Slowest "fast" food place ever! The online orders are never ready when you arrive, and that's 10mins after the order. You'll still wait another 10mins when you're the only one in the place! The workers are just roaming around looking clueless. How is this place still in business? As a driver I will be denying pickup orders here from now on. Good stuff for a KFC. Love a good KFC can't go wrong either fried chicken. Always crispy and good!

My review is based on multiple visits. I went again to see if, i get the same results. Sadly they were. KFC: Portions are small, i can understand given inflation, but the prices went up too. The oil is old or re-used way too many time. I could tell just by the color of my fries. Taco Bell: First prices!!! MUCH HIGHER THAN THE APP!!!! Example: a combo in the app is $8.30 plus tax. Taco Bell in Oakland was $16.84!!!!! Chalupa shells are stale or over baked/cooked. YUCK! Staff does their job, nothing special but take my order well, and food comes out fast, too bad the food isn't as good as other locations. Thumbs down. read more

I don't see why this location is rated so poorly. My mom and I stopped here because there were very limited fast locations in Oakland. The place was clean and nearly empty. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with Mac N Cheese. My mom ordered 3 chicken supreme tacos. The great part about this location was the combined eateries. This way my mom could order Taco Bell and I could order KFC. When my food was prepared and place on the counter, I politely said "Thank You" and the woman replied with "Ok". KFC - MTN Dew Sweet Lightening - Rare Find - Chicken Wings Near Me - Oakland, New Jersey

Placed large order at the counter. Over $120. The guy who took the order was miserable. Charged us $7 for bbq sauce. After asking guy at pick up (who was about to give us free bbq and the first guy yelled at him) if everything was there I mistakenly left. Drove half hour home to find I was shorted a 12 party pack of tacos $24 bucks down the drain. Haven't been to this location in years. It's changed a lot. read more

I love this KFC location. My 5 stars is due to the location, because they got a great parking spot, also has a Taco Bell attached to it. Yum Brands should consider doing this more often. Also, I enjoy the fact there is a Dollar Tree store near here. Also, the new Nashville chicken littles (sandwich) is fantastic. Give it a try. read more

After the last two times not being a happy customer going there in person to get some family dinner, just to earn some rolling eyes and attitude, i better be there before 6pm next time (it was one simple bucket meal, not like i ordered for a reunion) i decided to give it one more try but this time online. Ordered about 7, status said delivery about 8:30. After 8:30 we went back online to check on the delivery status just to figure out, order was refunded without any obvious reason. So i called just to hear: sorry we have nothing to do with delivery or payment you need to call where you ordered. Young lady, i ordered at your page, says KFC so it's KFC. "Well we don't have anything to do with this". WHAT?? Now a guy on the phone, so i tell my issue again, twice .... until he just hang up on me, in the middle of the word. We tried to call back several times from different phones with different numbers, they don't even go on the phone anymore. What on earth happen to this place??? The only thing I like about this place is that it has a Taco Bell attached to it. If you want you can have a KFC meal and Taco Bell meal and mix-and-match and enjoy it that way. But that's really the only thing I like about it. read more

Stopped there last week when my wife and I had a taco bell craving. We were served by an unfriendly, unsmiling, uninterested young woman who clearly did not want to be working there that evening: strike one. Got our food. My wife is a vegetarian and always orders 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Opened them and they were loaded with chicken: strike two. Went back up to get the order corrected and now the rude cashier is filling orders so had to deal with her again. I explained what happened. No apology, no reaction, no words. She took the two chicken burritos and turned around: strike three. I get handed a new bag from another employee and sit down again. Now we have one large round flat thing and 4 loose old nacho fries in the bag: strike four. By now I'm pissed off and go back up and ask to speak to a manager. An older Spanish woman comes out from the back and I explain what happened and show her the bag with the round thing, and 4 fries. She repeats twice that they just made a mistake. No apology, nothing: strike five. Oh yeah, and my nacho fries are so soggy and tasteless, I threw them away: strike six. We attempted to "Tell The Bell" and no one responded to us. Went online to taco bell complaints and wrote an email, no one called us or responded. Tried to do the survey online from the receipt and the code on the receipt came up "invalid". Apparently, nobody cares. My wife and I are both retail managers and not unreasonable people. But this experience was just unacceptable all the way around. read more

I never write yelp reviews but if they serve you bad food let alone food that has gone bad which can make people sick , then it need to be addressed. I bought $40 worth of a family meal with 2 large coleslaws that were completely inedible but worse past expiration so my kids could have gotten sick. Serving food that has gone bad is just not acceptable especially for a national fast food chain. Don't even get me started on the dry old tasting chicken. I don't understand how every other KFC has juicy chicken yet this one is dry. Unreal. I do not recommend this place. It's dangerous. read more
