I guess i got lucky when I first reviewed this location. Ever since then, every time I've come, there have been issues . These range from being told they are out of a certain product after I've paid and am waiting for me food, having my order completely forgotten, being the ONLY customer and waiting 10-15mins+ for my food, and getting my order completely wrong. I honestly don't know why I keep trying to come back hoping for a different result. To top it off, now that it's winter, their drive though is completely iced over, unlike all their fast food competitors nearby. If I didn't have the SUV I'm driving now, I wouldn't have chanced it. I went 12/04/2022 at 4:28. I went through the drive thru. There was one car ahead of me. After 15 minutes I was able to order. I ordered 2 gallons of Rootbeer. When I arrived at the window to pay I was handed two 1/2 gallon bags. When I asked about the size the young worker told me that they dont offer gallons anymore. So I told him I would take 4 1/2 gallons. He was very confused. I asked him if I was charged for 2 gallons or 2 1/2 gallons. He couldnt answer. I just ended up taking the 2 1/2 gallons and left. We waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby for someone to even acknowledge us. And then it was the guy mopping in the lobby. The cashier finally came to take our order. But she was very surly and didn't care at all. Then we didn't get cups for drinks until the manager on duty finally asked if we'd ordered. He didn't really seem to care either. No one was wearing name tags so I have no idea who they were. We sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. Meanwhile, we watched another family have to get theirs to go as they were out of time to wait. And car after car after car get pulled around the building to wait. But even then, all of those folks had to come back in because their order was wrong. When we finally got our order, after it went for a walk in the parking lot, half of it was missing. Not to mention that they were out of A&W root beer, Pepsi, and lemonade. The only person that was helpful or that offered to make things right was the young man cleaning the lobby.
