July 1, 2025 I purchased a sausage Mc griddle with egg and we're supposed to get a free hash brown with my app. I did get the hash brown, but it was twice cooked so basically it was saturated in Grease.... Overpriced, crappy service. Auto order entry terminals not working right, half were marked as out of order. Others were locking up in the middle of trying to order. Lobby full of people and no one helping anyone. 20 min waiting on a quarter pounder meal and happy meal. They were handling drive thru and blew off anyone inside. Outside temp is over 95 but they closed the inside play area. No reason given. Came to this location to give a 3yo a place to play and cool off. Four different families were there for the inside play area, probably 10-12 kids. Some finally just left. All were paying customers. Many of the tables were dirty with food, trash and spills. Had to wipe my own table down. Obviously poor management and poor use of the staff. Seems like there were more than enough staff, just didn't seem like they cared or knew what to do. read more

To start with I do NOT care for McDonald's , with that said this is the DIRTIEST one I've been to. Grandson likes to play on the toys so I go. The not gentleman that took our order did not like it that we did not use the kiosk, it was easy to tell we put him out that he had to help us. I think there deep fryer hasn't been cleaned in a while, the fries had small black specs all over them and the bun on his hamburger was stale. It was packed, but my order was taken quickly and I joined the 15 or so other people waiting on their orders. From the time printed on my receipt, I waited 30 damn minutes for a couple of egg McMuffin meals. It was unbelievable. Why is there no 0 star option? I don't go to McDonalds often, but occasionally I like to get my kid some nuggets and enjoy some fries. This was my first and only experience at this location. It was a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm, there were a few cars in the drive-thru; were this any other McDonalds, I'm sure I'd have gotten my food in 5 minutes- 10 minutes max and been on my merry way. But apparently I pulled into a Bermuda Triangle time-warp when I entered the line. It took 27 minutes to get through the line. I chose the wrong side of order taking drive-thru split to go on- I counted 7 cars that were behind me go through on the other order taking line. Two cars that behind me on the slow side reversed and switched lines or just simply left the line and drove away. The lady assured me it would be "just a moment" I asked every 5 minutes and her answer was the same- just a "moment" I was pretty frustrated, but kept cool and courteous and ordered my order, happy meal with milk, nuggets, bbq sauce, fries. Fries and a drink for me. Pay at 1st window- no problem. Go to get my order at 2nd window... Drink order was put in wrong- lucky I caught that and I wait at window for my correct drink. They hand me food and I start to drive off- there was no milk for my happy meal. I park and go back in "I thought I handed you the milk" the man at window says to me- he had not. I'm not a milk scammer- I promise. I get milk and go back to car. No BBQ sauce. Oh well kid your nuggets are dry I'm done going back in. Start to eat my fries it has only been a bit 2 mins since they were handed to me- dead cold. How can a busy drive-thru have cold fries? It's a mystery of the Bermuda Triangle of this Marysville McDonalds. Drive to ANY other McDonalds, this place is a joke. My husband had a similar experience- they handed him the wrong order all together - plus no milk for happy meal, no drink for his meal Are they milk scamming? Points to ponder. Surprisingly aweful. Lettuce in sandwich was slimy and traslucent. Crispy chicken tasted like it had been deep fried in rancid fat. Never had a McD's experience even close anywhere ever. I arrived and pulled into the curbside slot 2 at 715pm but the app no longer shows my order. I went inside to ask for help with checking in. After 10 minutes waiting for an associate one worker asks what I need, and when I explain it he says he needs a manager to help. A manager comes over tells the worker to expedite another order then asks what I needed. When I tell her she says she needs to main manager. Manager Jack ridiculed me for an order being placed over "an hour and a half ago". I showed him the time on the receipts of just under 45 minutes (this after waiting for over 10 minutes for the managers to come around. I corrected him that it wasn't even an hour. Jack attempted to correct me saying the food has all been waiting for over an hour. Food slip attached to a sandwich shows some items created at 641pm. Current time 728. When I pointed out the times on the slips Jack included with the food he told me to "go die on my hill" and packaged up the sitting food, then realized it wasnt all ready, so other items needed to still be made. Note McDonalds app says order will be prepared when you arrive. Apparently manager Jack can't read, tell time, or provide good customer service. I have never said this but the manager needs to be fired as he is losing business for his franchise owners.
