Ordered online several hours early. Allegedly to be ready at 6:00. Arrived at 6:05 and it was obvious they had not even thought about starting my order, and didn't know it existed until they went and looked at the screen. This was for a big party and o spent over $100 (I knew this would probably happen, but it was my son's birthday and this was what he wanted). Kid says "it will be 25, we're going to make the chicken fresh for you." That's great! How about making it fresh so it's ready when it should have been? Worst service I may have ever experience at a drive thru. I order two sides of mash and a root beer with my meal I get to front the kid says is Pepsi ok I said no I want root beer. Then I hand him my money he says do u have $3 I said no but I can use my car he said no I already pushed cash. We went through the drive thru at KFC on 4/20/23 and ordered an 8 piece family meal, mixed extra crispy. The menu indicates this should be 2 Breasts, 2 Thighs, 2 wings and 2 drumsticks. What we received was original recipe, 1 Breast, 4 Thighs and 3 drumsticks. I called to talk to the manager who refused to give me her name and didn't do anything to resolve the issue. She basically told me that was what was cooked at the time. I told her then they should tell you that and she very sarcastically asked how I would like her to resolve the issue. I know I know it's fast food but come on. I work on the road so I try to grab something quick and hopeful tastie, doesn't always workout. Was going to get the old reliable tenders, but the Smoky Mtn BBQ sandwich sounded good. Looked good too, I feel for the pic my fault. As you can see in my pic looks like a ketchup packet of BBQ sauce on it unlike the advertised pic like it's soaked in sauce. Service was slow to help at the counter but food was served within resemble time, maybe because they didn't take the time to add enough bbq sauce. He is a 18 year old Hispanic man that holds his self like a much older adult and does his job very well.. I hope that the head managers of this franchise read this post!! i love kfc but they honestly really made my boyfriend and i upset when we went to order through their drive thru last night. As soon as we pull up we are not even greeted but just talked at with attitude. We ordered one sandwich and at the window they told us to pull to the front and that it would only take 2 minutes, we waited there for around 48 minutes and no one came to give us our food and we were the only car there that had their lights on. We pulled through the drive thru because we thought maybe they just forgot, when we pulled up to the window we explained to them what had happened and they came back with a bag with what we thought was my bfs sandwich and 2 cookies but when we got home and finally got comfy we realized they had given us 2 chicken strips thrown inside two buns. I appreciate the workers at this location. They handled a situation with complete common courtesy and in a very professional way. Mariah was quick to find a solution to what could have been, a bad situation. She remained calm and showed much confidence in the way she handled things. Nathan was also very polite and was quick to assist in correcting the situation. Because of their concern for the customer, my family and I enjoyed our meal to the fullest (because we all were happily stuffed from KFC's delicious food).
