I can't remember when there was ever a time I can say the service was good here in 9 years. Also the fact that there is never any chicken for family meals after 5pm. Went for pot pies, was told it would be 22 minutes as they just sold the last one. The guy at the counter approached with a scowl on his face and never said a word. Bad attitudes by counter help and management. Got there ...no one at the counter but they saw me standing there waiting for service. They stared back at me, then continued to ignore me and continued on with the conversation they were having with coworkers. I'm not a brother, tha was evident. The manager was a sister with the same attitude. I don't know who owns this franchise...but it seems like it's being used as a money laundering tool. We mobile-ordered the 12 piece extra crispy bucket with a large mash. It was actually really good, we enjoyed it a lot. The chicken was seasoned beautifully, with the just right amount of crisp. The mash and gravy tasted great as well. The whole meal was delicious, from start to finish. I was quite surprised, but I'm not complaining! If the food wasn't tasty this would hands down the worst fast food experience I've probably ever had. I pulled up to the menu board in the drive-thru and was told to hold on a second. The lady didn't ask for my order for OVER 7 MINUTES. I placed a simple chicken sandwich order and was told to pull around. Again I'm the ONLY person in line and it took 11 minutes from the time I paid this person to the time that I got my food. I WAS IN THE DRIVE-THRU FOR 18 MINUTES!! I mean it's a chicken sandwich.... They are already cooked. All they had to do is put it between two pieces of bread and stick it in the bag and hand it to me. How is this business still open and why do people still frequent it? I'm 9 months pregnant and I was craving chicken with biscuits and I went there and was very disappointed the biscuits wasn't even a biscuit and I asked why was it like that to the cashier Josue he said they're all like that and the chicken was not fried correctly it's such a shame because this is the only local KFC in my area and every time I come it's always a disappointment and the price of everything is so expensive just to not get a good quality of food! COMPLETE GARBAGE. Me and my cousins pull up to the drive through around 8:20 pm. the lady on the speaker was talking very low so nobody could hear her. we were literally hearing wispers at most. we ordered bog box meal, 2x 5 pc chicken tenders a classic sandwitch and the clasic bowl. off the bat they say they dont have the sandwich. so we replaced it with spicy tenders. they dont have spicy tenders. what do they have?? absolute trash. so we end up just keeping what we have. pull up and its 60 bucks for 3 things?? we paid and waited to get our stuff and they told us to leave. so we go to the parking lot. and there is absolutely nothing we ordered. so me and my cousin go in and ask for our food. The man we went to for help clearly didnt know how to do his job so he apointed us to lady with the green pretty eyes, she ended up being so rude. we simply ask for our food and they say they dont have tenders of sandwitches or literally anything we asked for. so the lady who took our order was talking but was literally unaudible. so they looked at our recipt and asked us if we wanted nuggets. so we took them and as were walking out we see the recipt. a solid 7 items we didnt order. we ended up leaving and when we got home the food was sloppy and was hanging out the containers. This evening at 6:30, I went to order a #4. The person who came to the counter was not wearing her mask properly. I pointed it out, placed my order and told her I would wait outside. As I waited, I noticed that 4 of the 5 staff people were not wearing their masks properly. As I complained loud enough for all to hear, they either didn't care, or were doubling down. I had a bad experience tonight. Went through the drive thru. Ordered two chicken wraps and some sides. The young man at the window took my money and let all my coin change fall on the ground. He saw this and closed the window. When he came back with my food I told him he should give the change before the bills because it slides right off. He did not pay any attention. Did not even attempt to replace all the coins that rolled under the car. He just closed the sliding window. No apology not even a thank you or come again. I don't blame the employee. Stopped by to grab a delicious classic chicken sandwich and was greeted with pretty good customer service. After I placed my order and payed I had to pull in front and wait which wouldn't be a problem except there were already 6 cars doing the same so my wait time extended longer than it should have. Finally after some time I was given my meal and drove off. I get that it can get busy so I don't want to make that part a big