3 min wait turned into a 23 mins. We ordered chicken wings not supposed to be spicy but there was a handful of wings that were spicy. My kids wasn't too happy with that, neither was I. This place is actually outrageous, a 4 minute order turned into 35 minutes, If i could rate this place a zero i would. My Grandpa and I were waiting for our famous bowls, there was no one at the counter waiting to help someone or give any service. So we ordered on the machine and we were paying cash. it said our order was placed and did not say anything about paying up front to the people who were not there. 25 minutes in this elderly lady comes in and goes up to the counter and repeatedly says excuse me and nobody helps her or says anything to her so then I get up and I go and help her with her order she just wants a couple of chicken wings I say you should go up to the front counter and ask them. I went to the Marysville KFC for the first time tonight and it was awful. I got a famous bowl and it tasted so nasty and it could have used a little more gravy plus spicy wings which tasted a little better but not by much and the women taking orders at the drive thru was so unbelievably rude and when she gave me my change back she waded it up with the receipt, money and change in her hand and that's how she handed it to me and I was dropping my change trying to hold onto it all and not let it drop on the ground. I placed an order for a 8 piece meal original recipe. I was scolded over the intercom that they're all out of original recipe chicken. The communication between co workers wasn't professional, with the employee who took the order over the intercom who was also doing the food prep and the Individual working the window. I was asked to pull around to the front to await for my order. I was not given a receipt, due to the fact that I would have submitted a comment on their performance. Will never go back to this KFC in Marysville. Went to the drive through to order 16 piece bucket of original, 1 Cole slaw and 6 biscuits. Ordered wings and fries and with door dash fees it was around $97. When I took a bite I noticed the meat was still red and bloody so I spit it out. We continued cutting open more of them and they were all like that. Unsafe to eat. So we ended up having to cook them ourselves which took a decent amount of time to cook all the way through. If you are in a hurry or don't want to dirty dishes cooking, go the extra miles to Everett or Snohomish. This place shouldn't be open. Oh, and oil city. So I don't know if the first car touch the food before they brought it back in realizing it was the wrong order but then he immediately took it out to the correct car without remaking the order. So if you had a big order and you were at KFC at about 6:45 there's a chance somebody touched your food before you got it. We have not been to this KFC in about 1 year due to lack of customer service. When we walked in tonight the lights were so bright that it was easy to see that not one table was clean. After we got our overpriced slop and asked to have at least one table to be cleaned we sat down to eat. We soon discovered that they did away with plates and so we had to eat our food on a flimsy cardboard tray. This was very awkward since the potatoes and gravy ran all other and our chicken was soon to soggy pick up. If KFC wants to stay in business they need to go back to making good food and give customer service. The lack of customers should clue them into the fact that when you cut corners on quality then you are stating that you do not care about your customers.
