be one of the poorest run fast food restaurants in Colorado that has somehow remained in business. If I could give it less stars I would because it certainly hasn't earned even the one that Google Reviews forces me to provide to warn others. Our story begins when I got an advertisement on my IG feed. Because I live chicken (especially the fried variety) and it's one of the closest restaurants to our house the wife and I decided to head down given our proximity to dinner time. The coupon in question said 2 chicken sandwich combo meals for $12 and was posted by the official KFC account with the only fine print saying to "Mention this ad" and nothing more in terms of qualifications. Besides, it's not even the most insane deal ever so should be a pretty uneventful affair to claim it, right? Wrong! Upon arrival we were coldly and poorly greeted by an employee working the front register. I told her about the coupon thinking she would know because she had rung up several that day already possibly. Instead, she looked blankly at me like I just kicked her dog or something. She then walked away from us w/o so much as excusing herself or explaining why she was leaving. A minute later another employee came up and didn't bother explaining that she had talked to him and just asked how he could help us. I noticed that his name tag said "supervisor" so my thought was that he would be able to process this for us w/o issue. I mean, the Supervisor should be equipped to handle these crazy outside the box transactions, right? Strike two! He kept saying that it was "KFC Online and didn't apply in-store" which made no sense to me. It made no mention of having to order online or in an app and, to be clear, it didn't even seem like the employee was even trying to say that was the case. He made no sense at all with his explanation and offered only to ring up two combos at full price for us as his solution. When I asked if there was anything that could be done he said that he couldn't and the manager was in the back. When I asked if the manager could maybe come up to assist us he said that she was "talking to someone" and couldn't. I dared to investigate why and he said that she was talking to an employee who was apparently in trouble of some sort. Who cares? It was an employee so they can wait a minute while the manager comes up to help us since apparently a $4 discount requires an act of congress to process. Ultimately, we left w/o ordering. The employees we had access to didn't do a single thing to help us with what should have been a simple transaction that ANYONE could have processed. To target someone who lives nearby with a coupon and then not honor it when they arrive is a problem. A big problem. I haven't been to a KFC in years even though (as I started previously) it's one of the closest food places to where we've lived for over 15 years and I also happen to love fried chicken. I'm willing to put up with a lot given those facts but somehow KFC finds new and creative ways to make me swear to never return. There's rarely any cars in the parking lot even during lunch and dinnertime. Though they've recently remodeled this location inside and out it's still incredibly unpopular and now I know why. For reference I've attached the screen grab of the actual ad in question. As you can see for yourself, it even lists the address of the KFC in question and you can clearly says where the only requirement is to mention the ad. Unreal.

This year has been very chaotic for my family so we opted to try something new and easy for Thanksgiving. We nervously went all in on the Thanksgiving meal at KFC... We were mostly nervous as we did not have a back up plan for our family & guests if something went wrong and were little hesitant going the fast food route.. This is where Paul and April @ KFC came in... I explained my needs and my fears. They assured me and helped me order my Turkey Meal. Come pickup day I was greeted by Paul at 2pm, our agreed time. My meal was ready, packed nicely and Paul even helped me load it all up. The meal was great and to my surprise the Turkey was absolutely perfect!!! All that food for roughly 120 bucks was incredible! Thank you Paul and April for your great customer service! We will be back next year!

    My family fill up!

Now let me start with a positive.. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken for a fast food special meal when I'm too tired to cook. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have come to this location in a few months and the service is A JOKE. It's not that the workers are super unprepared or unprofessional, that is common with fast food Service. However, when you combine that part with literally no food but Cole slaw.. you have a horrible sketch comedy of an experience! This evening I pulled up exhausted after a long day at work just hoping for a simple family fill up. The first thing the cashier said is we don't have chicken, lol huh? So then I politely ask what do you mean? he says well we don't have enough for an 8 piece. I'm like okay I'll just have whatever you got.. then I ask for a side of Macaroni... he says yah we are out of that too. I'm like okay I'll just have mashed potatoes. Then as I pull forward, he giggles and says, we are out of biscuits. "We can give you a couple cookies." I I'm thinking in my mind okay the last two experiences were exactly like this. There's definitely a major issue here. Then I pull around front as I am asked to wait, no problem... good takes time... so I wait and wait... then a very young kid comes out and says "we barely have any food we never have our shit together lol" I just politely say everything is Fine. I actually asked is this a normal thing? This has happened each time I've tried ordering here, and he was like yah dude. This is a very poorly run KFC. I really believe that there are real quality issues as well as training issues here. 3 times a charm.. I am never going back to this place. (((( Despite having not received a family fill up I was still charged for one... and finally, I only received 2 cookies in place of my biscuits)))