deal but after biting into what I expected to be a delicious sandwich and finding dark bones, large pieces of cartilage and raw chicken I threw it up into the bag. I hate to give anyone's business a poor review, but in the case of this Kentucky Fried Chicken, I feel compelled to let the reader know just how horrible this place is. I went there recently and placed 2 orders. One order was for 8 pieces of chicken with the sides, and the second order was for 4 chicken wings with 1 order of cole slaw. When I arrived home and opened the box that should have had the 4 chicken wings, there were 2 thighs and 1 leg. I know why they did it. I read an article recently that said KFC is phasing out the sale of chicken wings. The other problem I had was that the fries tasted slightly bitter, and the chicken had a weird taste. Maybe they added something to their 11 herbs and spices. Needless to say, most of the food I paid over $46 for went into the garbage, and I have made a promise to myself never to go back to this KFC. read more

I had visited this KFC right after its recent reopening. The drive through person was very nice. This time I was warned that I should check my food to make sure I get what I wanted when I am there. So, when I placed my order for a 3 piece meal combo, the person didn't ask me what sides I wanted, so I told her. She didn't ask what kind of beverage I wanted, nor did she ever tell me the price. I get to the window. She tells me $16.33, takes my money, hands me the bag with no beverage and no receipt. Something didn't sit right with me. She was not personable at all. So, I pull to the front of the restaurant and checked my meal. It was not even close! It was chicken tenders and fries. The person whose order was mixed up with mine was there complaining as well. Frustrated, she left and went on her way. In the meantime, the counter salesperson slid the bag that she received toward me. I said two words," Not Cool! " He got my drift and said you want another one. I said yes. He picked up the bag and proceeded to put it in the garbage. I hate to see waste, but you can't be too careful these days. The food I ended up getting was fine and I brought home the correct order. But the experience was not so good. The young man didn't say sorry for the inconvenience. He wouldn't look at me. Not necessarily his fault. Manager needs to train these young people properly. I hesitate to return to this establishment. read more

I went in for my food and for one when I got there it wasn't ready and they told me 10 minutes and I waited almost 20. The young man told me to wait in my car and they would bring my food. A young lady came out, handed me my drinks and then said my MANAGER said you have to go in and get your food. Why tell me to wait in the car and then not even bring me my food. This was stated by the manager when I attempted to pay for my $23 ... "3 Piece Meal" with a $50 bill. I did NOT have any $20 bills. They were lucky I discovered I did have two $10 bills. I knew I had a bunch of $50 because I go food shopping where they are accepted. Right before I was about to order my meal there was an elderly woman with a cane. I offered ... & she allowed me to carry the meal on her tray to the table where she wanted to sit. I then went back & ordered my meal. I had been to KFC - Newburgh several times within the past few weeks. I did pay for my meals with $50 bills. My meal costs were close to $50 each time. The $50 bills WERE ACCEPTED for payment. BTW. I am a "Retired U.S. Air Force Officer". I am not trained to treat people disrespectfully, nor do I. This is the LAST time I will frequent this eating establishment. I hope my "entire" experience was captured on videotape ... from the moment I entered KFC - Newburgh until I departed. I honestly don't understand how people who are not people friendly work in the fast food industry. Was in the area, decided to try this location for lunch. The guy taking orders needs to speak up, and be a tad bit more pleasant while taking orders. Placed 2 orders - chicken tenders combo and chicken little sandwich combo. I checked the tenders, which were smaller than the chicken little sandwiches. KFC continues to advertise healthy size chicken tenders, in reality, it's half the size. I asked the guy can I have different tenders, he said no they're sorted that way. Anyway, was getting the soda while waiting for my order, root beer sprayed all over me half way thru filing my cup. I asked for a bag or cup carrier tray, the guy seems annoyed. It's the only way I can carry food and soda back to my car. After getting home, pouring my soda into my glass, I realized the reason why the root beer sprayed all over me, the soda nozzle is in my cup. I would have returned it to KFC if it was closer, so I could complain about them not checking the soda fountain while the machine is cleaned on a daily basis.
