She just handed it all to my friend who was driving and when I counted it it was $20 short when we confronted them they "counted the till" and all they would say is the till is good so they won't do anything else.... I've always enjoyed my time at any KFC, but this one had one particular rude employee. She was a middle-aged woman at the cashier who didn't seem happy to take our order. No smile, and a mean tone of voice the whole time. She treated other customers with a smile though, maybe she's racist? I sure hope the management team does something about it. I, too, had a disappointing drive-thru experience. Not because they accidentally have my order to the car in front of me - that happens - but because my 6 tenders cleared out their supply and they had to make new ones and they told the car in front of us they were out of legs. We drive through every 2-3 months for lunch on a weekend. Usually order a smaller family meal with extra tenders or popcorn chicken. KFC in general used to be much better, but the quality of food has in my opinion declined over the years, especially the sides. Not a lot of healthy options here, very high carb and lots of deep fried stuff. Why can't they offer steamed carrots or baked sweet potatoes? Get rid of the biscuits - they are always dried out. And get rid of the fake butter and honey. This particular location on State Avenue in Marysville is hit and miss. The drive through order board and window are along the State Ave. side, and with the traffic noise it is very difficult to hear the staff or for them to hear you when placing orders. So, our order is frequently wrong. The staff don't seem unfriendly really, but not especially enthusiastic about their jobs. I always have to double check my order before leaving. They are often out of what I want to order, although that problem has happened to me more often at the Snohomish location. I have had better luck with ordering at the Everett (Broadway) location. After I had placed my order, repeated it and then had the employee repeat it back to me they still missed an item that I ordered and I was charged for it. When I called and told them about it they didn't apologize or anything they just asked if I was gonna come back and get it tonight or another day. read more

Came here a couple of days ago and got a bucket and a few extras. The staff was quite friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly, my order was 100% accurate! I don't think I've ever had this happen at any KFC anywhere. Maybe it's because I went inside to order? Either way, based on this visit, I'd for sure return here. The worst service ever. Went to the drive-through, and after being there for 30 minutes and finally got to the window the lady took my money and walked away. Five minutes later she came back to inform me that they were all out of half of the stuff I ordered. And she couldn't tell me when I ordered? Usually we love this KFC and the employee named Andy is always friendly and helpful but when we went in tonight we had no service. 3 people saw us waiting and we tried to get their attention to no avail. One person even walked tight by us to go to the bathroom and walked back in the kitchen without acknowledging us at all. We will definitely think twice before going back to this location. read more

They need to get back to basics and retrain the entire staff. I ordered three simple meals. Tender sandwich combo, no pickles extra mayo on side. Popcorn chicken meal, and a second tender sandwich meal with light mayo. Also ordered a chocolate cake. They could not figure out the two tender sandwich combos. Check the meals before I left and I missed that they forgot the order of wedges for the third combo meal. Tried to call but that was a joke too. There phone system is an endless loop. read more

I don't know why the other girl is complaining. My family comes through this place about every couple times a month & we've never had any problems getting our order right & the staff is always friendly. One time they did forget our biscuits but we drove back around & they gave us a FREE chocolate cake to make up for it. That was enough to keep us happy. Idk if we've just got good timing or so but we always get our chicken fresh & just made. They also allow you to double up on your coupons. This KFC is the best! read more

The drive thru was closed for maintenance which I didn't care about because I was going to eat inside any way but it cause issues. There was one two ladies in there and the young one had an attitude about everything she said or was doing, you could tell she didn't want to be there. It wasn't busy yet when I got there so I went to order my food and the other lady was helping me while the younger one prepared the food and the lady told me I couldn't order a large potato wedges unless I took a survey, at first I thought maybe she just didn't add it to my order because she was telling me no but when I looked at my receipt I had paid for a large order. I went to stand in line and by now it was busy and one of the maintenance men came up and said the needed to turn off the water and yadi yada and I had to leave for work so I didn't get my money back or potato wedges, people were leaving. Food is pretty good. The thing that really brought my review down is that this one employee, when my mother bought a cake, gave us our cake and all but my mom asked for a knife. She walked away and my mom cut the cake with a straw. Very disappointed but this food is pretty good. read more

I went there a couple of months ago and I was very disappointed that they did NOT include any biscuits! I ordered a large family meal and when I got home I discovered they had cheated me. The place looked dirty and the clerk behind the counter did not smile or act friendly. I usually don't go to KFC, and I probably won't go back for a long time. Went there 6/22/17 for a quick pick-up dinner since it was late, we were hungry and didn't want to cook. They were NOT busy, but we had to wait a few minutes for our food, no problem. When it arrived at my car, I asked the gentleman if everything was there, including the apple pies AND extra biscuits I paid additional for. He assured me there were, and I did not double check. That was my mistake, and I admit that, but still! When I arrive home, I find NO biscuits, NO cookie with my meal and NO mac and cheese with my nephew's meal. Needless to say, I was NOT pleased. I called expecting to receive an apology, NOPE, didn't get that. What I got was a condescending "manager" who said, "so you just didn't get your biscuits?" As if that is my problem and not her problem. This KCF has to be, hands down, the worst one I have ever been to. Horrible customer service and the food isn't all that good either, which is a shame because KFC can usually do chicken good. Thank goodness customer service at KCF's corporate headquarters is much better as they took care of me and could not apologize enough for lack of service at this restaurant. While I will never visit this restaurant again, Marco restored my faith in KFC. read more