They are, each and every one of them, pros who take the field seriously. But, if I were to offer a kernel of advice to any of them, it would be this... "Never hire a kid named David who professes to be the GM of the Wing Shack in Loveland." I came in in a hurry, hoping to get a dozen wings. The gentleman who seemed to be running the staff of three or four up-sold me on 25 wings and fries for $25. He even offered to throw in a drink. Very kind of him. Much appreciated. I bought the wings and waited for 15 minutes or so, politely thanked the gentleman who brought them out to me and drove 15 minutes home. When I arrived, I found that the wings were boneless, not what I ordered, the sauces were incorrect, the sauce that was supposed to be on the wings was off the sauce that was supposed to be off the wings and on the side was on the wings. The carrots and celery that I paid an up-charge for were nowhere to be found. First world problems. But, pretty indicative of sloppy work. No one double checked that order. No one really paid attention to the order. Funny because the Manager and I had a big conversation about the sauces, etc. pre order. He talked a lot. In retrospect, It seems he was way more interested in what he was saying than what I was saying. I called establishment to let them know they got my order wrong. I did not have time to go back. I was not seeking anything for free. After working in the service industry for a long time myself, I don't really subscribe to that methodology. I just thought they should know. I managed to get the first part of "what was wrong" out before the gentleman who took my order "David", interrupted me. "I specifically remember you saying boneless wings." I kind of chuckled to myself and explained to David that I've never ordered boneless wings nor would I. David then proceeded to tell me to "be quiet and let him talk." He told me that he was doing me a favor by listening to me and I was trying to help. I began to feel a little more than a little irritated and a scoche uncomfortable at the same time. The fervor with which the gentleman told me that it was actually my fault was annoying. "I specifically remember that you ordered boneless wings. I remember you saying it." I remember thinking it was odd that the same gentleman had given me a card with his name written on it. I told him earlier that I appreciated his friendly approach and he seemed heartened by it. He asked me to write him a positive review after he gave me a free fountain drink. I fully intended on giving him a positive review at the time, fountain drink non-withstanding. David initially seemed well intended and enthusiastic. I went to a table and waited. The wait time was reasonable. I should've checked the food after he brought it out. That was my fault. I didn't even mind that much when the order was completely wrong. Although, to spend over $30 for a single fast food meal seems a little beyond the pale. And, then for it to be completely wrong is legitimately disappointing. I didn't eat it. Two undressed onto of chicken without sauce with some kind of chili sauce in the side and more brown knots slathered in wing sauce. No veggies. Lame. But, these things happen. I called and said that my order was wrong and began the list. I got to item one. "David" began to speak over me with a lengthy explanation as to why I received processed lumps of chicken instead of wings. I had only told him about one of the things that went wrong. Would I have to listen to a lengthy, defensive diatribe about each misstep he made when taking my order? lately, I've encountered a number of people his age that should not be in customer service. Their egos are often seemingly more important than what they are selling, who they are selling it to and what they have on their mind that day. David took the opportunity to say, "I AM the manager. I took your order. I can tell that I am older than you are so it is funny that you are talking about people "my age." David wasn't being clever, noting that my anger seemed immature. Nope, despite my white beard and crows feet, he clocked me as a kid in my 20's. David was not paying attention. David, when you screw-up, the solution will never call for you to reiterate, "just trying to help the customer out." You're being a kid. A kid who has been taught that as long as you speak in a polite sing-song, you don't have to pay attention to anyone or anything, other than yourself. There is another wing joint across the street. They are a chain. I try to support local business. But, I can't be bothered if you can't. Wing shack owes me $26 and David owes me $6. But I'd pay $50 not to have to deal with that greasy den of ineptitude ever again.

Just like Lola's house! I had bangsilog (crispy, smoked marinated milkfish, egg, and garlic fried…read morerice) and it was great. This isn't "fast food", but was quite quick considering Filipino food. A little wait, but well worth it for a satisfying brunch. Although I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I'm aware that it's not so custom to have a "runny egg" and rice at each meal for non-Filipino/a/x fam... so if you haven't experienced Filipino cuisine, please take a look at the menu beforehand. The silog (egg) plates seem so simple, rice, egg and an additional "protein of choice", however, they're very filling. Their menu is full of yummy bites and seemingly snack foods and plates; but be ready to feel satiation. You can get lumpia, turon, halo halo, and Japanese style mochi waffles, or even boba to-go. If you thought you liked boba, come try the variety of boba and milk tea add-in list that goes on for miles. Friendly service, small, but clean dining area. Bathrooms were tidy. For funsies and to add to the joy of this little spot, there are a few smaller game cabinets for kiddos or adults alike. When I was leaving with a satisfied (slightly over full) tummy, I felt the need to order additional food or snacks to go - merienda?. It must be the "Lola culture" living in my bones of "bring this food home for later." I smiled and realized I can come back another time... and I look forward to it! Maraming salamat po.

We were excited for the wings thinking it would be like Jollibee but they were also disappointing. Skip the Korean sauce - it was disgusting. The fries were overcooked. The drinks were generic and surgery. The boba drinks all tasted like powder. Only thing I would order would be the garlic Parmesan wings. Denver has better boba options and wings that are fresh and crunchy. It's not worth the drive. I can how this would be satisfying if you live up this way. The best thing we got were the fried bananas and even they were still just okay (the PF Changs ones taste better for me).
